The tech mario came out because our ac had stopped. He was very professional and very knowledgeable he figured out quickly what the problem was went to get the part and installed it. We will be using evenflow for any ac services we need on the future. My wife has worked in the ac business for almost 20 years and we will be using them only from now on

My 1st call for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues. We are remodeling a house from 1990. I am able to work on the full update in stages to reduce cost. The team is always flexible, courteous, detail oriented and takes the time to walk you through what they are doing and answer any questions.

I had a plumbing emergency the day before Thanksgiving and didn't think I'd find anyone to come the same day, but Rob and John got to my house within a couple hours! The communication leading up to service by text and email was awesome and really helped my stress level. They did a great job, very friendly, neat and professional. The price was also extremely reasonable! Can't say enough good things! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Cecilio came out for an A/C issue we were having, he arrived on time and was very professional and friendly while I explained the issue. He explained the issue I was having was due to a capacitor that wasn’t allowing the fan to start up thus overheating my system. With the system being 16 years old already I elected to hear about new systems and he was extremely knowledgeable, providing great explanations as to my options and differences between systems. I elected to purchase a new system and because of that he waived the repair cost just to keep us comfortable while we get on the schedule. I will provide another review after installation.

Evenflow saved us on Xmas eve! We had used them previously for a home repair and called them when our pipe burst from the freeze. They estimated they’d be out a couple days after Xmas but they made it a few hours after I called on Xmas eve! They had all the parts ready and fixed the issue quickly. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and willing to explain everything in detail. Was impressed and very happy with the service. Will definitely use in the future for all services they offer.

Seth & Cecilio were very responsive, professional and helpful when we were looking to replace 2 very old A/C systems. We has several estimates and theirs was in line with the others, however, we were so impressed with the Seth during the estimate process, we decided to go with Evenflow.Cecilio and his installation team were all outstanding. Needed a plumber same day since my first choice was a no show. Showed up within 1 1/2 hrs as promised. They were courteous friendly and quoted fair price. They had to go get part and returned in the time they said they would. They replaced the outdoor faucet handle, stopping water leak under 10 min. After I asked if they could give me estimate for same repair on a second faucet that was plugged for a future appt. They took a look and said they could do it now, which was great. They added second handle to second faucet as a last minute request. felt they did whatever it took to accommodate my requests while keep price reasonable and affordable. They resolved the water leak, gave me peace of mind and reassurance I could call them if I have any problems. Thank you for delivering fast dependable customer service. Highly recommend!!

Jeff came out promptly and restored power to my bedroom after a power failure. He was knowledgeable and personable. Jeff was able to troubleshoot the issue and in my case resolve it within less than a hour. Service pricing was fair and service time was quick. He let me know my options and did not pressure me into any additional services which is always refreshing in todays sales based world. Happy to have my issue resolved not even 24 hours after it arose. Last but definitely not least , I scheduled my appointment with Ivy whose pleasant tone and greeting immediately put me at ease . Best experience I’ve had with any service company as a homeowner.

General consultation. Was professional and astute. Provide insight and knowledge02/27/2023Two gentlemen came and installed a new outlet and placed my outside motion detector lighting. Professional hands down. These gentlemen went out of their way to ensure everything was to standard. Truly appreciated them. And definitely will use the service again.

I suspected my heat pump had finally quit - it was 19 years old. I called Evenflow to come and check it out. Mike Sanchez was not only on time but early. He checked everything out for me. Mike explained what was going on, answered all my questions, and presented several options. Mike and his team came out less than a week later to replace my HVAC system. They were on time and the workmanship was top notch. Mike was also responsive through the entire process. I highly recommend.

Installed my Tesla charger and did all the wiring needed. Very responsive to my needs.Initially came out and installed plug because charger hadn’t arrived yet. Them came back and installed tesla brand wall charger at no cost and left the plug. Decently priced service. Good communication. Would highly recommend Eric Martinez and Evenflow.

