I had a new water heater installed. Chris Andrews was the Service Tech he did a phenomenal job. He was on time, and very professional. He also explained the proper way to perform a year's maintenance check on the unit. Thank you for a job well Done.

**WHAT I WAS CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS** I accidentally partially cut through a water line outside my house. Prior to the technician arriving, I already had the dirt dug up around the leak and the water line was so shallow that there was minimal digging the technician needed to do. He even mentioned several times how much more shallow the line was than it should have been. Just to replace a foot of the water line (PVC pipe) which took him about 5min, he charged me $375 for a full “pipe replacement”! This is absolutely ridiculous pricing and I feel like they took advantage of my situation. The office lady wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone but made it sound like the job I described would be much cheaper. They charge an $89 service fee (“that is applied to any repair cost”) just to have a technician come out. I recommend not using this company unless you’re able to get an estimate over the phone.

We have been customers of Will-fix-it for more than 15 years and here is why: Everything from the phone calls to schedule service appointments or an estimate for new units, the super-friendly and knowledgeable sales and service reps, to the technicians who came to the house for the AC installation and the ones doing service maintenance, everyone is incredibly professional. I cant believe how quick and easy the whole process always is. The service is prompt, courteous and clean. Everyone is efficient and on time. The few people I spoke to on the phone for scheduling are polite and friendly. The whole team is doing an incredible job. Keep up the great work!

Will Fix It staff were consistently responsive and accommodating. They were able to send a technician out quickly when our water heater went out, who gave a thorough assessment and offered clear and detailed options. Our technician was Jerry G. He was professional, patient (even amid unforeseen challenges that arose during installation), and thorough throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and was not phased by my questions. This is my family’s second experience with WFI this year, and their work gives us confidence in repeat business, should we need additional services in the future.

Mike the Manger is a super guy. Great costumer service, made me feel like he was truly concerned about my problems. And Alfredo lozano, the service tech gave great costumer service. Truly cared, about my concerns. He worked late into the night. To try to resolve my issues. He also guided me through the hole credit application, because I needed to have a new water heater installed before noon the following day . I would highly recommend....we'll fix it !!!!! The name says it all. Great job thanks guys

Had a gas leak in the pipe coming out of the ground into the house...right at ground level. Needed to have the gas pipe rerouted to be installed across the house and not reburied. Called and a plumber (Chris) came right out to give me an estimate. He also explained all that needed to be done and why as well as the time involved in the process and the inspection requirement. Price was reasonable. Agreed for them to come out and they came and rerouted the gas line without problems. Passed the inspection with flying colors. Extremely grateful for the Chris and Holly's professional and friendly service as well as the clear explanations of what work would be done. Thanks a lot for the excellent service.

Robert (Mikey) Schilling was the plumber who did all of our kitchen and bathroom repairs. He was such a pleasure to work with. I felt that he tried very hard to gives us options. I could tell he totally understood our financial situation and worked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in all that he did. I'm going to need more work done, and I'm hoping I can choose him to return to do the job. Thanks Will Fix It for hiring people of his caliber. We are very happy with the work was done.

Carlos was awesome. The faucet had some buildup inside that was a simple fix with the right tool and he was done in less than five minutes. They even waived the service fee because of how simple it was. I’m not a plumber and know very little about such things and could probably have done it myself but Carlos was very kind and helpful and made it a great experience. I will use them again for sure!

I called to get a quote to run a gas line from the meter to our inground pool (45 ft/same side of house). The phone service rep was great. She was very helpful.The tech was supposed to arrive this morning to do the quote. They called me at 8:15 am and said he’d be here in 30-45 minutes. At 10 am, we called because no one showed up. We were told he was 10 minutes away. He finally rang the doorbell at 10:57 am.We are reasonable and flexible people. But two hours late with no courtesy call? Our time is valuable too. Not a good impression on how the service will be.

I highly recommend this company Juan was excellent very patient answered all of our questions I had a leak in the shower and a running toilet. Juan assessed the problem and he explained everything that needed to be done he went above and beyond to make sure the issues are corrected. If you ever need a company to good the job done right the first time then look no further call Will Fix It. We had a leak and called Will Fix It on a late Friday afternoon during the 2022 freeze. They managed to fit us in that same day and sent out Nelson who was professional, knowledgeable, and had our pipes fixed in a matter of minutes. He stayed to make sure we didn’t have any other issues when we turned the water back on. I received text updates and follow ups to make sure I was taken care of and happy with their service. I will absolutely use Will Fix It again!!!!

Called them and they came out the same day to evaluate my plumbing situation at my home. The first visit didn’t fix my situation called back same day and they immediately set me up for an appointment first thing in the morning. Their staff was very timely and reps from their HQ are constantly updating you on the estimated arrival times. Their staff in person are extremely professional and polite. Extremely courteous and vest of all very knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and went over and beyond to provide their services to their best of their knowledge on their plumbing services & exceeded my expectations. John, Ruben, Jonathan and Greg went over and beyond to diagnose the real problem. Provided me with a payment plan I could afford and i plan to use them in the near future and definitely recommended.

Our main waterline had a leak and we called and within a week and half everything was finished and fixed. Lot less painful then I thought it would be and prices were fair. And easy financing. Plus they call you to follow up that all the work is done before they take final payment which I appreciated.

I used them before when I had a commercial building and didn't have any issues so called them again for an emergency toilet leak through a ceiling. They gave me a same day appointment and was there in a few hours! Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Quote and cost were fair and competitive. Thank you!!

Took a few calls to get results. Big project vs small project. Reschedule on short notice. Called in to find out why tech had not showed up to find out from dispatch a Reschedule was needed after a week of initial survey of a 1000 ft repair to a 40 foot repair. ? the original repair was not on file. Several calls to get the original done. Once the confusion was gone. Done in one day. No problem so far!

What a professional install! The techs were very efficient and respectful. When they left it was like they were never here. They were very respectful of my space. Just moved into the house and boxes and things EVERYWHERE. Very impressive how they worked around my mess! When I went outside to check out their magic masterpiece, it was a work of art!! Amazing. Kudos to these installers, truly assets to the company. Job well done guys.

The tech, Carlos, was here on time on a Saturday (!) and then listened carefully as I described the problem with the backed up toilet. Because he listened and had good critical thinking skills, he was able to use the right tool and get the job done quickly. He was kind enough to show me the tool (a hand auger) that works better than a plunger. Also, he wore a mask and cleaned the area well. As a chemo patient, all of this is vital to my health, and I'm super grateful for the good job he did.

I wish all my experiences with Contractors was as pleasant as this one! Robert showed up and jumped right on two installations. He was extremely nice and professional and the job was completed without any problems. He took away everything from the job…it’s as if he wasn’t even here. He took the large boxes the commodes were shipped in, the old commodes and all the trash that was generated in the job. We’ve had many contractors in multiple houses and trust me, this isn’t as common as it should be. I highly recommend using Will Fix It!

DO NOT use this company. If you do, you will regret it!!!! Their customer service and assistance after the sale is completely unacceptable. It’s been 8 months since I replace my entire AC system and I am still fighting to get them to assist me with correcting their mistake. They filed a CPS rebate incorrectly and is costing me hundreds of dollars.Their administrative staff displays a total lack of concern and cover for each other. Managers are ALWAYS in a meeting no matter the time of day, they will never return your calls, and they will ignore your emails.I just filed a BBB complaint based on this situation. Do yourself a favor and choose another company. It will be worth thousands in peace of mind. I guarantee it.

Super thankful to all the folks at Will-Fix-it. They responded so quickly and didn't leave me having to worry about a leak coming from our water softener. The gentleman who arrived to help was right on time as scheduled and was super reassuring throughout the whole time he was here. When the local company ghosted me, Will-Fix-it didn't disappoint! Learn from me and just go to the pros here first!

Robert was great he did the installation, got the phone app hooked up with the thermostat and showed us how to set the thermostat really friendly and great customer service. Thanks ill use yall again. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I called.

I’ve had Jesus Gutierrez come out. He was outstanding. Top of the line. I couldn’t have asked for someone better. He was kind, explained everything clearly, was patient with my asking questions. He went the extra mile and I was extremely impressed. This company should be glad and grateful they have an all star employee like Jesus. 6/5 stars for him and his company. He’s also a family man and down to earth and he’s able to diagnose and fix plumbing issues very effectively and efficiently.

We appreciate the effort and professionalism that our service technician Robert demonstrated throughout the process of repairing our furnace. Now that being said, we are unfortunately disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience with our unit and installation. Will fix it installed brand new unit in August of 2021 and we have already had to replace and pay for new circuit board for furnace. $400 later on top of a $12000 unit in our eyes is unacceptable considering unit is brand new. With exception of Robert, we would highly tread carefully in dealing with this company.

Service Technician was great, helpful and knowledgeable. The company charged me for repair work that should have been under warranty for installation of faulty equipment. Again, technician’s hand were tied in this issue and he was very respectful and patient in explaining the bill.

I think it’s important to note that a total of 5 people with a plumbing background came to my home to help me figure out why we were billed for 37,500 gallons of water. Some I paid for them to show up, to still not get any answers, some I didn’t. None of them could detect the leak and not many of them truly made an effort to do so.The last company that came out were a lot more diligent than the last but his misdiagnosis led me to Will Fix It.When I called them, the receptionist immediately wanted to help and dispatched Jesus the following day. Jesus arrived and was so professional. I explained he was the 5th person to come out and he immediately apologized for my experiences even though they had nothing to do with him and took his time to isolate the leak, keeping me informed every step of the way.The next day he returned with his supervisor on a Saturday mind you and they went through the tests again to ensure they had it right. Keep in mind, that same day we had roof inspection people out as well as an adjuster for the roof, the day was very busy and I was completely overwhelmed with everything that was going on with a house I just purchased.But Jesus and Ruben made this process so easy for me. He told me what the cost would be to fix it all, let me know they had financing and pointed out another area with issues that was not up to code. Their honesty and due diligence is what made me sign without getting any other estimates. I trust Will Fix It and I am proud to say that. I am so glad I made that call and thankful for the misdiagnosis that led me to do so.Thank you for taking care of me and my little family. We are forever grateful.

Louis came to do a follow up on my furnace after Will Fix It replaced my unit. Was on time handle things explained what he was doing and made sure I knew the process every step of the way. He did a great job. Highly recommend.

Today I had James P. Hunt do the maintenance service on my AC and I was very impressed with his service to say the least. I have never had a technician do such a thorough job. Not only did he do an awesome job, but he took the time to explain everything in detail to me. This company is very fortunate to have such a good employee. Awesome job James.!!! Indoor electrical panel replacement. Our electrician, DC, was excellent. We live in an older home and not only did he install the panel but also found a few issues with the previous installation and corrected them. We have used other electricians that Will Fix It have sent to our home over the years and have always found them to be excellent.

Very nice people! Came out to run water lines in wall for shower stall and drain line. Didn't end up lined up right so I call them back to fix it again because the drain wouldn't fit. Came out the same day and took care of the problem, even put the drain in for me with no charge. Happy customer! They really do give great service!

Will Fix It did just that, fixed it. Even when City didn’t approve inspection the 1x for minor oversight, Zac was back promptly to correct. I was genuinely pleased w my in home service rep & installation tech experiences. Any call I made to the office was always taken quickly & efficiently. I will certainly keep Will Fix It on the radar for future repair needs.

