So I've used Will's All Pro for about 3 years. They have regularly serviced my unit and I have been happy to use them for my home up until today. I'm selling my home and a licensed home inspector said that all that needed to be done was to clean the air condenser coils in order to sell my home under my current contract. I quickly called Will's and asked for a quote to clean the coils. They said they needed to charge me a 69 dollar fee just to go out and see what I need. I told them that is unnecessary because I know exactly what I need as it was stated by the inspector. I asked for a simple quote, I just need the coils cleaned. They put me on hold to talk to a supervisor since I said I would shop elsewhere if they didn't just give me a quote for a straight forward job. When the supervisor got on the phone they said to answer a call to a home for inspection repairs the fee would be $199 before they could verify what needed to be done. So that's how a 3 year returning customer is treated! After I've used them for service on a rolling basis they can't even give me a quote for a straight forward job. Now I'm shopping from out of state and other AC companies are giving me quotes because I have an exact description of what needs to be done. This company charges ridiculous service fees to faithful customers to pad their wallets when the job needed to be done has been defined. I give them 2 stars because their service up to this point has been great, punctual, and professional. But today I felt like they were one of those companies who only give the best service to new customers and not faithful ones. Sorry Will's All Pro, you've lost my business forever.

Great and fast communication. They sent a tech out on New Year’s Eve and immediately addressed our situation (water heater replacement). They were courteous, respectful, and professional. City base plumbing is our go-to plumbing service.

They took their time (without overcharging me!) to find out exactly where my shower was leaking, why it was leaking, and recommended what I needed to do to resolve the matter. The previous company i used gave me the wrong diagnosis which caused the issue to get worse. I highly recommend this company because they know what they are doing.

Had a sewer line back up on Sunday P.M. House flooded when back flow came up thru toilet downstairs. Called Roto-Rooter at 6p.m. Dispatcher stated emergency tech would be dispatched to residence in less than an hour. An hour and a half later got call that tech delayed and would be about another hour. Got a second call 1 hour later again that tech was at my residence and could not get in. Tech was dispatched to different location with different Zip Code. Gave address to 3rd person at dispatch who did not give reason wrong address was given to tech. Finally at 9:15 tech arrived. Tech stated This does not usually happen. Was given estimate so quickly that when I tried to use the internet coupon I was told that Credit card was already ran thru and could not get discount. So 3 hr and 15 min. to get emergency help is just a joke and no Sorry or we will discount our price for your inconvenience. Will not use Roto-Rooter again in future.

Shout out to David Wuertenberg of People's Choice Plumbing! My water heater had a leak that I discovered late Thursday afternoon. After I called, he showed up early the next day to determine the cause so I could decide on a fix. Unfortunately, the leak was from the interior and as luck would have it I needed a new one. Nevertheless, he was able to get it replaced the same day in just a few hours. He told me what was the cause and how to avoid it in the future with some do it yourself maintenance. Days later he called to ensure that there were no leaks and that it was working as expected.I was very satisfied with the results.I've dealt with some of the big name plumbers that advertise on TV and radio and I will tell you that their goal is to sell you something you don't need or fix something that doesn't need repairing. I know this from experience and from knowing others who are in the plumbing & HVAC business. They are only interested in peddling their wares and services and convincing you that you need them--far from being honest or ethical.If you have plumbing issues, give Dave a call. He was prompt, honest, and professional. And I'm sure it'll save you some money.

Mike and his partner replaced my water heater on a Sunday. They were extremely professional and kind. They did an excellent job and took their time explaining the work they as they did it. They always asked if what they needed to do was ok before the proceeded. You could ask for better service. I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them to others.
