Best Emergency Plumbing in San Antonio TX

I called them in the late afternoon for a broken pipe at ground level. They sent a guy out in about 3 hours. I paid $100 emergency service call. I don't know a lot about plumbing but I could see this was a pretty easy fix. They quoted me $2,000. I said thanks for coming out.The plumbers I called after them fixed the problem the next morning for $252.They might be great at big problems, but for little ones get a second opinion.

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I discovered a leak in my front yard that was repaired previously by another company last year. I called a couple of other companies and they were not able to come out until next week. When I spoke to Will's, I was given the service fee amount and that it would be waived if I went with the repair. The appointment was set up for later in the afternoon for the same day. Will's called a few hours later and could get the plumber out even earlier. I then received a text message with the plumber's picture and bio. He gave me the estimate, which was a flat rate and guaranteed it for 6 months. He explained everything that he was going to do and showed me where the plumbing cracked from the previous plumber's work. I feel confident in the work performed and that I should no longer have this issue. Thank you Doug for all your hard work and for taking the time to explain to make sure I was comfortable with the repairs.

Mr Hernandez and Gilbert were extremely professional. They responded to my request for an estimate to unclog a tub stopper and completed the job right away. Mr. Hernandez, and Gilbert were very knowledgeable of their craft. They returned to change out our faucet aerators the next day. I absolutely recommend Rockstar Plumbing to everyone.

When i say this is the best experience I've ever had with any company i mean it. My shower broke and i wasn't sure if was pipes in walls or just old faucet. It just flew out of the wall. I was so scared of calling a plumber because when i googled what plumbers cost it was like by the hour. First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Big City Plumbing has always sent the hardest working and knowledgable young men to my house. Honest about pricing and always on time! They have installed 2 water softeners for me for much less than the big/well known water softener compaines. Will definately call them if I have any further plumbing needs.