This is the second time within a year that we have had to us Will Fix It, (for different issues) and honestly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. This recent occurrence we had the BEST professional Mr. Alfredo for two days and he absolutely went above and beyond and was empathetic to our situation. Had water heater problem. The repair dispatch took his time to thoroughly examine what may be the issue. He found out it was not the heater/plumbing problem but electrical breaker issue. Not only he did not charge us for the time and service but also he contacted and scheduled an electrician to look at the problem on behalf of us. Very thankful for his kindness and professionalism. My original appointment was from 9-11 and no one showed up. I called at 11 to ask when someone was coming and was told they were no longer available and needed to reschedule my appointment. 4 hours later they called me back and said someone could come meet me in 45 minutes which was nice but also annoying because I had to cancel my other plans to drive back to the property.The electrician was great and provided amazing service. He went above and beyond for me.I had to call customer 3 times over the course of 2 days to finally have my invoice and repair quote emailed to me.

I had a great experience doing business with Will Fix It. My water heater died and other companies were telling me that it would be 3 or 4 days before they could get to me … Will Fix It was out that afternoon and then came back on a Saturday to install a new one. Jesus was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Ace was our technician and he did an amazing job fixing our a/c. He made sure we understood what was the problem and how it needed to be fix. He showed us prices that where very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Will Fix it to my friends and Family.

Service tech helped me find the disguised breaker box that has flipped. Only charged for the service visit, not for any labor time, and also gave us some ballpark estimates for other upgrades/maintenance to our system.10/10 company dispatch was polite and professional, and the service tech (deasey) was also professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely use this company for future electrical work.

We called them to give an estimate on a leak that we couldn't find. The plumber dug a small hole by the meter and found that the pipe was just loose and needed some reinforcement. He had quoted her a higher price than estimated. They made it great by giving her a senior discount! I would recommend this company for their honesty and great work!

Dean came to install a new kitchen faucet, which turned out to not be possible. He fully explained the reasons and challenges involved, and I am satisfied that he did a good and thorough job of reviewing my options with me. He was wonderful.

Replaced water regulating valve and added main water shut off on my property. After initial issue with scheduling, Brian arrived on time and he was very professional and did a great job. Brian gets five stars but scheduling only gets three.

I was given an appointment for Saturday from 4 - 6 pm. At 3 pm I received a call stating they had no plumber to make that appointment and I could be rescheduled for next Tuesday. When I made the appointment I told them I had a leak coming from our home and I also had a flood. If we were not going to get a plumber on Saturday like scheduled we should have been told in the morning so we could try and get someone else to come out. This is the worst thing that could happen to us. I cannot blame a technician because I don't know who was scheduled to come out. I have used Will Fix It since 2010 and have had many issues but still keep going back to them. This will be the last time I contact Will Fix It for anything. Not professional.

Our tech, Jose P. was outstanding. A previous tech from the same company completely misdiagnosed the problem. I feel like I'm due a refund from the previous diagnostic but this review is to solely focus on the the superior service provided by Jose. I had AC problems for years and his experience and expertise came to our rescue.

Horrible. Andrew their technician was not helpful, gave an over estimate range of 700-1,000 for the job to repair the leak without even assessing the job. He didn’t dig a hole to set eyes on the issue, didn’t go back to his vehicle for a single pluming tool. He said he could fix it the earliest on Monday. Complained about the time of day. Stated if he could have came out around noon, he could have fix it.I was not informed prior that I didn’t have to be home at the time in order for him to fix the issue. Gave a tip to fix the issue by using a fitted flex pipe to replace the existing pipe.Horrible, horrible! Will not recommend Will fix it.

Received several calls from dispatch center informing me technician was on the way. Technician did not seem to be on his way. Called dispatch several times. Always received the same response, “will be there in 10 minutes”. Technician arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later. When technician finally arrived, he was eagerly ready to make holes in my kitchen to find the leak and informed us the best fix would be to reline all the plumbing throughout the house without inspecting the problem or providing a diagnostic. Very disappointing, and a huge waste of time.

Do not use! Quoted an $89 trip charge and said would be credited to work performed. Tech showed up and said also a $189 diagnostic charge to assess the issue. That fee is not credited/waived. This was not disclosed when we made the appointment.Would have given it a zero if I could

The technician Luis Marroquin was very professional, patient and humble not to mention on time and quick to respond. Above all, he excelled in his expertise in his line of work. Moreover, he was very detailed and took the time to explain everything that had to be done including precautionary and safety measures.

Javier installed 5 ceiling fans and added 2 dedicated circuit breakers for our power tools and freezer. He was professional, respectful, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I'd highly recommend him and Will Fix It for any repairs or installations.

Definitely recommend this company. Set up an install through Lowes, I immediately got a call back and set up an appointment. Very fast, friendly and professional service. Was able to get the water heater installed on the same day. 10 out of 10.

Jerry was great and very informative. He informed us of everything he was going to do before performing any work and gave us an opportunity to make a decision. He explained why we were having problems and discovered an additional problem with our outside connector to the city water that could have had a disastrous effect on our internal water systems...we weren't expecting that and had no clue we wre on the verge of a failure...as a result, we had an unexpected expense but the impact of not taking care of it would have cost us 4X's more...thanks Jerry!!

Sierra at the phone center was attentive, sympathetic, and extremely helpful. Angel and his apprentice were quick to respond and informed me of all my options, they were thorough, friendly, and personable. I appreciate all of them and their work.

Again, horrible service from this will fix it. The appointment time was 9 to 11 am. 10:50, still no show , not even a call. I have to call the and be told the technician is running behind.And I’m still having issues with the ac unit, they installed. Absolutely horrific. Don’t waste your money having them install an A/C. They will have to come back out five times to even get it running. The install work is sloppy, and you will continue to have issues. They won’t even show up to honor the warranty

James did a great job explaining what he recommends. He is very transparent on what's best for the HVAC, instead of screwing people over. Very honest also. Definitely recommend him to other Customers.

We called out Will Fix it to come out to our school campus to unclog a toilet in the men's bathroom, they had charge $500 two days ago unclog the women's toilet, we called them back and the repair man was more concerned about they weren't at fault for the other repairman work he did two days earlier. He made excuses on why he could not fix our plumbing problem, he wasn't here to work. I had to tell him we will be calling another plumber which made him happy, he then said good luck. I will never call Will Fix It again.RG

This is the second time I've used Will-Fixit. Got the same technician as before(Daylan) as before did an outstanding job removing and replacing older parts. Did a good job explaining what he was doing before and after service. A little pricey but excellent installation and well worth it!

James was awesome! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated through the whole process of having parts on my outside unit replaced and was able to fix it efficiently and in a promptly.

Use the business before. My main sewage line was found before use them no problem. A year and a half later same problem haven't had money to get it fixed their estimate said 5500. Don't have money like that lying around. So I called them to see if they can unplug it again. They wanted to charge me four times the amount to unclog it. They said because they've been out there before and they gave me an estimate. Can't afford that right now. So he packed up and left he looked like he was mad

Alfredo was the technician that helped take care of quoting us for an new water heater for the perfect price without over pricing us. Financing was also very painless. Overall, 10/10, Very happy overall with this company. :D

While having attic duct work replaced, the technicians found a gas leak. They immediately notified me, turned off the gas main and notified their supervisor who dispatched a plumber to repair the leak. CPE arrived only minutes ahead of the plumber and within an hour the problem was resolved and the HVAC guys were back to work.Their rapid response and attention to safety was outstanding. We love this company and will continue to recommend them.

Washer drain was slow to drain. James ran a snake all the way to the clean out. Drain totally stopped draining. Was told I needed new drain line at a cost of $800 to $1,000 a foot. Approximately 30-40 feet, add that up! Had a gut feeling something wasn’t right. Called another plumber, they unclogged the drain, clear, fast water flow in about 45 minutes!Apparently didn’t need to spend $30,000 - $40,000…..Beware……Always get second opinion……..Will- Fix It…… Not Trustworthy!They look for low hanging fruit….Don’t fall for it!

Oscar and Angel were amazing! Their customer service and professionalism was the best I’ve seen. They did a wonderful job at not only diagnosing the issue, but explaining to me thoroughly on what they were doing, why they were doing it and making sure I was on board before proceeding. They went the extra mile with assisting me and I appreciated it so much!

Will Fix It came and installed a 30 amp plug for our food trailer. It was done incorrectly and the power surge fried our commercial refrigerator. A second electrician verified it was done incorrectly and that it was the cause of the refrigerator going out. Eddy at Will Fix It said they would pay to repair the refrigerator but i informed him it couldn’t be fixed for a week due to parts availability and we had a huge event to work the next Saturday and they just needed to replace the refrigerator. After many phone calls and arguing with Eddy they agreed to replace it but said they had to have the old refrigerator in return. I said no, we’ve already paid a repairman up front to order parts and fix the old one. This back and forth went on all day with Eddy not being truthful, he tried to get our appliance guy to say something else caused the problem, then when my son finally told him F off and stop harassing my mother, he called to say he didn’t appreciate being talked to that way! This entire episode was uncalled for, you destroy someone’s property, you replace it. This company will never come near my home again. I do have to say the second electrician they sent out was wonderful and honest about what happened.

I have them 2 star review for the technicians that completed the install. During the service call we were rushed to make a decision and what they said would be completed during assessment was not done. Measuring the unit was not correct and no discount was offered for having to make a lesser unit due to time restraints. I would not recommend this company based off price.

Nelson was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We had no hot water so he provided a few options and diligently explained those options to me. Very happy with his service.

Service guys are knowledgeable and take time to explain the situation. Good diligent work is done and time is taken to be sure everything running well before they are done. James was great today in taking care of everything.

The team of Paul and Andy re-wired my faulty 40-year old manufactured home this month. Including installing a new fuse panel. They were professional, timely, and kept me informed of the work being done, and cleaned up after each visit.. The work looks great! Two thumbs up! Good job, guys!

Javier came out and replaced old, faulty electrical plugs in my kitchen and bathroom. I will definitely call them back to send Javier for more work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a very nice gentleman.

Good experience overall. Prompt response. Technician was thorough, professional and courteous. Only problem I had was the price of freon is ridiculous. Other than that great job.

Plumbing problem found and fixed. Good plumber did the job with knowledge and good conversation. Total about 2 hours. Saturday appointment. Highly recommend, but they all (plumbing comp.) need to lower the prices on some job situations. Found the break quickly, after I moved the railroad tie.... just under $1100.00 to fix. But such is the situation.

The service was amazing and the electrician was very professional and efficient. AllGood Electric quoted us $2675 for the work and these guys came in well below and fixed the issue within an hour. I can't thank them enough.

Will Fix It installed a new gas line for us as we are having our kitchen remodeled and will be installing a gas range. The team was professional, timely, and very communicative. They gave us updates as the work progressed through the day. They pressure tested the lines, and made sure that the water heater pilot light was lit before they left. The team provided the estimate the same morning that they installed the line. The pricing was extremely competitive with other companies and it came with a 10 year warranty. We are extremely happy.

The people were nice and very helpful. Ruben was very thorough and was very patient in helping me to understand what the issues were, what would need to be done and the options i had..The process took longer than expected mostly due to their escavators. They had to come out a few times because the plumber was not able to fully access where he needed to work. The plumbers did what they needed to do and were great. After the job and inspections were done, I got the run around on when the escavators would come back out to put the dirt back. They were suppose to come out on Monday, then Tuesday then wednesday..Thursday they were on their way to my home...and I had this confirmed but ..Nope still did not show up til friday. For the whole week, I had to wait and cancel appointments because they could not get it together. I'm also very concerned at the amount of dirt they hauled out of property as well but we will see what happens.. I appreciate Rosie and the others who tried to get this situation resolved. They tried. I felt some type of way since i was getting the run around and the job had been paid. But again, Rosie was there and she tried her best. It was quite expensive but upon research, their prices ended being fair for the work that needed to be done. Other than their escavation team, they did a really good job. I would use willfixit again, but only if there is no digging that needs to be done. Yes, the excavation team was that bad, in my experience with them. If it were not for this, I would've definitely given 5 stars.

We had to have the plumbing fixed underneath our kitchen sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. Their Senior Plumber, Dean, was so nice and professional and explained everything that had to be done in detail and now we'll be able to use our dishwasher! Thank you!