George and his team were a pleasure to work with! Professional, efficient and top notch quality at a great price. We had a whole home Generator installed, new HVAC system and upgraded our electrical panels. I will be using them for all future work I may need and will refer them to everyone I know. Called Evenflow on a Friday after 6pm and they had Jeff out at the jobsite within the hour. He did an amazing job for us at a very reasonable price! I would definitely use them again. Great customer service and they do excellent work.

WOW! I am very impressed with the fast, professional service. I noticed a water leak in one of my pipes connected to the water softener. I called around 9:00, and they arrived around 11:00 am. Rob addressed my issue promptly, and the price was fair. Evenflow is a keeper on my list!

We just had a 20kw Cummins LP generator installed by Evenflow.For sometime now I thought quality workmanship was a thing of the past.I was wrong the sales people as well as the installation people were more than professional.The electricians, paid attention to detail and explained what they were doing, the plumbers also paid great attention to detail.From first contact to being handed the keys, things went extremely well and took slightly less than one week.Surge protectors were part of the package, less than two weeks after installation the power failed and the generator came on for a short period of time, went through its cool down cycle and shut off. The generator is extremely quiet. It is about as loud as a lawnmower. We actually had to go outside to see if it was running..Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a standby generator for their home.A shout out also to the guys who poured the slab.I give this company 10 stars!!

I needed a light switch replaced and a fan motor replaced in the bathroom. In addition to fixing my switch and fan, Jeff explained all my options to prevent future issues based on the age of my house but didn’t push me to make any purchases. I am very happy with the service and will use Evenflow in the future.

We are looking for a new HVAC system. Mario showed us several options for our home to think about with no pressure to purchase. Mario did a good job answering our questions and explaining the system.

I called this company on Christmas Eve 2022 at 9 pm. My heating unit would not come on. Mike was here within an hour, figured out the problem and had it fixed. It was 18 degrees outside and we had heat! I highly recommend this company for any services they offer!

I manage a local repair shop, and we were having electrical issues that has been repaired in the past by another company, but was not done correctly apparently for us to have continuous issues I made the decision to seek out another company and I searched through google and stumbled upon this company, I called them and the people in the office were very polite, and attentive and within 3-4 hours we had someone at our shop Andrew came by very professional and well put together, he came up with the solution within the hour, and I was given the estimate in a timely matter and accepted it, we are scheduled to have this repaired tomorrow.I went onto the website and saw that they also worked on plumbing so I called again because I also was having plumbing issues at my personal home, they scheduled to have someone look at this today very quick in my opinion I feel like other companies give the run around and try and diagnose over the phone or tell you we can be out there in a week or two which is very inconvenient, Rob was the person that came by to look at my house, I explained to him we recently purchased this home and noticed we couldn’t run the shower and washer at the same time without a loss of water pressure it’s a significant loss of pressure, he right away diagnosed the issue within minutes. He also noticed that my water heater had no expansion tank attached to it he went to explain that these things needs to be up to state code, in my head I’m thinking WOW, this is going to be very costly and I started making every excuse in my head to not have this done and he told me lets put the estimate together and you decide what you want do, he told me the cost right then and there and I was mind blown by how affordable this company is. At this moment I was thinking wow they aren’t trying to squeeze every penny out of me or trying to up sale the services he is just trying to make it right and done with quality. Rob is very professional and detailed and explains everything to a tee there is no hesitation when he speaks, this impressed me. I speak the same way to my customers when everything is said it is from pure experience and knowledge this made me feel comfortable letting them do the work.I also have them coming out on the 17th to build me an estimate to install more lighting in the interior of my home, Rob helped me get this scheduled and took pictures of where I want the lighting and took a picture of my electrical box so the electrician knows what he is coming to look at and what we are wanting.100% will use them again, THIS BUSINESS IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOP

George, the master electrician/owner of EvenFlow, came out initially for an estimate on a whole home generator. I explained that I was in the process of a solar panel addition and where they intended to connect to my house. He gave me the estimate for the entire system and also explained that it would behoove me to get a panel upgrade done at the very least given the specifics of my job and intent to eventually have a generator hooked up. His crew showed up on time and performed the work exactly as promised. I added surge protection to my home and now am ready for an eventual generator addition.

