Best A/C Maintenance in San Antonio TX

Shawn & Will were great! They educated me on how the water softener works and showed me everything they did to fix the leak. They also took care of insulating some exposed pipes & swept the salt residue in the garage since they finished in just under an hour. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.

Called them out for low water pressure. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with my pressure, my faucet was just clogged with gunk and I had a faulty gauge making me think that my pressure was low. They cleaned it and did not charge me for the call. I had used them before with great service and it paid off to use them again. I will sure call them again if I need a plumber.

They were prompt in responding to my call and were able to come to my property within 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service visit did not go well. The technician could have communicated better letting me know how he would proceed and what I could expect. While he was on property, I got a call from a water restoration company asking when they could come by. I had no idea why I was receiving this call as the technician had not given me any updates on what he had encountered. When I asked what was going on, he stated he needed that company to come to my home to cut my wall to diagnose the problem for free, or that he could do it, but it would cost me $200. Just to cut the wall. I did not appreciate the tone of the conversation that followed as I was told I “should find a plumber who could work for next to nothing”.I have worked with other companies before for home repairs and I’ve never felt being taken advantage of. Usually technicians are professional and explain the process of what to expect plus options and I’m always more than willing to pay a fair price for their expertise and work.*post-edit: I contacted another company and they were able to come today as well. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly, offer an explanation of the problem, and provide a solution. The work will be completed in about an hour and a half. Night and day contrast from my experience this morning.

The repair was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the repair.

William Northington was a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He explained what and how it needed to be done and accomplished it very quickly. He also gave me a recommendation on how to cure my high water pressure which we will do at a later time. I now have 2 new outside faucets and leaks have ceased. He also made sure I had an easy to use handle on the one I use the most which is very nice for a senior citizen like myself. Thanks William for a job well done.

Spring is here and so is my to do list. Looking over my list and finding 3 jobs I needed a licensed plumber for and the thought of the water quality in my home. I have used all the big names in the San Antonio area and with them some trade people without a thought of doing the job all the way, meaning if it was clean when you arrived more then likely it was a home owner thing. Well this year I found what I would consider a true professional from start to finish. The copper piping by the water softener perfect replacement, and the back flow valve for the irrigation system excellent work. This will be my permanent plumber for all future jobs thank you.

I had a water main leak. Austin Cantu is the plumber technician that came. He assessed the probable point of the leak; then explained in detail my options of repair. He also explained that depending on the condition of the pipes there would be different options there too. When he found exactly where the leak was he knew it had occurred because of too much water pressure. He also installed an outdoor shutoff valve which I knew was needed, but had neglected to install. I was very impressed with his knowledge; the speed in which he worked, and his courteousness. Most of all I was impressed with, and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I really would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. I know I'll use Premier Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future.

8/9/21….. Rudy & Mateo came on time and replaced my garbage disposal and pipes they were very respectful, informative and professional… I am very pleased with them & glad I used City Base Plumbing again. Also a shout out to Marisol always very polite and sweet!

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Fernando came out on a Saturday to install a water heater expansion tank and to replace a high pressure regulator valve. Fernando accurately diagnosed the plumbing issues and provided me with with my options and estimates. The labor cost was $500 less than other plumbing companies. Fernando took his time when performing the work and even went out of his way to instruct and explain the process. I would highly recommend Fernando and/or Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for a plumbing issue done right with a fair price. Thanks for a job well done!!

No AC Sunday before 4th of July, house 93*f, not great. Texted the guy who did our water softener work, he got in touch with the office, they had someone around Sunday evening within two hours, problem fixed within one. That speaks for itself.

Very responsible, professional, respectful and Joe and his partner did an excellent job. Very pleased with this company!

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

Marc Gonzales was very professional. I will request him for annual maintenance next year.