The HVAC people are first rate. The plumbing people did a terrible job in the rear bathrooms of my house that required major work repairs by two other contractors. Worse yet, I was assured by the Project Loan through Home Depot people that my monthly payments on all the work performed by We’ll Fix It would be some $450 a month for the life of the loan. That jumped after 6 months to $700 a month. My son was told that the original monthly payment installments were only an “introductory promotional.” That was never explained to me up front. It was in the fine print. HVAC installment 5 Star. Project Loan and Plumbing Department a Flat Zero.

Very please with the 2 Technicians that cam to my home to perform the installation of the new A/C and Heating system. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Once the job was completed, the cleaned up behind them before they left.

Had an amazing experience with this company today. I called this morning to schedule a plumbing consult for some rumbling pipes. They were able to send a technician out same-day. The technicians took their time to methodically troubleshoot the source of the vibrating and were able to replace the necessary part on the spot! Couldn’t be happier to have been able to go from a strange noise with no explanation, to a solution all in the same day!

Not sure if the tech was having a bad day or was it the fact that he knew there was not a man present but he spoke to my mother in law like she was a child and when I came out he told me there needed to be a decision made because he had other things to do and couldn't wait around all day. I called and spoke to a manager I believe his name was Chad who apologized and agreed to refund the money I spent on the tech coming out to evaluate the issue and also stated he would speak with the tech. He also offered to send another tech out. Hopefully the manager will stick by his word and issue the refund. We all have bad days but when working with the public, there is a common respect that must be given.

Called Will Fix It to inquire about having a 240v outlet installed in my garage for a welder. They scheduled me a time same day and even completed the install on the same visit. Highly recommended and military friendly. Would do business with again. Thanks!

Replaced two water heaters, and did an awesome job in the installation of them where everything looked very clean and neat. Heres a before and after pic.

If I could give zero stars I would, called scheduled services the girl on the phone set me up and confirmed 2 times, I take off the rest of the day of work expecting them to commit to their appointment which THEY confirmed both via text AND email. I get a call right before they are to come out to say they are sorry they have no one to come out and the scheduling didn’t know that!!! Like how? I got two confirmations. Ridiculous now we have no water and a baby at the house. VERY BAD SERVICE THEY CANT COMMUNICATE BETWEEN SCHEDULING AND PLUMBERS. Do NOT USE!!!

If I could give less than one star I would give it.Long story short.I called Home Depot for installing new A/cUnitChris, a sales person from will fix itcame and gave us a quote for 17 seer unit and we accepted it got a contract for 17 Seer unit.After a week they came and installed a 16 seer unit..instead of 17.The installers broke my roof. They promised my family they will be back on Monday to fix it and we agreed.upon arriving home from work while I was checking the unit i found out that it was 16 instead of 17 seer. We attempted to contact the sales person who did the contract with us and had no response. It's not a sufficient unit for our house and was not cooling our house. While we were at work on Monday the installer came and did something and when we returned from work we noticed nothing was done to fix the roof and the unit was not installed properly. After several attempt to contact we went to home Depot to report. Last week our house started getting hot inside .we contacted the manager of Will fix it and he sent a service guy who found out that the unit was installed wrong and the pipes are not matching.we are fed up with them. It's too much to deal with an insufficient AC with 3 kids and 3 cats and 2 Dogs in San Antonio........updates 06/21Today whole day I called the number provided by Quality control manager.No one answered.I left tons of voice messages.

The gentleman that came for the estimate appointment was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. The gentlemen that performed the instalation were all of those qualities, and more. In our situation, we had an old AC unit built into the wall and didn't realize it would need to be removed for clearance for the new unit, leaving a large hole in the wall. We're grateful that the gentlemen removed that heavy AC unit for us, took it away, and also had materials to temporarily board up the hole in the wall. I would definitely recommend this company.

Water Heater Installation: A few issues. Three workers arrived to replace a gas water heater and bring everything up to code. Overall the work was fine; the water heater works, but they broke the drain valve on the old water heater, causing water to leak into my carpeted hallway. Even after using a wet vac for hours after they left, to try to get it up, the water spot is going to leave a stain.An additional issue is with some cut vent pipes; the cuts left jagged edges exposed in my water heater closet.Things definitely could have been handled better. Staff was friendly.

Very professional and honest. Needed a toilet unclogged and technician said it was not clogged and the toilet itself was the problem. Fine and dandy. Make sure you are clear that their $83 drain clearing service does not include toilets. Even if there is a clean out. Still doesn’t count.

I have used them before and was happy with their service but this time ended up going to Aramendia. Had an issue with my toilet that need some plumber attention. Called early Tueaday morning for an appointment on Wednesday morning. After waiting a couple of hours Wednesday they called to reschedule because the service tech was going to be at a job all day. No issues stufff happens so rescheduled for Friday morning. Again waited on Friday for a couple of hours when they called saying they could not make the afternoon appointment at all and would have to reschedule. Well first the appointment was for the morning and second...WTH. Told them nevermind we would find someone else.Not the experience I had previously and completely understood thebfirst reschedule but second one is not good customer service. Called Aramendia for the repair.

I called yesterday- Monday- and made an appointment, I woke up early today-Tuesday- so that we’re ready for will fix it to show- and 25 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I received a call telling me that the technicians are unable to make it today and that the soonest they had available was Friday.I told her no because how would I know that they wouldn’t do this to me again on Friday?Very unprofessional.If you value your time, go elsewhere.I ended up calling Frank at Manuel and Sons, and he getting a tech out here right now! Call them instead lol don’t waste your time with Will fix it.

Trash company. If you put in a service request on Angies list they will automatically show up to your house UNINVITED and will charge you $99 for a trip charge (which is stated no where on their website) Will fix it is a complete and utter scam.

Customer service was excellent, and technician was very polite and professional, heater unit was blowing cold air at one point and never got above 66, after diagnosing the unit and performing some maintenance on the unit this morning, so far everything is working good. Technician arrived on time to do a tuneup of our air conditioner. He did a good job and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was courteous and professional.

Jerry came out and looked at my leak (a 1” split in a 1/2 copper line). He then said he would replace about 18” of the line and it would cost $650. I asked why so much and he said he plugs the information into his computer and has to charge what it says. I said that was unreasonable and he left. I don’t think he was here 15 minutes.I’m 72 and not crazy about climbing and working from a ladder, but I went to Home Depo bought a connector for less than $10.00 and fixed it myself.I was ready to spend $100 - $200 for the repair but $650 was ridiculous. I would not recommend this service.

Don’t know what to say about this company they got good reviews that’s why i got a hold of them to do some work at my house, but it didn’t work out for me. Day 1 appointment got canceled because tech wasn’t gonna make it on the time frame i was scheduled after rescheduling for next day and confirming the next day no one showed up after been told there was a tech on the way,waited 4 hours and nothing.

Technician was polite however the prices are extremely over priced. Quotes are not free and you will lose $90 if they come out and can’t do the services they say they can online. Will not use again.

Had two units with 3 returns.... They said they would replace filters if available. They replaced only one. They stated on the phone checking and blowing out the drain lines ... I even informed the technician upon arrival that one unit was draining through the secondary line currently... He did not address this again and left without resolution or discussion. Really this is why I only use this company for the very basic needs and wait until they have specials.... If he had discussed it with me .... Would have paid $100 or so to have the line cleared... It is what it is ..... Lack of service creates lack of loyalty.

I financed a new central air unit from this company and I am having them come out out a 4th time after installation and I have not any made a second payment. What does that tell you ? Plus I was told my electricity bill would go down because it is energy efficient, well my February bill doubled compared to last year

I want to say if you need a plumber call will fix it. I had John come out an fix my pipes and he went above a beyond. I will be calling them in the future. Thank you will fix it.

They were quick and very honest. I needed electrical work and they had to change the entire main fuse box, outside. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them now for all my electrical jobs.

Should've known there would be hidden costs and charges. $83.00 to try and clean the drain line from the washer was too good to be true. It went from 80-350 dollars!! Then he said he would give me a 50% discount after I said no. Why not just offer me the 175 from the beginning and not try and squeeze out a bit more?? A waste of time and false advertisement.

Arrived within the time they said and inspected my unit to recommend fixture. Since my problem was something completely different, I was given another appointment to fix problem. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I started off at Home Depot having questions about our HVAC and made an appointment through them. Justin came over on time took a look and suggested what was needed. He wasn’t pushy at all. We ended up getting the attic solar fan as suggested since our attic stays hot. He fully explained how that worked sucking out a lot of hot in there (which I was already thinking we needed) We also got an air purifier for both units as we have a mini zoo in our house. I hate the smell of cooked food in the house, the amount of dust that collects, and allergens so to me that was a no brainer. He also suggested insulating panels but since we have solar panels we came to the conclusion we really didn’t need them. He mentioned a few other things that I didn’t care for but didn’t push it. Service was completed the next day. Somehow there was a miscommunication between the dispatcher and the installer so that led to miscommunication on my end. I called an hour and half after my scheduled time, spoke to the dispatcher (cannot remember her name). She said she would call the installer so I expected an updated time which I never got. I called Justin an hour later and as we were on the phone the installer showed up. I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled time. Luckily I was busy so that time passed by without noticing too much, but I was still bothered. Lee, the installer, came and did what he needed to do explained his work. I did notice a difference once the solar attic fan was installed! I highly recommend getting an attic fan if your attic gets ridiculously hot like mine. Luis then came in to do routine maintenance and gave me a few pointers on how to keep my systems running properly. Shortly after the work was completed I received a call from Nicole the quality assurance person and she took my concerns. If it wasn’t for the 2 1/2 hour wait they would have gotten 5 stars.

Fixing the toilet was over price. Way too expensive. I am new in the area so I have no choice but to accept the expensive bill to fix the leak inside the toilet. I think over $490 to fix a toilet is way too expensive. The first customer service lady sound like she didn't like her job and she don't care if the company make money.

Will Fix It is always very prompt, courteous & professional. I did recently experience the prices are excessively high. I was told a part was $2500 when i researched everywhere else the part was no more than $150. I was also charged $746 in labor when they were only here 30 mins. I was told labor is based on half the price of the part. That is ridiculous! They will no longer be my first choice to call.

Okay work but WAY too expensive. I hired them to replace a track light and was quoted more than twice the price of their competitor. The technician called it inflation ?. Plus they don't quote over the phone so just for them coming out to give you a price, you will have to pay an $89 trip fee if you don't go with them. Furthermore I needed a new light switch cover, since I already supplied the new switch and the guy didn't replace it for me either; he just gave it to my husband to do himself, so I can't even say at least the service is great. Won't ever hire them again. I may have used them once, but I won't be a repeat customer!

I didn't end up using their service but Alex and Oksana were terrific in rapidly scheduling an appointment and providing a very thorough assessment for an A/C system. Well done!

Dispatch needs some work as they confirmed my appt twice and no technician came on Friday. However, today Robert came out fixed our problem and we have water again! Definitely recommend the Robert!!!

The service was timely and very efficient and thorough, however, the cost was apx double from what I thought would be fair. It called for a 50$ part, and 1 1/2 hrs of installation. Ttl cost $350. All in all, I'm glad to have it fixed, just frustrated with the cost. The price you pay for lack of knowledge.

They do not tell you about coupon disclosures till after serviceman arrives.Thats false advertising. This was also after I initially called to verify coupons. Company would not fully discount my service fee from total cost after they told me they would on the phone. If you call this company and you have questions on coupons or discount services, make sure you get it in writing when they arrive. As for my self, I have washed my hands from this company. Never again!

Technician came out and replaced the contactor on my outside ac unit. He quoted one price and then stated he would deduct the service charge of $89 and the diagnostic fee of $275. I was charged $548 for this service. The total should have been $223.