Evenflow is the best plumbing/electrical/A-C company I have ever worked with. They are very professional, on time, knowledgeable about all areas and willing to do what it takes to get a job done right, and as a home owner, that is very important to me. I am working with them currently on getting a whole house generator and know I am being well taken care of. They provide all the info you need to know, ahead of time to make a solid decision and are willing to answer as many questions as you can come up with. They want to make systems and services affordable for everyone and you will be in excellent hands with Evenflow.

Mike & his son Mike Jr. came to fix our AC that wasn’t cooling. They were great at communication and answered all the questions I had. Very fair pricing compared to what we were quoted. We will be calling Evenflow for any future needs! Also, since our AC wasn’t cooling and the house was 87 degrees, Seth made a separate trip the day before to install a window ac unit to keep us cool until they could come fix it. 10/10 recommend.

Very impressed with the service that I received from George Saldana initially. He came out and diagnosed my problem right away and helped me with my insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company was like having teeth pulled at the dentist. George went out of his way several times trying to get my repairs approved. With much success in the end. When it came time for the repairs, Jonathan and Eric came out and took care of everything that George promised. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service upgrades. I can't stress enough how much George helped with the insurance company. Where most people would given up, he persisted to the end. And thanks again to Jonathan and Eric for all the professional work they provided. Would definitely use them again if necessary.

These guys did an amazing job!!! We had a clogged drier vent and they diagnosed the problem right away. They were thorough in their work and very professional. I have already scheduled some follow up appointments for other work we need to have done. Definitely recommend them.

Woke up this morning with frozen pipes made the call to Angie's list which hook me up and with in a couple of hours they where here . I had requested a quote to fix an outlet that didn't work. Eric Martinez and Chris showed up promptly at the appointed time and proved to very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I asked Eric to look at two other outlets and he identified what if unattended could be a dangerous situation. After we discussed the situation and set up an appointment to complete the day long project the two gentlemen left. The next day I noticed that my bathroom outlet didn't work nor did my dryer. I called in and told the office the situation and was told they would be back out the next day and I'm afraid I was not very friendly with the office personnel. Apparently the individual I talked to went the extra step to inform management that I was unhappy and Eric rearranged his current appointment and came to my house. I don't know how he did it but the outlet in my bathroom worked and we looked at the dryer and noticed for the first time that I had completely closed the door so the dryer worked too. I was totally mortified that I had been so upset thinking that it was something Eric and Chris had done and it ended up to be my own mistake. Eric was so nice about the whole situation and treated me with respect. I apologize to him and asked him to pass it along to his co-workers and client I caused to have their work delayed. I feel they all went above and beyond to help me and make me happy. Great company. I highly recommend them.

So it was time to replace an AC unit in my home. Evenflow had done good work at getting my old unit back and running before I made the decision to replace it. We scheduled a time for the replacement. It was a 4 ton unit and they charged me $8000. I pay 50% upfront and then 50% when the job was completed. They came out on the day that was scheduled and worked all day to install the new unit. I was well pleased at that point.Then one of the technician said you’re all ready to go sir we are all done. Then I went and stood up on a chair to feel if there was any cold air coming out of my vent and there was not. I said no you are not done. Then for the next hour I waited for them to explain to me what the problem was. Finally after an hour the lead technician told me that one of the wires to the panel was wired incorrectly and he fixed it.They are supposed to come out and finish the job by doing a duct cleaning which was part of the package they sold me.

