Troy came to fix an outside leak for me today, he was on time, called to let me know he was on his way. Worked very hard, told me what he needed to do, and was very nice and professional! Wonderful to have such great service! ! I would give 10 stars for a great job!!

I have had reoccurring clogs in both of my restrooms for the last month or so. Finally decided to get a drain cleaning from American Auger Plumbing and I couldn’t be any more satisfied. They cleared the clog and had my restroom drains working again, all while being very reasonably priced & professional!!

He even took the time to explain how to use the water softener installed by another employee who failed to take the time to do so! Fabian Salazar was amazing from the start!! Goettl was able to give me a much better deal than two other companies offered, and I got a better warranty than was offered with the other companies. I am so beyond satisfied and happy with the work Mr. Salazar came to do. Fabian was knowledgeable, and friendly, he listened to my concerns and actually showed that he wanted to get the work done asap and did it all the same day he came, even though I had a late appointment scheduled. I can not recommend Goettl more!!

This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

We did not personally use their plumbing services; however, we called to request details about previous work that had been done by 4M Plumbing at our new home. They were extremely helpful, kind, and informative. If we ever have issues in the future, we will be reaching out to them.

My review for Gill Plumbing Services is long overdue.Simply put Gill's, when i shopped around (I even have personal friends who are plumbers), was the most reasonably priced I could find this side of The Mississippi.My water pressure was too high. I needed work done on the incoming water line from the street and near the water heater I needed a tank installed.I am 100% satisfied, and close to 6 months later after a full remodel all is well.His work, as well as the gentleman who accompanied him, was professional, quick, and above all affordable.The next time anything plumbing related comes up I know who I'll call.