Ac servicing went ok. Wish they would stop trying to sell me stuff. I had this system put in a year ago which took a year to get it all done correctly. They should have suggested a air purifyer then and i would have financed it with everything else...

They have terrible customer service. Even the manager Sean didn't call back for 2 days and I had to call and ask for him again. They were hours late intially and we had to call and ask them where are you. They did the repair in October and now are Sprinkler system is not working and there is a leak on part of the repair where there was not a leak before. 3 months wow. They sent someone today who didnt know what he was coming for and said that the officw doesnt have notes that they previously rerouted our line. Wow unbelievable now we have to wait 2 more days. I wouldn't recommend them even if it was free. Sorry not sorry. I will be sharing this on social media platforms and maybe even KSAT Defenders so people will be warned not to use Will Fix It.

I had a water heater and softener installation done. Company keep in contact with me before job, including picking up of Water heater. I had Bobbie as my install person. He communicated with me superbly. He told me of the special instructions I had listed and made sure everything was still a go. He had a slight problem locating my main water line in my garage but asked permission before cutting any dry wall. He found it after a couple of tries, but even though I was told that this could happen the company wasn't responsible for repairing. After installation he went back and drilled the sheet rock back into place. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Gave me tips for both heater and softener. I look forward to having my water needs being exceeded through his efforts and advice. It was all done in one day!!! I would definitely recommend Will fix it. Had them come out for annual heater maintenance. Technician was very polite & professional. Told me a switch was going bad & would eventually go out. Quote was almost $500. I didn’t want it to go out during a cold spell so I had him replace it. After he left I looked up the part. Found the exact one for $37. He said it was an easy replacement & took him about five minutes to do it. So a $37 part that took him five minutes to replace cost me almost $500. Yeah, will not trust them again. That’s just wrong.

Will fix it did an outstanding job with fixing a mess of whole house generator connection that another local electrical company did at my home. Frank was absolutely the best person for the job. He redesigned the connections and was able to get it all operational at a better price than the original company that left me hanging. Definitely recommend Frank and Will Fix it

They came out to fix the toilet and shower drain that was back up. The technician did a great job but very expensive. But I had to pay. A few weeks later I noticed the cap to the main drain was off to the side and who knows what came in there to our house. I called Saturday at 7 pm to scheduled to some one come out. The next day Will fix it called that they couldn’t come out due to shorthand technician. To Monday came and they called again saying that they can’t come out again maybe Wednesday. I asked for manager and this was at 8:15 am when they called and there was none available and that they were all in meeting until 10 am to noon. I asked for them to call me. At 9 am I called again to asked for manager and was able to easily speak to him. He promptly took care of me and had someone come out and fix it before noon great job on the manager but the answering person who answered the phone in the morning need to be fired because he was lying. Very unsatisfied with the service until then

HIGH PRESSURE SALES and sneaky sales tactics! Craig came to our home for a quote and it quickly turned into a very uncomfortable high pressure sales situation with him “calling his boss for approval”! We will NEVER do business with this company! I would like to share my negative experience with the deceptive representative from WillFixIt. We called on 12/23/22 because of frozen pipes and leaks. No one was able to come out from other companies but the rep from WillFixIt told us we could get someone out to our place today (Christmas Eve). We thought WillFixIt was a reputable company. She immediately let me know that because it was on Christmas Eve there would be a $149 service fee that would not go towards any services. I understood and agreed as we have a pending family gathering and just wanted to fix our issue. She slotted us for 10-12 noon on Christmas Eve. We were happy with that. The rep asked for a good contact number. According to her the technician would reach out to us prior to arriving. Fast forward to this morning, 11 AM and have not heard from anyone. I decided to reach out to WillFixIt. The young lady that answered verified we had a time slot but could not tell me a status on the technician. I wanted to make sure that we were waiting on them. She transfers me to the dispatch who tells me that they moved on to another customer. According to the dispatcher, she tells me they called at 9AM ( I strongly dispute that). According to her, there was no ringtone but rather a beep. She further stated they tried again and could not leave a voicemail so they moved on. I call BS on all of that. I live in Mico, I have no problem with phone calls made it received. I have been getting calls and making calls this morning without issues. When I asked her who they was, she kept telling me they called several times but could not provide much more than that. According to her, it's on me that they can't make a successful phone call. I have my suspiciouns on what really happened. I just want to warn the public about the deceptive business practices of WillFixIt. They were quick to attempt to make a quick buck and then failed miserably in delivering what they promise and advertise. There business phrase when you call them is far from who they really are Buyer beware of this deceptive fraudulent business.

My technician was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. The work he did was done quickly and with no mess. I was extremely pleased with the value and the work done. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing services. Because they’ve earned my trust, I will call them for my electrical and central air and heat services too.

Dean Covey, licensed plumber, did an outstanding job replacing my pressure gauge. The pressure was so low it was shaking the pipes inside the house. He was on time, professional and even replaced the dirt he had to dig out. The sight was also hosed down and left clean. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who came over to my home today was super friendly, professional and responsive! One of our circuit breakers outside went out over the weekend leaving us in the dark. Will fix it answer the phone on a Sunday booked an appointment for Monday morning. Pricing was very reasonable with military discount.

Apparently the breaker switch on my heating unit flipped off. A simple procedure to take care of. Richard, the technician took care of my issue quickly, professionally, and courteously. Technician was very professional, assessed my problem within a timely manner by performing multiple diagnostic tests on the A/C and Central Heating systems. He determined that I needed a new Compressor and Breaker switch. These parts were ordered and will be installed when they come in according to the Technician.

Every person I spoke with from the first contact until the job was completed was professional and kind. They were able to make an appointment with out an extended wait. Carlos was super awesome! He was friendly, got the job done quick and even cleaned up all of the mess! He went above and beyond to make sure the gate remained closed so the dog wouldn’t get out! We have been using Will Fixit for spring and fall maintenance on our A/C and heating system for several years. We always ask for Dillon because he is the best. If he isn’t available we will delay service until he is available. He is always on time, he is polite and kind and does a great job keeping our system in tip top shape.

Zac, the plumber and his assistant, Kevin, were very professional and efficient in their jobs. They are quite polite; and address each other with courtesy and respect.

Will Fix It/ARS was assigned by Home Depot to estimate and install a water heater after ours went out. The contractor called and scheduled me for a 12-5 time slot the following day and I received an email confirmation. By 4:15 I had not heard from the contractor so I called to confirm again. I was told they would be there between 4:30 and 5:00 and received a second email confirmation indicating this. At 5:15 I received a call saying they would not be able to come and tried to reschedule me for another 5 hour time slot for a different day.Clearly this is unacceptable. I took off from work only to be blown off. Home Depot was not helpful in taking a complaint. I called to get a different contractor and was told they only this Contractor. Whether that is correct, I am not sure, but I would be very careful purchasing a water heater from Home Depot if you don't intend to install it yourself.Cold water for days sucks and Will Fix it and Home Depot added several days of nothing but cold water to my experience. Do not recommend. Completely unreliable and I felt like my time taking off from work was taken for granted. I lost time and money due to these people and still have cold water!

Update 5/4/2021Had to call the plumber out again, after using the shower about 8 times. Caulking where shower pan meets the main panel came off due to the wall not being installed properly. Causing it to leak into the wall and out into the restroom floor. Plumber came out on 4/23/2021 he let me know that o would be receiving a call to schedule a complete tear out and reinstall, I called will fix it on Friday evening to let them know it had been a week and I still have not been contacted as of today no one has contacted me.UPDATE job was finished February 12, 2021 (still needs final inspection) using a contractor they sent out (which were great) . They called for the remainder of the balance (understandable and I'm totally willing to pay) the only issue is the final inspection has not been done as of today March3, 2021. I let the rep who called know this and she said she would get with the supervisor about it. Well yesterday I received a 60 DAYS PAST PAYMENT NOTICE? I called and left a message to the person who left a reply to this review but still no reply.Shower was not installed properly. One shower wall isn't even screwed. It was being held by caulking. Commode flange has a visible hole where they didn't completely seal it up. And to top it all off the shower door wasn't even installed. Its a wonder why the inspector was not ever called out.

Required emergency service. Called and was added to the schedule for the 4-6pm slot. The dispatcher called at 3:45pm to state the tech couldn’t make it and they could move us to two days later, leaving us no time to call another plumbing company to address the issue same day. I was also told it is common to over book and it’s not a guarantee when you are added to the 4-6pm slot. Very disappointed at the level of service and transparency by the company.

Will Fix It installed my heater and thermostat. It worked initially and then, stopped. My situation is a challenge because the unit is under my house. We had to also look at another way to bing in oxygen to the unit as well as expel the carbon monoxide. I have an old home so I wanted to limit the number holes in the exterior walls. Unfortunately, the previous tech(s) chose to stack the oxygen and carbon monoxide vents above each other. So the unit stopped working because it wasn’t getting enough oxygen. It was taking in the car monoxide air so it shut down. So we have to now move that pipe and create another hole and figure out how to close up the other. I hope this problem becomes part of the company’s training program so that it doesn’t happen to someone else.

First of all, they tried to reschedule twice in a row saying their technician got “held up” at another job site. I got upset and told them I need them to send someone as scheduled, the guy on the phone spoke to his manager and they got a guy Chris to come to my house. He gets there in a bad mood, saying we clogged our toilet flushing wet wipes, after I explained we never flush them down the toilet, he didn’t believe me. Then he obviously didn’t want to to the job, suggested I just get a brand new toilet and replace it later. I told him to fix the issue and I would worry about replacing my 2 yr old toilet at a later date. The guy obviously hates his job and has very bad customer service!! I would never use this company again!

Very quick, thorough, and professional service by Joe. Our 20 year old AC system failed at the peak of summer and he presented options for us to consider to better fit our home than the previously installed system. He was able to relatively quickly remove our old unit and install a newer system by the next day, over the weekend. Came out same day to look at a water main shutoff leak and low pressure issue. Technician initially thought it was a pressure reducing valve (PRV) issue but after some troubleshooting, zeroed in on a defective water softener. We were disappointed that the softener we purchased from Will Fix It only lasted 7 years and we had to replace it and their prices aren't the cheapest. The technician worked throughout the afternoon into the evening to replace the softener, PRV and install a new main shutoff. Huge shoutout to Jesus Gutierrez, the technician. He was very polite, thorough and professional.Pros: very responsive; courteous and professional technician; updates you prior to arrival so you don't have to wait around; fixed issue same dayCons: charges a fee to look at your issue which is refundable if you use them for the job; more expensive than other service companies; questionable quality of products - softeners should have typical 10 yr service life.

They came a day late and offered to do a flush of my water heater for $500, a massive overcharge. They didn't waive the trip fee even though it was probably warranted. The plumber was, however, very professional.

Installed water heater that did not meet Code requirements. Corrected problem two years later after another plumbing company noted the improper water heater installation. They came to rectify the problem. Worker installed expansion tank improperly and reluctantly corrected the installation that compiled with warranty requirements. After installation had new problems with hot water backflow into cold water lines...pilot light keeps going off. Called and got an appointment the next day. When I called the next day to check on appointment I was told that the clerk had made an error and the appointment would be two days later. I only use Will Fix It because I bought a water heater at Home Depot and asked for the installation. They sent Will Fix It ....heater / etc still under warranty so I call them with the problems.

Called Monday at 8am to make an appointment. I was told I would receive a call back shortly from the local office to setup an appointment.Well, 24 hours later I decided I would call them. They had no record of my call or appointment.So the lady makes me an appointment for 2-6 pm.It was not even an hour before I was called and canceled on until Friday and today is Tuesday.Why does this company spend money on advertising if they are just going to waste customers time and money. I have no idea how they are rated so high, this was awful.