Seth and Mike jr. were excellent. I needed smart thermostat installed but did maintenance check which included installation instead for a little extra $$. I supplied thermostat. They inspected whole system and cleaned coils and took pics. Got detailed report later with pics. They did not try to sell me stuff and extra refrigerant like most companies! Highly recommend!! Seem very honest.

I have used Evenflow several times for electrical and plumbing and have been very pleased. But this was the first time I have used th HVAC maintenance services. I was very pleased! The technician did a very thorough job in checking the furnace/AC in the attic and the condenser outside. It sounds better than it ever has and is working great. Rich Hansen came to my home by appointment and repaired my master shower knob that had previously fallen off about a year ago and fallen off again. Cecil was fantastic very pleasant too work with. He went to work on the ac unit and found the problem and showed me the what was causing the water leak and fixed it. I’m pleased with Evenflow Home and Commercial Services, the technician provided great service and was able to resolve our issue right away. We had noticed our AC was not cooling and it was getting hotter in our house. I called Evenflow scheduled an appointment, and an expert technician was ready to help the following day. The technician, Cecilio we had is very knowledgeable and was committed to help answer all our questions as to why the AC was not cooling. We were so impressed with the apprehension he had for this line of work and the quality of service he provided to us. The guys from this organization are super nice, friendly and fast! I had them come out to assess a room in the house that wasn’t cooling. They arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate for repairs to the duct work. The returned two days later to fix the issue. And now the room isn’t a sauna anymore. In the process of fixing the issue, a light fixture was damaged. They took pictures for the supervisor. And we scheduled a time the following week for a repair. All in all, a very positive experience. I’ll use them in the future.

You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had! I asked for a quote and he gave a thorough assessment and several options from the cheapest to the most expensive.UPDATEI went with EvenFlow after checking with other companies. EvenFlow was the only company that gave me peace of mind with my decision. Eric explained the work and guaranteed the work. I paid exactly what was quoted and everything was in writing. Will definitely use them again for future electrical work.Update-5 months later. I had a problem with what I thought was the installed rv electrical plug. Eric rushed back out and checked everything. The plug was spot on. He did some troubleshooting for us and found out that the trouble was within the rv! Great work Eric and Evenflow!

Had electrical system upgraded for the mini- split installation as well, and all was done in less than a day by their very knowledgeable and very polite workers. Explained all work before and after, and made me feel comfortable that the job was well done. Eric is the technician who visited my home. He first called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. He assessed the issue and had it resolved within 15 mins. He provided a business card and answered questions in regards to additional things I want to address in the near future. My first encounter was a great experience. I work in customer/member service also and I appreciate working with individuals who are people oriented and seem to enjoy what they are doing.

Eric and his team were AMAZING. Probably my best experience with contractors. They were clean, professional, were sensitive with items around the house and cleaned. Eric was even available after hours after something I thought was wrong actually turned out to be another issue. He stayed with me and even reached out to someone else (phoned a friend) all in an effort to try to figure out what was wrong… VERY good customer service and I am very happy with their work. I continue to use these folks for all my electrical and plumbing needs. This latest project was to replace both the inside and outside electrical panels, installing new plugs for my office, and the installation of a Cummins 40kw whole house generator. They also had the chance to install a new water heater (even on a weekend) and a new water conditioner. Electricians John and Eric and plumbers Rob and John did a superb job on every task. They were professional and walked me through all the work they performed. I couldn't ask for any better service and I would be re-issued if I didn't mention all the work and effort George Saldana put into providing the quotes and doing the design of my new electrical system. 100% best experience I've ever had with a service company. I submitted my request online, next morning had a call and scheduled an appointment same day. I was having issues with temperature control and air quality. The quote from another seemed high but when Mario showed up from Evenflow, he proved even more options and had Mike come out (an Air Duct pro) to give his suggestion as well. They were also a lower quote for the Remi Halo than the prior quote I received. From the customer service to the professionalism, 110% reccomend! Great company!!!!

