I called them this morning for a free estimate and then we went ahead got it fixed because they gave us a good price and even got a senior discount they did fast im so happy with the service I am going to use them again.

Called to ask about the $83 coupon on the website and the lady that answered was extremely rude, stating we could present the coupon but it would not be $83.. so we asked a few more questions and she got irritated , when we told her she did not have to be rude, she replied, I'm not being rude. With a disgusting attitude. Such a shame..I saw so many great reviews and the customer service on the phone alone killed it. Will definitely be telling my friends and family not to bother reaching out to this company for help.

Easy to set up appointment, and quick response time. Professional, puntual, clean, neat and well mannered technicians. Job done efficiently.I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did, but I trust that they offered a fair price, since I didn’t have an opportunity to get another quote from a different company.Overall a very positive experience.Will sign up for the anual maintenance service plan that they offered !

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. He made suggestions and stated his company is there for anything I need. Perfect service and a nice way to build trust. Will not hesitate to call if I need them again. Also worth noting, their communication is excellent. I received emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and they even let me know when my tech was on their way. This company gets it, A+!

Rockstar lives up to their name! We just moved from out of town and found Rockstar on Google. From the minute we reached out they were responsive and incredibly professional. They showed up when they said they would, clearly outlined their costs and fees, and did a quick, professional job. Our water softener is sleek and clean looking and works like a charm. They also take care of military and first responders! Would highly recommend and will use them for all our plumbing needs!

I had a leak outside my house i called ambition plumbing and drain services Jesse came out here and repaired my water line a at fair price and did not over charge me, especially in these tough times. Very profesional and knowledgeable i highly recommend this company.

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job. He was so great at installing and I learn a lot about my tank from him. Thanks for awesome job.

We did not personally use their plumbing services; however, we called to request details about previous work that had been done by 4M Plumbing at our new home. They were extremely helpful, kind, and informative. If we ever have issues in the future, we will be reaching out to them.

Our 20 year old hot water heater started leaking. We called a number of places but chose Caliente. They sent Ryan out right away, he was knowledgeable, replaced the heater quickly and the price was right. I would definitely recommend Caliente.