Ramiro was a great AC maintenance tech. He was here on time, and acted very professional during his visit. He was willing to show me tips and tricks about my system, and was very knowledgeable about the information he gave me on how to maintain it. Ramiro was an honest man and did not try to oversell me services that were not necessary.The only misfortune about the visit is the documentation and payment process. It took about 30 min to complete the inspection and tune up service, and it took nearly 45min to complete the payment and documentation. I as a product developer could tell based on how Ramiro was struggling that training was not sufficiently given to the Will Fix It employees, and the overall GUI of the software used has big room for improvements and optimizations. I recommend that employees be given hands on training rather than just showing them how to use a tablet app through printed screenshots on a white board.

Water softener was not working right. Christopher was smart and on it. Knew the little things to check and verified things were working right, gave me the problem and the solution. Greatly appreciated.

He didn’t charge us anything at all. When leaving, he offered to close the garage door for us. He in fact restored our ability to use our garage door openers. Our Technician Daryl came out to fix an ongoing thermostat issue. He was super nice and polite, helpful in explaining the errors and issues he found, and always accepting of my multiple questions. He was very knowledgeable of the products and our system and fixed some issues that had been looked over by other technicians last year. Overall great customer service and work - great job! Very fast and professional. I called yesterday after 5 to set up an appointment and received a call the next day at 9am to let me know that they were on the way. They repaired my bathtub faucet that had a stead stream pouring out in under 20 minutes. Very happy with the service and speed. 10 out of 10 recommend and would use again.

I had Will Fix It out for an HVAC system tuneup and to see if we needed any repairs. All they did was try to sell us a new one to the tune of $14,000. We had someone else out within a month and found out someone left the cap off our freon system allowing much of it to escape. Hmm, how convenient. Things that were missed: fan wasn't turning on outside unit b/c capacitor was burned out; freon valve needed replacement, attic unit had multiple air leaks, circuit board on attic unit previously had an ant infestation and likely needed replacement. Oh, and there was a small mold issue in the attic. None of this was brought to our attention by the professionals at WFI. They quoted us about $900 for freon and $14k to replace. No other options were given. Don't use this company if you have any other choices. They'll rip you off!

I was amazed at how quickly WillFixIt was able to fit me in for an A/C repair seeing it has been so hot lately and I knew they were swamped with customers. If we ever have any plumbing needs again in the future, this company is 100% the one I would call. We needed gas lines replaced, our water heater repaired, and some duct work fixed up and it was done in a timely manner. They explained everything thoroughly, laid out our options, and definitely made us feel comfortable and confident in the work that was to be done and how they would go about it. They had the master plumber come and take a look and verify everything, got us inspected and checked off the first time, and got our hot water back on for us! Seems odd to pay $90 for someone to tell me AC is broke (which I already knew) and then ask to charge me $800 for a leak detection test that would use coolant - odd in that I’m paying to add Freon to a system that already has a leak. Basically spend $800 to see if you need to replace compressor or coil…

Very professional, but VERY, VERY Expensive. Two technicians came out, I had two light switches replaced it cost over $300 to replace two light switches. I also had to clean up the cut wires and sheetrock dust that was left on my floor.

Had our inside unit replaced in 2020. 2 years later it has already failed us multiple times. After calling to inquire if the labor was covered under warranty since the parts should be being as it’s so new. The person informed me it was. After having someone sent out they told me it actually wasn’t covered and as well I then had to cover the diagnosis fee.These are all unexpected expenses that 1. Should have been avoided because I asked prior to having someone sent. 2. Shouldn’t even be happening until way later in an ac units life.To top it off they were the highest priced in labor out of 3 other companies called.

I am very disappointed with Will-Fix-It. I was told on the phone that the service fee of $89.00 would be applied to the bill. The person who came out to do the estimate said that is not the case. The quote was high overall. Over $250 dollars to hang a ceiling fan. So I spent $89.00 for nothing basically.

I called them to replace the kitchen faucet. I provided them with the faucet and he gave me estimate of $300+ just for replacing kitchen faucet. I chose not to go with them and just paid $89 as service charge. May be this is the price with all the plumbing companies but I would like them to give rough estimate over the phone or video call and let us decide if we want to go ahead or not.

Our A/C wasn’t working, prompt response. The technician took his time and was very helpful, took him from 11 til 5pm but everything went smoothly and is working beautifully.

The guys did a very good and fast installation. One problem though. After competition they did not clean up all the debris left in the hallway. I didn’t notice until my wife got home and she was not happy about the substantial mess in the hall.

Want to come on here and leave another review. Got a city code violation for the alley behind our house. Turns out when Will Fix It serviced us months ago, they never cleaned up the trash and broken pieces of the clay pipes we got replaced. They were all left behind the fence in the alley. That's so unprofessional and inconsiderate considering the labor fees we paid.

After receiving a variety of defects from multiple outlets from my property, I called this company. Frank showed up earlier than expected by educating on what was going on and what caused the defects to happen. In addition, he was able to resolve it in matter of a short time.*********UPDATE:For the $79.95, I had issues with almost all areas of the property which was causing power outages throughout the property. Due to this, I had to hire a electrician (Will fix it) and they came over to my property and inspected what needed to be done and the electrician stated that there was a minor screw that was causing the issues, he had also mentioned that it is not the breaker that is triggering it and by fixing the minor screw, it worked. After that, 30min- 1hr later, the issue had occurred again. I called will fix it and they stated that they will look further into it by making another trip. During this 2nd trip, they were going to charge me a second trip of ($79.95) (without letting me know they were going to charge me) and stated that the $79.95 fee can only be waived if I purchase the diagnostic fee which was going to be $189.00. According to the electrician, he said it was needed to find out the issue. During the diagnostic on what he was doing, plugged in a remote and determined that no issues were triggering the remote as in failure to an area of the property. After that, he recommended me to pay for a breaker and have him install it which was going to be the $189.00 PLUS the +$300 for a breaker labor/ installation. After that, I requested a refund because I know there was no issue with the breaker since the house is too new to replace. I declined their service and requested a refund and they said they weren’t going to refund me. After all that issue with will fix it, I hired a electrician from sparky and they inspected all the issues and fixed it all in one price instead of charging fee after fee like will fix it. During their service, it was determined that there was a wire issue that needed to be replaced and a breaker wasn’t necessary to be replaced.Lack of communication and throwing random fees like that? Not cool. It resulted me doing business with another company and waste more money than I need to.

Jesus came out shortly after my inquiry to have someone look at a backed up sewer/shower. He ran a camera in the pipes and showed me areas of standing water that weren’t supposed to be there. He called the field supervisor Angel to come out for a 2nd opinion and ideas about the different belly areas for piping.Angel also took his time explaining the situation to me and offered several options. Ultimately, I was very pleased with their work and their ideas. Thanks Jesus and Angel! 5 stars.

The two service man that showed up, James and the other I never caught his name who’s a young man being trained, their professionalism surprised me and gave me hope that finally someone knew what they were actually doing, only the fact that now pointed to another problem of low in refrigerant in the system, which either there may be a leak or as James stated they never put refrigerant in the beginning at installation. So now I was told A measuring device on the low side is not working properly so that’s why my unit was icing up. So actually the leak Open the Plenum at the bottom of the unit is actually sealed during this visit, which goes to say that either the continuous leaks has damaged the compressor or the unit itself was never installed properly, either way these two guys get OK courteous, the only thing is I never got a courtesy call Saturday to see how the unit is working as they told me before they left.

Been having electrical issues in the kitchen so we need professional help. Called “Will” Fix it and got an appointment the very next morning. Deasey was on time and very professional. Explained his troubleshooting steps and possible fixes got the electricity issue. He pin pointed the problem and Deasey got to work. With an hour the problem was fixed and I was able to make my coffee. Definitely will used this company again.

Angel was very professional and helpful. The leak appeared to be stopped as I had tightened stuff up after calling to bake the appointment. Professional confirmation was comforting though. He also gave us a free quote on a water softener while he was here which is great since we are considering getting one.

I had an issue with a tech leaving, when they thought I wasn't home.I did not hear him knock.When I called dispatch to address the issue, the guy Chris kept telling me how it was my fault the tech left because No one was home. That is extremely annoying to call a service company and they just give excuses and reasons to why their employees do the things they do, instead of just saying they are sorry.I get that I did not answer my phone, but the guy could have knocked or rang the bell before just deciding I'm not home.He was probably in a rush to get to his next job, because he got there 10 minutes prior to 2 which was the end of his 2 hour arrival time.I felt Chris was very rude and smarmy.Do not reccomend this company.

Nelson was awesome. I have a frozen water cutoff valve. I had tried to loosen it, it didn’t budge. Nelson really gave it a good shot. Even though he couldn’t loosen it he gave some great advice and was extremely helpful in helping me to get SAWS to fix the situation .

Arrived on the dot! Looked over the entire house and thought the leak was outside due to extra greening in grass. Offered different options and seemed to understand that this was costly for me.We agreed to a conservative option to start, shut the water off and he began digging up the area in question. He also suggested what the possibilities were. He was completely correct, he found the leak and repaired it. He also suggested that I get in touch with SAWS to see if they would adjust my bill since I had a licensed plumber do the repair.I am completely happy with this service and if I ever need a plumber again I will contact this service. I had placed a request for replacing the garbage disposal. They gave me two options: One that was $760 with one year warranty and the other for $820 with 3 year warranty. I looked up at the garbage disposal that they were going to give me and it costs only $210!! It is unbelievable how much they charge for a 20 min work. Will never recommend them to anybody. Stay away.

I originally had Will Fix It come out because my AC stopped working efficiently. The tech inspected the outdoor unit and prepared an estimate for a variety of things that he said needed to be done. He completed the repairs and the unit was working fine. A few days later my son, who is a heavy equipment mechanic, was over and noticed the cap was now missing from the charging port. Contacted Will Fix it and they arranged to have the tech come out and replaced the cap. By the time he arrived it was obvious the unit was once again not operating efficiently, so he scheduled a callback on my day off the check for leaks. Another tech, Romero, came out and immediately spotted signs of a leak in the high pressure line near the accumulator. He repaired the leak and charged the system which is now working again. After speaking with his manager they decided to not charge for the callback. People make mistakes, but it is how they handle the mistakes that shows their integrity. Will Fix It readily acknowledged the failure to notice the obvious leak, and made it right. I respect that and highly recommend them. Thank you Romero. Job well done.

I’m rarely disappointed with Will Fix It. Today’s visit was just a routine furnace check but the technician still managed to wow me with his service. He explained some things I needed to know, anticipated my questions before I asked, and explained it all in such an easy to understand, kind, helpful manner. He helped me resolve a minor app pairing issue with my thermostat too. And he made a helpful recommendation for improving the air quality in the home. But, no pressure or uncomfortable sakes tactics. My experience with Will Fix It was beyond unacceptable. I called the company and told them I needed a technician to replace the cartridge in my shower/tub combo. I was told that the technician could come to my home for $89 and the service fee was waived if the work was performed, Today the technician showed up, turned on the water, and said we needed the cartridge replaced and it would be $399. I asked if there was variable pricing and he said there was not. I asked why they just didn't tell me the price on the phone since I asked for the specific service and the technician told me they don't give quotes on the phone. Buyer beware! They made $89 from me for 3 minutes of work for a technician to come to tell me that a service was $399.on the phone.

What started out as a normal scheduled maintenance turned into an opportunity for this company to really shine. my tech Yuri ( who was fantastic) failed to reconnect a capacitor for the outside fan which caused a short, fried the capacitor and tripped the breaker. Within an hour after my tech left I noticed that the temperature in our house was increasing and things were getting hot! When I called they responded quickly to send a supervisor out who was great, well communicative and confirmed that the first tech unfortunately just missed a small thing. So in this very moment is when I witnessed his character. He pulled us outside and explained what happened, took responsibility and had a plan to correct it!The company offered us a room in a hotel but instead we opted to buy a portable air conditioner to resolve our immediate need to cool down. Then next morning both techs came over, replaced the part and called to confirm everything was good to go! I can’t express enough how thankful We are.