Very responsive and professional business. Took care of all my needs in a timely manner. We had a slight hiccup on the AC unit install bc the distributor provided the wrong part but they were able to identify and respond to the issue in a timely manner and the install was a very reasonable price.

Lousy, expensive. Left premises to get needed parts without notifying me (homeowner). Very disappointed service not interested in trying to save the homeowner any money, out for the buck!! Almost $ 600 dollars for a under sink kitchen drain repair. Wanted to replace all the plunbing, just not repair the leak stated that I was paying for professional service.

With a roofing project already in progress, we needed to get an electrical professional out here fast to avoid a potential stop-work. George came out quickly and was a consummate professional. His perspective on the situation enabled us to stay on schedule. They earned a new customer and we look forward to employing them on future electrical projects.

I had use a different company to come and clean the vent, including dryer vent. They willingly removed and repacked the faulty fan for us to return. Once the replacement arrived, they scheduled the re install and promptly and very professionally finished the job. They came out to do a second opinion on a pretty AC major repair. Great communication, transparent estimates, and very competitive pricing compared to my other bids. Work was completed on time, and I look forward to using them for maintenance going forward.

Normally it takes over a week to get service. Evenflow was able to respond the same day. There is normally a $525 fee for a 3 hour task estimate. Eric located the short in the outdoor line very quickly and his tech, George, got the corrective work finished in under an hour. The net cost to me was $225. Both were very professional and took the time to explain the nature of the electric fault as well as corrective options. I will be calling them back for plumbing as well as roofing estimates. This was a wonderful experience and the best $225 I've spent in many years.

Seth took one look at the wiring of our systems and determined the problem was that the wrong wire had been used during the initial install. He offered plenty of options for fixing the problem and chased down the parts by calling supply houses on the spot. He provided an estimate for the work quickly. I came home from a trip to California to discover my GFCI in the garage wasn't working. I am 71 and had to open and close my garage door manually. I also had no power to the outlets in the bathrooms. Called Evenflow and they made an appointment for me. However, George, one of the owners, was able to come the same day I called (even though I was not an existing customer). He quickly repaired the outlet, upgrading it to the correct size, and also gave me a complimentary safety inspection with emailed recommendations. My home had a partial power loss recently. When the power came back on it's own with a loud pop near the main power panel I knew it was a serious and dangerous situation. I called several Electrical companies and the few who called me back were busy for the week. One electrician who called back but was busy actually referred me to Evenflow saying they were a solid company. I called and immediately got a live person and the earliest they could come would be the next day, which was fine. Later that morning though, I got a text from George with Evenflow saying he could make it that same afternoon. George arrived when he said and inspected the Electrical panels both outside and inside. With my power having restored itself previously and no obvious faults observed, he inspected the mainline power line to the house and noted deficiencies with the connections in place. He recommended calling CPS energy and send a crew out to fix the cables. He even gave me the phone number to call. A couple hours later around 7pm CPS arrived and did the repairs. After that everything worked perfectly. I'll add that George was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Being a handymen, I probably asked George more questions than he's used to but he patiently answered all my questions and explained why only a certain series circuits were impacted. After all that, Evenflow didn't assess a service charge for coming out. I'd recommend Evenflow to anyone who needs Electrical work for their homes.

I have an older home built in 1968 that was wired with aluminum wire. I thought I needed to rewire the whole house but George instead suggested that all I needed to do was upgrade my inside panel and put copper pigtails on the aluminum wire where it tied into the outlets and switches. Which saved me thousands. They even installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The lead electrician John was very courteous and explained everything that he did. We did have an unexpected roof failure which required me to move all the furniture out of my TV room and scatter it throughout the house which was in their way but John and his crew moved what they needed without complaint. I would highly recommend Evenflow to all my friends and family.

