My experience with All Pro was AMAZING! There are multiple problems going on with our plumbing, lately. Naturally, that meant I've had MANY questions! Aaron Saenz, was able to get here earlier than expected, which was a GREAT thing, because the work ended up taking all day. Also, no matter how much I've asked, and hovered (out of curiosity for how everything works and concern for what was wrong), Aaron was SO, incredibly patient!He answered ALL of my questions, explained everything to me in great detail, and was never bothered by my preference to witness the process of almost every step. He has done everything in his power to ensure that things are getting done CORRECTLY and carefully, while helping us get the best possible pricing, we can.Aaron and his partner on-site, Jose were VERY knowledgeable and have performed QUALITY work, here at our home. Our technician Joe was experienced and had knowledge to troubleshoot and correct problem. Alongside him was his apprentice. Joe was describing his actions and insured his apprentice understood. During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Settle in, this is going to be lengthy, but worth it. On a Saturday night our AC stopped blowing cold air and it hit 80 INSIDE the house by 330am. We changed the filters, collected our pupper and left for the day (about 1030a). We came back around 7p to an 86 degree, 1638sqft home. We are first time homeowners in our new home for just about a month. Our inspection went well, they only recommended a general service call for the unit. We hadn't gotten around to that yet and we won’t make that mistake again (Thanks to Comfort-Air... just hang on, I'm getting there). We had called our Home Warranty people that Sunday morning but it soon became clear that we weren’t going to have a functioning AC unit until Wednesday. Needless to say we didn’t stay home that night. I had requested HVAC recommendations on Facebook and as they started flooding in, I started taking notes and took matters into my own hands. I called a few places, checked trip charges, fees, availability - the norm. I narrowed it down to Comfort Air and someone else. The 'someone else' didn’t work out. When I had originally spoken to Sara at Comfort-Air, she was extremely helpful and EMPATHETIC (that was a nice change of pace). She explained all kind of things to me and ultimately, because of that, we chose Comfort-Air. When I called back and spoke to Amberlee, she was awesome as well!! She ran down what would happen, what to expect, how long it should take and what would happen if they needed a part. They both listened to what I was saying - ACTUALLY listened; I didn’t have to repeat info later. Both Ladies weren’t just helpful with our existing issue, we even signed up for their Maintenance Plan. It’s probably the best deal I have EVER heard of. For ONLY $195 A YEAR ( A YEAR!!!!!) they come out and do TWO service calls for general upkeep/maintenance (Spring maint/Fall maint). As we all know, proper maintenance of anything makes it last longer and work properly. If I can pay Amazon $120 a year for free shipping then this is a no brainer. This even includes two pounds of Freon per year (Per unit, I believe but you should ask Sara, Amberlee or Laurie). If you need a service call, this maintenance plan WAIVES their service fee!! ($90.00 as of 06/27/18) When the technician arrived to do the work, he was knowledgeable, respectful, worked with a sense of urgency but efficiently. He talked us through the whole thing in laymen’s terms. He wasn't in and out of the house 10 times checking one thing or another, making it HOTTER in the house. He did his evaluation of each component, determined the issue and resolved it. He even stuck around for another 15 minutes to MAKE SURE it was working properly. It was so nice to see a person take pride it what they are doing and represent their company so well, and under pretty hot working conditions (I did give him ice water while he was working and a snack for the road). Ultimately, call Comfort-Air. It was the best decision I could have made. HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to our Serviceman Maziarj, and to the ladies in the office who put up with my panic. HAHA! I was stood up by another plumber on a Saturday am. I had waited all week long for it to be fixed. Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

We sold our house and had to have a quick HVAC repair before closing.