We had our water heater breaker tripping couple of times and we called the company arrange an appointment. Plumber called us 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. He troubleshoot the issue and gave us an estimate. We agreed and he immediately started working on the thermostat. Replacing the thermostat took around 15 minutes, but he stayed until the water heater make his cycle and everything was working properly!Very happy with Mr Bobby, his job and his professionalism.

Sharing our positive experience we had with Will-Fix-It regarding honoring their warranty and replacing a leaking evaporator coil at no charge for parts, only paying for labor. Their technician Jaime Rosas did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue with the coil, and completing a condenser coil chemical cleaning that has kept the house with cool conditioned air throughout this hottest summer on record.

Called the company on 09/21/2022 set up an appointment for 09/22/2022 for 4pm to 7pm for a water heater fix. I called the morning of the appointment to see if they could come earlier they said yes 2pm to 4pm. We agreed on the time. An hour before 2pm. They call and say they have to reschedule for either the next day or the following because they had no techs. ? And why say y’all can come earlier if you can’t. Wasted a day waiting for this company when I could’ve called another that would’ve been reliable. Now going on day 3 without hot water because of this company.

Plumbing work was fine. Yard & ditch repair was very poor. Dug trench very unprofessionally. Broke sprinkler system, still have one pop up that worked and not working now. Refilling trench was poorly done and I the home owner had to correct leveling dirt and smoothing out to blend in. For the amount of my payment they should have done a better job smoothing yard and re sodding yard. Won’t use them again for any plumbing

Sal was nice but lacked professionalism, sal was on a phone call with payroll upset that he was getting less paying jobs and that he was going to quit. He spent most of the time trying to convince us to fix the basket strainer ourselves but my husband just had abdominal surgery. Also when mentioned to him that my husband had abdominal surgery sal replied with “I don’t care if I had surgery or was sick I would do it myself” extremely rude comment to say to someone who is needing services because there spouse is recovering. My basket strainer is not leaking but is now visibly crooked with a pretty noticeable amount of putty out on one side due to it be off centered. We also were told by sal not to worry about the $89 service fee but are still left confused as to whether that came off the cost of our service as told to us when we set our appointment. I won’t recommend this company based off this interaction.

My AC was having difficulties maintaining set temp. My home was reaching 85 degrees and raising. I contacted Will Fix It Thursday evening and received an appointment for next day. I had previously worked with this company as they installed my system roughly 6 yrs ago. The service tech that came today was Benjamin Sterling. He was really professional and very knowledgeable. While diagnosing the problem he discovered my capacitor was going bad and recommended it be replaced. Im glad he thoroughly checked my whole unit as this would have been a problem down the line. In my opinion Benjamin went above and beyond the reason he was called for. I have the yearly maintenance mebership as I feel it is worth it. I will say that for some reason prior techs are not this detailed and thorough. I wish they all were as my experience today with Benjamin has helped me as a consumer buid trust with this company. I blocked off my schedule for Sunday for a consult to install a new water heater for Friday as I work Saturday thru Thursday all day and into late evening. My water heater is cracked and has to be replaced. I scheduled the consult on Friday evening and the had time avaible for Sunday from 8-12. Will Fix It called me at 8:45 on Sunday to cancel my Consult, thus leaving me in a pickle. Now I have to delay the project for another week to start this process all over again due to ineptitude in scheduling and conflicts.

Frank, who conducted an electrical repair, repaired a solar transfer box that was actually a responsibility of South Solar Texas. South Solar Texas failed to honor the warranty on a part they installed. When the solar transfer box shorted out, half of my house had no electricity. Frank, from Will Fix It, found the problem and gave me the option to repair it immediately. Moving on to Vincent from Will Fix It, he diagnosed the problem with my AC immediately and had it running within minutes. Will Fix It, without a doubt, offers unparalleled service.

We are counting our blessings today. We had a bad feeling about another company that had came out to check our HVAC. They quickly told us it could cost anywhere between 3k-15k to fix. What we originally thought was the ac unit not working correctly anymore, or something else happened. What I had explained to them was it appears that both are working, just not correctly. Both ac unit and compressor turned on, but weren’t communicating. We found out the capacitor went bad and the fact it was an easy fix is a relief on our minds, as well as the cost wasn’t bad at all since it was under warranty.As well as for in case the drain connecting to the ac unit was flushed for good measure.The services we’ve had with Will Fix It has been good, quick and thorough, the repair servicer was easy to approach and communicated with us whenever we ask questions.Definitely will continue using Will Fix It again in the future, hopefully not in the near future though, lol. Nonetheless will give them a call when we need assistance.

We upgraded from two traditional electric water heaters to a gas tankless unit and decided to replace our water softener, two exterior spigots and a commode at the same time due to the fair pricing, warranty, company reputation and professionalism of their team. We are very pleased with the products and service of Will Fix It and will use them again in the future when the need arises.

Plain and simple, stay away from this HVAC company, price gouging is an understatement. Richard the technician advised the Compressor Protector Terminal is going bad and will fail this year, he advised to change the part. A $30.00 dollar part cost $479.00 to purchase/install in my A/C unit which took all of 5 minutes to complete the job, no exaggeration. I asked why it was so expensive, his answer was, “that’s book price”, just incredible and crooks taking advantage of common working people. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

Repaired a evap coil due to leak on heat pump. Parts and labor under warranty, but cost $1400 to find leak with isolation test that took less than an hour. The $1400 was a discounted price too!? I’m a disappointed about the cost of the leak test, but what do you do? Possibly could have had a different company do the leak test for less money? But warranty worked would have had to be done by Will Fix It.Repairman obviously did a good job. He was professional and courteous. He also fixed the problem. The heat pump has never worked as good as it does now. I wonder if it has leaked from installation? It has been filled with Freon more than once in the past and was completely empty twice counting this time. I’ll monitor and compare electric bill.I would have given 5 stars if leak test was less expensive. Just pressured up empty system with nitrogen (cheap inert gas) and listened for leak in the most likely places. Labor, equipment, and material for test had to cost $200 maybe if generous? I didn’t time it, but the technician had the leak identified less than an hour or less after arriving.

They did not show up on the day of the appointment and provided no phone call or voicemail. The following day they showed up, but almost an hour past the given window. The estimate they gave for replacing a thermal expansion tank was almost $600. I would have paid $300 for the hour of work and $50 tank. This really feels like price gouging.

this all happened and a reasonable enough solution was offered and accepted I'm still a little irritated by the whole thing but it is what it is at this point*ask for your AHRI rating and compare it to your selected seer rating when purchasing*I believe that I may have discovered an absolutely massive SCAM that could have affected thousands of people who have done business with this company...Ill start by saying they did in fact install an air conditioner. It does in fact work and i suppose all things considered this is a good thing. After that things go left ill explain.I called for a quote on a home air conditioning system and found that the salesman came very promptly and we discussed options for the unit i was going to select. After some consideration i chose the 18 seer unit as shown on his installation agreement contract and they came to install the unit and i was relatively pleased. My father calls me and tells me to call my electrical company to see if there were any further rebates i could get, there was a 650 dollar rebate for an 18 seer unit so i go about calling will fix it for the ahri certificate among some other things but this is the most relevant.i get the AHRI cert and it states i have a 16 seer unit (a lennox 16hpx condenser or outdoor unit). On my installation paper it states i have an 18 seer on my purchase agreement it states i also have an 18 seer unit. why the discrepancy? So i call and speak to the installation manager and he assures me this is standard business practice and i have received what i purchased its just a misunderstanding on my behalf.So i ask him the followingIs the only way to get what we actually agree on from you guys to get the 14 seer? which is the legal minimum standard for Texas?the installation manager agreed this was correct.i then ask him so if i buy a 14 seer i will get a 14 seer he says yes. And if i buy a 16 seer i also get a 14 seer he says yesif i buy an 18 seer you give me a 16 seer he says yes.I asked him how he came to determine that my system is an 18 seer system like by what standard they have developed can they disagree with every other possible rating?, he said to me we go by the highest possible seer rating and i said where did you get that information though? the manufacturer states this unit is only capable of 16.5 seer and you tell me its an 18 seer unit. my electric company tells me all i have is a 16 seer unit based on industry standard ratings. But i guess some thief at will fix it didn't think that anyone else would figure out their scam?don't worry they have a 365 day money back guarantee I may be able to let you kind folks know how well that works out.

Don’t be deceived. I’ve used this company for more than 20 years and It is not a professionally run business anymore. They won’t value your business. Their level of BS when trying to resolve customer complaints is amazing. Their technicians don’t show up on time (they can be days late), they treat maintenance calls like sales calls and their AC manager (Eddie?) is downright antagonist. Their technicians receive commissions on items they attempt to sell you during maintenance calls and you end up doubting their recommendations and judgement. ARS must not care about the people they hire and how poorly they represent their business interests. Look elsewhere for AC service.

I frequently use Will Fix It for my routine AC maintenance. However, my old unit recently needed to be replaced and Will Fix It was able to install next day. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Overpriced, and cancelled twice when an appointment was set. Asked for a credit card and then said it cost $167 just to cut a small hole in the sheetrock. That's not including the rest of what it cost to fix a small leak. If you want loyal service for plumbing, try self-employed smaller name companies. I don't intend on using this company again if anyone else in the local area is able to do it instead

We just bought a house in Boerne and recently DIY installed a Nest Thermostat. It was cooling and heating properly but we still wanted somebody to come take a look at it just for peace of mind. We Fix It was a verified Nest Pro Installer so we gave them a call. Extremely polite and courteous agent who gathered all of the necessary information so she could relay this to the technician. She then scheduled our appointment which was only 2 days out (what a short wait!). Then the morning of the appointment we got a call before our scheduled time to let us know the technician was on their way. They arrived 20 minutes before the expected window which was a huge plus. The technician, Dillon, was extremely friendly and easily troubleshooted and answered all of our questions. He even brought me to the outside A/C unit to show me the tests he was running and made some recommendations to us from those tests. Dillon was outstanding, A+ service. He set us up to be able to care for and maintain our unit as best as possible. There was no upselling or overcharging, just efficient, genuine customer service. I would highly recommend We Fix It.

Daryle was amazing he stayed late to fix the ac so we could have air. You know Texas heat is, so ac is a must. Unfortunately the part was wrong ,but he didn’t stop there . He tried his best to try and make it work, but it didn’t . So what does Deryle do stays up late looking up the parts . Unfortunately nobody in the area has the right part . So again he could have stoped there but not Daryl he found a whole new inside system at a nice price and coming back today to install it . Prior to being sold, it was quick and easy to get a hold of someone LOCAL and great customer service. Well you can no longer reach them locally, meaning you have to reach the call center, listen to the wonderful your on hold music for 10 minutes, then they make the call to put you in touch with someone locally, so now your on hold once again for another 10 minutes only to find out that they are not answering. So now they tell you that they will send an email to inform them to call you, well that was 30 mins ago and still no call. Meanwhile it's 96* out and my tenants have no AC. The only reason I'm not calling someone else is that I purchased the AC Unit plus installation as well in 2018 from Will Fix It, and here I am.....

We knew we had a pipe leak somewhere in our house since our water bill was skyrocketing, so we called Will Fix It to try to assess the problem. We were told it would be free for them to assess the problem, and that they would only charge $79 if we didn't go with them to fix the problem. They spent hours looking around our house for the leak and said that it was definitely under our foundation and that they recommended that we re-pipe our entire house for $17.5K or they would try to find the leak at an hourly rate of $619.50 an hour (which they mentioned could potentially take up to 16 hours). We were then charged $655 for them installing an isolation valve, that they didn't inform us about before they installed it. So our free evaluation wasn't so free after all.We called our insurance to see if they would help cover anything, and they sent out their own plumbers who instantly found the leak in our yard (which Will Fix It assured us was not there) and repaired it for next to nothing compared to what Will Fix It had charged us and was planning on charging us to not even fix the real problem. We will no longer be using or recommend Will Fix It to anyone we know.