Evenflow was very professional. They installed a pool pump timer. Unfortunately, the timer didn’t work out of the box. They quickly installed another the same week. In addition to the pool timer, Evenflow installed an outlet in a room with tricky and old wiring. Altogether we are very satisfied. Rates are in the middle… not too high. We recommend them.

Even Flow did all of the electrical work on a new room for us, and we were very happy with their work. It was a pretty big project, they had to run two new circuits from our box, then completely wire up the room with outlets, lights, switches, ceiling fan, and even install a PTAC air conditioner. Contacted Evenflow to repair my smoke detector. The response was very friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The owner himself came over to do the repair. He was very friendly and professional and the price was very affordable. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I needed a vent moved in my master closet. Seth came out that same day to evaluate the work needing completion. After receiving two additional quotes, I decided on Evenflow. Not only were they less expensive but the customer service is phenomenal. Seth explained everything in a way I could understand. The work consisted of extending the HVAC duct in the attic space, relocating the register box from the attic access in the garage area and moving the vent. They even contracted out to have someone repair the wall. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome! I had them put an electrical outlet above my fireplace and mount my 85 TV. They did an outstanding job! At the end of the job, they noticed that the little plastic faceplate on the outlet had a crack in it, they drove all the way to the store to buy a new one and came back and installed it. A faceplate that you will never even see! That says attention to detail, quality workmanship and good business ethics to me! I will use them for all my electrical and plumbing needs!

I called the office and spoke to Rick about replacing our garbage disposal. Rick was courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained that we could provide our own replacement garbage disposal and pay for installation or they could install one for us which would come with a warranty. Rick quoted a reasonable price for both options. We chose to have them replace our garbage disposal with one that that they would provide. The plumber was prompt and courteous. He came as scheduled, did the work and left no debris behind. Excellent service from first contact to finish. Will be using them for our plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with this company. It was a Saturday & the ac wasn’t cooling properly. The temp kept rising. Seth was the tech that came out. He was very fast & efficient. He made sure to sanitize before he came in. He checked the outside & inside unit. He came in & diagnosed the upstairs unit to be the problem. He made a few changes, & checked everything out. It is now working with no problems.

I loved everything except....I needed help with my smoke detectors. He glanced at it said replace all of them I'll send you the quote. I like lots of details to understand things. He was very patient and then explained everything in detail to my satisfaction.

The next morning, according to our agreement, George showed up with a young man named Ray Gutierrez and explained him what needed to get done. Been having issues with CPS about my low drop line from the utility pole to my house.I was being told by CPS that an electrician needed to install a new riser at my cost.Jeff Saldana came out and inspected my issue and gave an honest assessment that my riser was ok and CPS needed to raise the drop line. Not only was he honest and saved me a lot of money he personally called CPS and explained what needed to be done.he could have easily charged me for his time but he didn't. I filled out a form for the work I needed done. Within 2 minutes EvenFlow called me and confirmed that they could be at my place in less than an hour. I have used Evenflow for almost a year now. The first time I used them was last summer, I was out of state and my dogs were home w a sitter, and our AC broke. I panicked. Cecilio Guerra's his name, honesty's his game. I called Evenflow because Goettl told me I needed to replace my entire AC system for $12,000. Goettl told me it is a buyer's market for houses. Lie. Cecilio from Evenflow arrived on time and in a very down-to-Earth way told me the only thing my AC needed was the coils cleaned. Best case scenario I thought I needed at least a several thousand dollar repair. I was price-shopping. But I couldn't even get Mr. Guerra to recommend me anything more than a $189 coil cleaning which he did on the spot. I really like Evenflow, and I really like my service technician. They're good people and they saved me a serious pile of money. Thanks Evenflow.

Cecilio was the tech that came to repair my nest thermostat. I originally had the first generation nest which is a piece of cake compared to the latest Gen. I had installed. Cecilio showed me how to work it, trouble shot the issue I was having, repaired it and he did a quick review of my system.
