The Bluefrog team was awesome! Even though we're a bit of a drive from their 'normal' operating area, they were quick to respond and went the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed. Nick and Dan are one of the best techs out there. Had a big water leak in my front yard during after hours, Nick came out assess the problem and did his best to fix it. He returned the following day and Dan was with him. These two guys came back assess the problem and conquered it. They’ve exceeded all expectations as to what a tech for a plumbing company does. Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The technician Sunny came out and was pretty thorough regarding the issue I was having. He was pretty honest and straightforward and was pretty patient while I questioned the options that I had. Overall, I'm really content with the service and the ease and speed in which everything was done.

We did not personally use their plumbing services; however, we called to request details about previous work that had been done by 4M Plumbing at our new home. They were extremely helpful, kind, and informative. If we ever have issues in the future, we will be reaching out to them.

Rick was top notch in educating me, was timely, kept me informed of the progress and corrected plumbing issues that were identified from the builder without charging me. And he was by far the best value of over four other companies. He will be my only call when I need a plumber.

John came to an emergency water leak withing 45 minutes of calling. He replaced a broken pressure valve and left the yard clean and tidy. He gave me a receipt with a one year warranty and a refrigerator sticker. Gill Plumbing saved the day during rush hour traffic and did a perfect job. I highly recommend him to the people who live in Hill Country Retreat and the Alamo Ranch area.

Joey & Joseph were great they came and replaced my PVR valve and told me what things that I didn’t know. They were in time and ensured let me watch them work in the process which was good so that i knew what they are doing. They flushed my water heater and did an inspection and gave me some recommendations and what to do and not do I regards to my plumbing and water softener. Rafaela and Trinity have the best customer service always called and let me know when the techs were coming and always answered my questions and convened during the week and even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!!

Prompt and professional service

I received a quote for a kitchen faucet install, gas line relocation (lower 8 inches), shower faucet and head install. I was initially quoted $225 for the kitchen faucet install. Then the journeyman stated that he need to go out to the truck to determine the price for the other two items. He came back with a quote of $1200, with the kitchen faucet listed at $285 included in the price. When asked about the first price quoted he stated that price is when bundled (odd as the $1200 quote included $285). This company has shady pricing practices. Angi’s list should remove them.

I would have given Zero (0) Stars if possible. The plumber came out and got no where and they charged me $115. They didn't even offer to bring parts or fix the issue. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!