I have had this company for years. Unfortunately most of the time they came was a problem they found. Last time was needing a new capacitor. I couldn't afford $ 383.00 plus tax. A friend recommended another company. They put in a new capisitir for half the price. . The part cost around $100.00. Most of the people work on commission so are trying to find something they can sell you to get their comission. I will be cancelling my contract with them and go with an honest company.

Above company came out on June 25th when it was about 102 degrees. The technician told me I needed a new AC evaporator and Condenser which would be $8500. I have 3-kids at home and I felt pressured to get a new compressor, so that we wouldn’t have to be miserable with no AC. I decided to wait and the next day called a smaller company Mark Shaw. He immediately suggested a fan and my AC came back on. Now I’ll buy an American Homeshield Warranty and this will give me time for a warranty to kick in in case I do need a compressor. Will Fix It, left my 3-kids and 2-dogs in a miserable state with NO AC. It seemed they were more interested in making a BIG $ale! I paid $625 for the new fan and not the $8500.

The blockage resolved before the appointment. They still came to make sure and answer any questions I had.

2 years after my service the exact same pipe they installed burst. When I called they told me they only have a 1 year labor and parts guarantee. The guarantee is fine, as that seems to be consistent in the industry, what is not okay is how the new plumber I had come out had nothing but confusion when seeing the work Will Fix It did.I spoke to a manager and his tone was just to tell me it's too late to do anything about the work unless I want to have someone else come out. Why would I overpay and risk the same low quality work?My complaint is the lack of care and quality this company provided me. I will not be using them in the future and recommend everyone else stay away unless you want a company which overcharges for unacceptable work.Original comment: Amazing service. Called at 1am, had someone here by the morning. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Would definitely recommend.

Scheduled an appointment Sunday night due to an emergency. I was told they would have someone here by 8am. At 9am I was told they were 45 minutes away. I 11:15am I finally had to call someone else. The guy that took my call seemed to be cool about me canceling since there was no apology or concern about my issue. Roadrunner plumbing showed up to my house in 10 minutes!

I had will fix it come out to do a tuneup on my home AC and theTech told me I needed Freon and I had a leak in the system. I got a second opinion and it needed no Freon and no leak and was running perfect . I asked to speak to manager and asked for refund and no response back from him at all.

We had issues with our breaker that would’ve been a fire hazard so we contacted Will Fix It for help and they got someone out to help us right away.Deasey did great work and replaced our breaker with no trouble & also helped us understand what the problem was which was a great help.He also helped us get in contact with an AC technician to help with our AC unit.I definitely recommend Will Fix It if you need help with an electric problem & want it taken care of promptly and efficiently.

I was initially a bit disappointed with this group but over time I have come to have a lot of appreciation for them. My story started when my Nest thermostat sent me a message that my heat was not coming on in the bedroom. This had been a continual problem since 2021. The tech that came out had to do so multiple times and we tried one fix that was rather expensive that didn't solve the problem. I was unhappy with how much this cost and they worked with me on that by refunding half of it to my credit card. I really appreciated that gesture and look forward to working with them again in the future as a result of this.

Arthur came to see why insulation from the attic was falling down on the AC. The installer from another company did not close up the attic space completely around the air conditioner, so insulation was getting into the area he noticed that the only two sides were sealed.

When my A/C stopped cooling I went through Home Depot to look for a reputable company. I went with Will Fix It. From the initial call from Araceli at Will Fix It to the installation of my new unit by Jaime and Darnell, the overall experience was extremely positive.Araceli had someone at my house within 2hrs of my A/C going out. Ace, the service technician, arrived and began his assessment of my unit. After diagnosing the issue, Ace went over all of my options in detail and was patient with all my questions. He explained everything again to my wife who wasn't available when he arrived. After a discussion and taking into consideration how long we planned on keeping our house, he gave us his recommendation, which we ultimately took. Ace was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained everything, provided examples and even though I didn't ask for it, gave me a military discount. I guess he saw some of the Army gear I have in my garage. Thanks Ace!The next morning Jaime and Darnell arrived within the specified time to install my unit. They introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, were very professional and immediately got to work. They did a great deal of work up in the attic were it got to over a hundred degrees. Safety was a priority for them. I could hear them checking on each other and they took much needed breaks from the heat. As I checked on them throughout the day, they explained where they were in the process. Upon completion I went into the attic with Jaime where he went over everything they had replaced and worked on up there. These guys did a good job.Within 28hrs of my A/C going out I had a new unit installed. I think that's pretty impressive considering the shortage of HVAC parts right now. I was promised excellent customer service by the salesman. The new heating/cooling system was partially installed on June 2, 2021. Because it was raining, the furnace work was not completed. I’ve called numerous times since then to finish the interior furnace connection; each time I’m promised a call back from management. Granted, I don’t need heat now, but I would like to get what I’ve paid for.As of August 13, still no call. Given my personal experience, I cannot recommend Will Fix It at this time.11/02/21 Update: I called for a technician to come check my furnace because the heater would not turn on. Apparently, the previous installer failed to turn on the gas. Dale promptly figured out the problem and fixed it. Dale was prompt, courteous, and delivered great customer service. Thank You Dale!01/10/22 Update: Darrell came by to give my unit its 6 month check up. Darrell was incredibly knowledgeable! He shared maintenance procedures that were not previously provided. These procedures are very important as following them helps extend the life of the unit. I suggest you use Darrell to train other technicians and installers on providing great customer service. We bought a new water heater from Lowes. Will fixit was the contractor who took care of all details from selling removal and installation...to collecting the money. I can't talk to the quality of workmanship other than the water heats up just fine. You see, the unit is in the attic and being disabled I can't get up there to look. But what I could see was not impressive because I had to clean up after them on the floor and bathing tub. Kinda spoiled the perfect view I had of willFixit. If they had cleaned up after themselves, I would have given them a perfect score.

Technicians came out over a week ago 06/25 and have yet to come back and complete the job! They were supposed to come back on 06/27 but failed to do so. I have taken off work two times without clear communication! Being told they would make sure that it happens and don’t is extremely unprofessional! I called Willfixit on a Friday night around 8:30pm as my water heater suddenly stopped working. After speaking to their representative Blanca She set a technician set to come out the following day between 9am and 1pm. The next day comes and around 1:20pm no call. I called back, The representative now told me that I was routed to a different call center in a different city and they now only had availability on the following Monday. There was no effort to try and right this on their end or see if someone can come out and fix or replace my water heater. I did not cause a scene since their peoplereally do not care they are not worth my time or yours. Stay away and do not use!

Will Fix IT, will rip you off. Today tech came out to give me a bid on repairs on my a/c system, replace defrost board and senor. They quoted me $729, ask for a detail bid with parts and labor, and could not provide. So did a little investigating, parts on Amazon $120, and should take less than an hour to replace. I do not know what the going rate is for labor, but my auto shop charges me $150 an hour. So, let's say make a little on parts $180 and be generous (the tech needs a little time to recover) on Labor $225, so $405 for the job?

Our technician, Daryl, was efficient, friendly, professional and quick when repairing our AC unit! We will definitely be calling him in the future for any other AC needs and will recommend this company to friends and family.

I chose Will Fix It because they had a sale price going on and I needed my furnace checked. Their service and communication was excellent, unlike those big companies that can’t seem to communicate between departments. They gave me a call to confirm the appointment after it was scheduled; I received a text telling me Technician George was on his way and how to identify him, which was nice because I was alone in my house. George came on time, did his thing and didn’t try to push any other services I didn’t need. He did offer selling and installing a couple extra products, which was very convenient because our house was recently remodeled and we didn’t have a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm. Overall, I’m really pleased with the services I received and would highly recommend this company.

This company was wonderful start to finish. Specifically, Jacob came out at about 11pm when my house was 86 degrees. There wasn’t much he could do that night because the entire system needed to be replaced but he still went out of his way to get me a portable unit to make it through the night. The next day, Ray and his partner came out and installed an entire new unit. They were professional, skilled, and polite. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Installed new 50 gal water heater to replace leaking 40 gal.- price: more than planned / expected- response time: outstanding. Came out same day I called and replaced water heater the next day. Showed up early: that was great.Would of liked an immediate response when I called back after smelling gas. Responses were same day as called but not immediate.- installation: took initial install and 2 call backs to get installation right. Gas was leaking through thermostat valve. The team that did the initial install came back and checked for leak. They didn't really find it but replaced yellow gas line and taught me how to find leak with soapy water. After about an hour, gas smell came back. I spayed the soapy water below the control valve and saw small bubble. Called back on third day and plumber checked yellow line again with no leaks identified. I informed him of the bubble I saw. He said he'd never heard of a tank from the factory leaking from that area. After he tested it he found that the brass fitting was loose and in fact leaking gas.Leaking gas can be extremely dangerous. In the future, recommend your teams check all lines to include the lines on the tank itself even if new from the factory. Otherwise the install was clean and professional.

I asked for diagnostic on how to endure my AC unit would make it thru the summer.. I showed him the heating unit inside the house that didn't work but was not worried about it at this time. He told me the unit was 20 yrs old and the blower didn't work and heater was broken. (DUDD!) He didn't bother to check the circuit board under the heater unit. Didn't even take the cover off.He went outside and security camera showed he put as much effort to check the outside unit as he did the inside unit.His diagnostic was my system was 20 years old and the components that drove the system was 20 yrs old. (Go figure!)This is only a guess but he spent about 10 - 15 minutes looking at the hardware and 20 minutes writing up a proposal for 3 new systems.at a cost of $90.

The technicians were very professional and even corrected a minor installation error that hadn't been corrected previously. They also identified and replaced a defective part that could affect heating ability if we had very cold temperatures. This was all accomplished under the warranty. Since we would never have known of these issues they could have saved their company the expense of repairs. Honesty is very important and I appreciate seeing it in action. The work was exemplary which I have come to expect from this company. Our water heater from another company failed yesterday and after spending most of the day looking for a replacement part that no one had available I decided that I would replace the water heater. Will Fix It came out and provided a quote and completed installation of a new gas line for our pool heater within a week. The technician stayed late to complete the job and to make sure the gas worked properly before leaving. Really appreciate the quick turn around.

Plumber did not show up within the time window that was given to us which would not have been a problem had it not been for poor communication on their part. Their employee did not adhere to the company’s COVID-19 pro cautions when entering our home and did not wear a mask half of the time he was in our home which was also upsetting. Their employee did not even attempt to diagnose the issue with the existing water heater and quickly gave a price quote for full replacement. Upon second opinion it was fixed within 20 minutes by another service provider.

Technician Chris Andrews was excellent. Showed up early, gave me a quote to install two 50 gallon water heaters I had purchased at Home Depot. He went and picked them up at the store and start the replacement promptly. He did a thorough job of removing old and installing new.Cleaned up and hosed down the driveway to clean up the rust remnants from moving the old, failed units.Very pleased with his work. Was a little more expensive than I was thinking it would be but the quality job far exceeded my expectations.

My tech was very professional. He was knowledgeable and I trusted what he was telling me that needed to be done and why. I’m a single female and I felt very comfortable around him. He did not get into my personal space or make conversation that would make me uncomfortable. I only mention this because I have experienced this with other techs and installers from other companies. Ramiro came to see why my newly installed unit (May this year) was not heating as the cooler weather arrived. Turns out there was a lot of skipped things that were not checked after install...while I am disappointed with the installers rush job from the same company, Ramiro assured me that it would all be taken care of and offered to come by to check again once the furnace is replaced. A true professional, he was honest and offered follow through.

