Mr. Rooter was recommended by Ramjack after our foundation leveling. They gave an honest evaluation which showed no leaks. I knew I needed a new water heater and was impressed with Carlos who had provided the eval. So, I asked him to look at our water heater and also do an estimate for a pressure regulator. Carlos explained everything to me, was clearly very knowledgeable and showed me a few important non cost things. He came and completed the work within a day of my request, and our water system is improved greatly and at what i feel was a fair price.I have been looking for a plumber I could trust for several years and really feel that I have found that with Mr. Rooter.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Wow! I'm not one to leave a review but I was so totally impressed with Chris at Will's all pro. Scheduling was a breeze, he came on time (I even got a courtesy call). He was professional, thorough, and even told me how to fix a few of our problems myself. He drafted up a written estimate from his iPad and emailed it to me before he even left. We are selling our home and completing repairs and I've had about 8 different contractors in and out of here over the passed several days. He stood out way above the rest.

I am really happy with the work Jesus and Chris provided. I am an upcoming small business owner and they have worked on my gas lines. Many companies give me the run around but there is not a job they can’t do for my food truck. Thank you to the owner chris and his upfront approach. It’s nice to know someone’s word still means something.

Joe and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled. The problems turned out to be greater than I had described. In addition to two known leaks, they found a fatal problem with the garbage disposal. They worked quickly and had all of the necessary parts, including a new disposal unit on the truck. Clean up was thorough, and the price was fair. I'll be calling again for a shower repair in my guest bath.

Jonathan arrived early, explained everything he was doing and why, and was very professional and courteous. He fixed my immediate problem, which was a leaking pipe. He gave me options for future items that need to be taken care of, and explained all options, costs, and resources. He did an excellent job, and make me feel that things were being taken care of, and that he has my best interest at heart. I will certainly do business with them again.

Anyone that uses anyone other than TietzePlumbing in The San Antonio area is making an expensive mistake. I have unsatisfactorily used other companies including the one with a famous name. TietzePlumbing charged me a normal fee despite it being during the ice storm and huge demand. Steele Nickel and his friend was my plumber. Both were careful, polite and professional. Tietze Rocks!

A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

The great customer service and friendly, professional technicians have made Big City Plumbing my go-to for any plumbing issues. Cris helped me fix a few small issues after moving into my new house, and Joey recently installed a drain pan under my water heater and discovered a pipe that needs to be replaced. He walked me through why the pipe needed to be replaced, how the process would go and how much it would cost from start to finish. The office staff are phenomenal too (Rafaela is a delight). Highly recommend!

Got a return call from Daniel and he arrived quick and worked hard until my toilet was unclogged. The price is fair too! Very happy with this company!!
