Called late yesterday for a toilet repair necessary for a final walk through at a nearby business. Was initially told that a tech could be there between 10am and 2pm today. Was pleasantly surprised when we received a call early this morning that a tech was available! Prices were very reasonable too. On December 28th 2017, I contracted with Mickel Handyman Service to replace 72 ceiling tile at the San Antonio, TX – Wainright Post Office Station. I agreed to pay Mickel Handyman Services $864 for replacing the 72 ceiling tiles We sent a deposit in the amount of $432 on December 28, 2017, It is now March 9, 2018 and the work has still not been completed. He will not answer my phone calls, emails or letters. He refuses to do the work and he refuses to send the deposit back. He stole the $432 deposit.