75 gallon hot water heater was too hard to find according to Will Fix It so they sold me on 50 gallon tank with a circulating valve that would supposedly act like I have a 75 gallon… hasn’t worked as they stated it would. Low pressure in parts of the house which was never a problem before and while we had guests this weekend the hot water heater did not provide or perform as if it had more hot water . Will Fix it scheduled an appointment for today between 10am and 12pm…. To figure out what was going on, I’m sitting here waiting and have not heard a peep. No phone call nor has anyone from Will Fix It shown up to my house to address the issues… I’m thinking that I bought something that will never work as they said it would… not a happy customer…Update …. Will Fix it has been super to deal with and have been doing other work for us. As for the hot water complaint I made last year , they not only made it right but have won ? a customer back snd hopefully for life …

I am so very satisfied with the service, friendly communication, and professionalism I received from Will-Fix-It. I bought my kitchen faucet from Home Depot and paid for the install through them. It was the best price around for installation. I had called another big name plumbing company to see how much it would cost for them to install a Moen Smart Motion-Sensor faucet. They didn’t even know there was such a thing. But Will-Fix-It knew exactly what I was talking about and the plumber, Robert, had no problems at all installing it. I am extremely happy with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality service for an excellent price.

I hired them in January to replace a meter loop in my house it is the middle of March and they have not done it yet but they did charge me more than $2000 upfront for the job and they keep saying they are waiting for CPS so I called CPS and they told me that it took longer because they submitted the wrong address, then they took long to submit the permits and meter loop pictures. I called them back and have not received a call back when I left a message. So I have been having issues with my electricity it goes off and on everyday and it stays off more than it’s on. Finally they schedule me to complete the work but not until March 29.[Edit As Of March 30, 2021]As of today March 30, 2021, We Will Fix it came to my house to fix the issue I was having. The appointment was first scheduled this Monday, March 29, 2021, but was canceled due to CPS Energy not showing up. We Will Fix it then showed up today as well as CPS Energy to fix the issue. When doing this they scheduled a 6 hour appointment time. The most time they took to install and finish everything was around 4 hours. I was at work during this time and had to ask my daughter in law to stay home from work since I couldn’t take the day off. When I came home I got to see the whole panel that was originally getting taken out had left my outside wall broken exposing the wood underneath it. I was never notified this information until I got home and saw the damage through the drive way. I was told one of the boxes was going to be removed but I taught it was going to be carefully removed not just yanked off the wall and the damage continued all the way to the roof they removed a pipe also and all that area is also exposed. With this now exposed wood showing I will now have to hire someone else to come fix it before it rains so no water damage happens to the wood or water gets in my house. If this is that type of service, I would advise you not to hire We Will Fix It for any type of work. This is very unprofessional of them to do as they were the ones at fault.

Ramiro came to service our indoor mini split in our office for leaks. He was prompt, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He examined the inside unit and outdoor unit to vacuum the line and make sure there were no clogs. He then cleaned the indoor unit with a cleaning solution and made sure it was working properly and not leaking anymore. If ever you need your mini split serviced I highly recommend Ramiro.

Chris did a great job with a clean and reliable install of my new disposer. I did not appreciate the hard sell on a water softener, though. I called for service but the first 15 minutes he spent checking my water hardness and telling me why I needed to get that today. I mean, he wrote it up with prices and everything so he could get started on installing a new softener right away. In the end, my garbage disposer works great so I am happy.

I can’t say the price was fair. Huge mark up on parts. The tech replaced my thermostat ($355.00) and contactor ($446.00). I found them both online, thermostat was $81.76 and contactor was $25.90. I understand that the employer needs to make a living but geez. Do they really have to gouge out my eyes. I did get a 10% discount for being a vet however. You may get a better price if you go with a smaller company.

My main 100 amp breaker on the pole panel finally went out. Called them that night, showed the next morning. Had the breaker on hand and replaced it on the spot. Worth not getting electrocuted to me. Friendly technician.

Had master restroom backed up. Chris and Holly showed up and went right to checking it out. Had shower, tub draining very slow and the toliet backed up some. After putting the camera down to check they then proceeded to clean out the shower line and tub line. 20 minutes later water is draining great. Thank you Chris and Holly for your quick services on the weekend as well.

We had a problem with an outlet for our refrigerator .They told us that they need to install a special breaker for the refrigerator. They did that and charged us $581 for the job .The technician connected the Freezer, and the breaker did not work. The technician told us that it was a problem with the refrigerator .We Samsung for service and they told us that freezers should not be connected to an outlet with an integrated breaker. They connect it to a regular outlet, and it work .Samsung people told us that any qualified electrician will know that .I call the main office to ask for a adjustment on the charge .A person respond ed my call saying that need to talk to his supervisor .Every time I called they told me the same during one month.I think this company has no qualified technicians and do unnecessary services taking advantage of the goodwill of the customers.

My family and I woke up at 5a with our home at 80 degrees. “Will” Fix It came out that morning and immediately identified the problem.Our technician, Ace, showed the highest level of customer service and professionalism during our visit. He clearly explained and helped me understand what the problem was and why it was occurring. Ace laid out 3 options THAT WORKED FOR US, not just a generic list of parts.When we asked about replacing the unit Ace helped us see all of our available options and choose the best one for our needs.The technicians that came to install worked quickly and efficiently. Zack and his teammate were extremely friendly and made this a simple process. Ernest was right on time and very quickly replaced the filters on my reverse osmosis system. He was careful not to get water on my wood floors, and cleaned up after himself. He’s a pro and thoroughly explained things to me as he went along. Great service!!

We had a broken faucet in our bathroom sink. When we got the replacement, it looked so complicated to install. We called Will Fix It and they sent a superb installer, Alan Patty. From the moment he walked in the front door, he demonstrated upmost professionalism and courtesy. Alan was very graceful in his demeanor and took great care to make sure every last minute part was installed properly. We are very impressed with his customer service attitude. Our electrician David was so helpful. From the moment we called the office to get someone out to help us up until the moment the electrician left, we were taken care of. He respectfully wore a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors while carrying out the work. He helped us understand what he was doing and shared tons of information with us during the process. We will definitely use Will Fix It again for future household repairs. This was by far the smoothest experience with a contractor that we've ever had.

We needed a whole new AC unit, inside and out. Will Fix It was the third AC company to come out to give us a free estimate. They sent over a man named Manny who was super nice and professional. He helped us find a new unit for our home and our price range. He then set up an appointment for the tech guy to come out the following week. Raymond showed up and was also nice, friendly and professional. He kept us in the loop on what he was installing and why he needed to do it a certain way. Raymond was an awesome tech. You can tell he enjoyed his job. Raymond then came back a couple of days later with David to install the Remo-Halo. Once again he was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Will Fix It if you are looking for a new system. They honestly work with you and your income.

Very relieved today. The last month I been through hell and back with outrageous water bills and no visible leaks, I definitely needed professional assistance. Will Fix It was very prompt and puncutual. Gil and Theo were my plumbers, and they showed up ready to work and they sure did, after much labor they found my leak and fixed it. Of course I was not happy with the fortune I had to pay, but the financing options that Gil went over eased my mind. The overall professionalism made me confident in the work. I needed a ceiling light replaced in my upstairs closet and called Will Fix It on 6/29. They were able to come out two days later. Brandon came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he didn't have the equipment needed right then, he was able to come back the next morning. He was punctual, friendly, and able to have everything taken care of in about 30 mins. I've used this company on several occasions being a small business owner myself. This last occasion had me scratching my head. I called on Sunday to make an appointment. They advised the soonest was Wednesday between 2-4pm. I advised that was a little late but if something came available sooner that would be appreciated. I called today (Wednesday) in the morning to confirm. They advised someone would be there between 2-4pm (my tenants property). I got a call about 3 hours later that they had to cancel and would reschedule for a week later, actually after labor day? I asked why and they said they didn't have the right equipment. They had not reviewed the problem. They assumed a jetter was needed but had not been there to diagnose. I advised I had tenants that were waiting for this issue to be corrected and would appreciate someone helping. As what I thought that our small business was a valued and repeat customer they would assist. Abigail the dispatch person said no and there was nothing else they could do and proceeded to disconnect our call. Again, I am a small business owner. I understand the pressures of not having employees but to be disconnected is super poor service. I wish the best for Will Fix It as I have frequented their services in the past, but have to address unacceptable practices. My wife and I used Will Fix It to install 2 new toilets. We purchased them at Home Depot and also purchased the installation option.The Will Fix It plumber was great. Very professional and thorough. And he answered all of our questions afterwards.Will Fix It will be our go-to plumber in the future based on our experience today.

Called Will Fix It out to look at an old wall heater from the 1970s. They arrived on time and were very professional. The technician inspected the heater and let us know it was to much of a liability to fix given it's age, and the dteriation over the last 50 years.. He gave us a quote on what it would cost to replace, and offered to finance. When I told him I wanted to shop around and check with my bank to see if they could offer a better interest rate, he said sure no problem. He said that if we did decide to replace it just to call them back and he would wave the fee of another service call. He did not try to pressure us into making a decision right then and there, witch I have experienced with some other companies. If we are able to replace it, I will definitely call Will Fix It again. The technician was very professional, polite, and courteous.

I have used Will Fix It for approximately 5 years and I highly recommend them. Everyone of the technicians that has come to my home has not only been very knowledgeable and able to solve my heating and AC and water heater issues but they have also been very appropriate and decent individuals. I wish I could remember everybody’s names but I rememberEdgar and his partner installed my AC , Dylan has been here twice anddid a great job. I believe it was Manuel that installed my water heater and most recently, it was Jason Stephen who came to do my AC/Heatermaintenance and he gave me a lot of good advice about how tomaintain my unit. And I want to say I really appreciated Manuel’s dedication working late into the evening obtaining and then installingmy lovely new water heater.

If I could give negative stars I would. Called Sunday night because my kitchen sink was about to flood my kitchen. They said Tuesday between 2 and 6. I took the day off. They then called around 3 to try to reschedule. I told them this was unacceptable as I can’t keep taking off work and they kept trying to reschedule. I told them no and they said they could get someone out here between 5 and 7. They then called at 6 to tell me nobody would be coming and asked to reschedule to tomorrow after id already told them that this was not doable. This is unacceptable way to run a business. Maybe I should send a bill for the time i could have been at work!

Although I was traveling out of state, I was able to trust that my technician Ernest would take care of the issue the first time, the right way, and leave us as good as new. He arrived the same day as we needed the repair performed ASAP, and was able to limp us by until parts came in the following business day. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and care provided by the entire team at Will Fix It. Just remember, you get what you pay for!

The representatives on time, but 2x in a row, they are always trying to give me the highest priced option for everything. My soft water has a small leak and they want to replace it with a 4500 system and cannot somehow fix it. Representative was here for an hour and a half and I paid 700 dollars. I don't even get paid that much. If you have a nice house they will try and rip your head off pricewise

The technician, Yuri, was very thorough with the inspection and even made sure to check the warranty so we saved a lot of money. Overall, he was really professional and nice :)

Zack spent time checking our furnaces and A/C units to make sure they were functioning correctly Whole he was here he fixed a couple of items that had appeared on our Inspection Report since have a buyer for our home. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and very thorough! He took his time completing the servicing of our units as he was very thorough. He thoroughly explained everything to me. We have been loyal customer with Wil fix it . This is the second time we hired them to do contract work. We were told by the sale guy that they would obtain the city permit and would have the city inspecting the work within 72 hours once the job was completed. ( Even the proposal said that ) I have called them 5 times this past week and tried to get the inspection date . The receptionists just took my info and said someone would call me back . They never did ! I checked the city website , they never pulled the permit neither ! They care about their sales , but don’t care about customer safety and property home value ! Don’t make promise to people for the things you don’t do !
