Shawn came to our home twice this week - once for a consultation/plan and then on the 18th for a gas line extension. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened well to our needs and offered good suggestions. He was forced to do the extension without his helper (Will) but still was efficient with time and patiently answered my many questions as to the whys and hows. It took a little longer than estimated, but he gave me a credit since he had to work alone. I highly recommend Shawn and plan to use him again for my professional plumbing needs. We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. They will definitely be our new go to Plumbers:).

This awesome company came out pretty much last minute, late on a Friday night, and installed a whole new disposal, quickly, and more affordable than anyone else. The guy was the courteous, quick and thorough. Two thumbs up!

I had a Rheem warranty claim on a hot water heater. They came out the same day and did the repair. Knowledgeable about the products they sell and the service they require. Joey and a associate came out and did a very fine job. No reservations what so ever. They are at the top of the list if I need service like that again. Thank you both!

Needed a black iron pipe gas line installed from our existing gas line in the attic to our kitchen 2 floors below (About 10 feet over and 18 feet down) for a new slide-in gas range. Quote offered Trac Pipe tubing option as well but chose the pipe. Not an easy install but Alberto kept the drywall cuts to 3 locations as quoted. Also installed a recessed wall box with the ball valve ready for the new stove. He did a very professional and thorough job, including some pipe routing adjustments due to unexpected obstruction. Side note: Trac Pipe was used for the last 18 connection from original pipe to gas heaters in the attic when the home was constructed 17 years ago and Alberto actually found and fixed a small leak at the Flex Trac joint during the leak testing after his job was complete. Validated my decision to not go with Trac Pipe tubing on the inside of my walls. Overall, Alberto did an awesome job. This was first step of a kitchen remodel so drywall cuts no big deal. No surprises as everything he did was listed in the quote.

I have used Chavarria’s Plumbing for three different problems, and every time I’ve had great results. They are on time and very courteous technicians. Kudos to Nathan for doing an outstanding job. Highly recommended.

Not only were they early for the appointment but they quickly addressed what the issue was and gave us recommendations on how to get it fixed without costing us a penny, as our faucet was still under warranty! When I asked what the trip charge would be they said there would be no charge. I ask you, where do you find plumbers that will do that? Not with any of the numerous ones I’ve used in San Antonio, that’s for sure! I will use Peoples Choice plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance now!

I gave them 2 stars because they were able to set an appointment for the next day ( for today) and were friendly on the phone. I ONLY gave them 2 stars because they never showed up to said appointment. We moved our schedules around to accomodate their 4 hr window but no one showed up or even called to say they wouldn't make it. I hope this isn't reflective of future appointments or their labor work.

Joe B. Came out and went over everything plumbing related as per our maintenance agreement. Very informative. Also shot video of our sewer line to make sure we had no issues. Excellent service.

We have a warranty policy with CHOICE and a technician was dispatched to our home. He confirmed that we needed to have our water heater replaced. Sadly, we had our 2nd water heater replaced a year ago and our out of pocket expense was $195.00. Well SA Plumbing wants $455.00 dollars. I called to request an itemization invoice to see why there is such a significant difference, well they do not have one. i was told That is just the price. Come to find out they are wanting to charge us for what our Home Warranty is not giving them. This is not for un-covered upgrades and we do not need a permit as we live outside the city limits. They agreed to be a provider with CHOICE but do not agree with what CHOICE is going to pay them for their services. I have requested to speak to the owner over a week ago with no response. I had to call a 2nd time today to request that the owner contact my husband to get to the bottom of this issue. It is not okay to tell the warranty company that the fee is for non-covered items when in fact you are wanting the difference that CHOICE will not give you. Again, choosing to work with a warranty company means you will get paid less but you will get more work and build your business and clientele who will use you in the future.

Mario at Legend Plumbing was so easy to work with. We recently purchased our first home and from the time we were negotiating with seller until we finally closed, Mario was flexible, upfront with costs, and a quick communicator. Mario's pricing was fair and I feel like he and his team did an honest job. I'll be calling him again for all future work.

A plumbing emergency is the last thing you want. A plumbing emergency blocking a new washing machine from being installed is just mean. The folks at Anchor Plumbing made it right. Timely, professional, and knowledgable, the Anchor folks addressed the issue, and our new washing machine was hard at work within a day. Great team!

This is a great company. Brandon was professional and courteous. He demonstrated expertise in electrical installation and repair services. The office dispatch was also very courteous and helpful. This company goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. If needing electrical work, I recommend asking for Brandon. He is the best electrician and he makes sure his customers are satisfied with the results by answering all questions before he leaves the job site. A+ service.
