Plumbers paradise!

All I can say is, AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I want to take this time and thank Terry who answered my call in an emergency situation. After calling several reputable plumbing companies in San Antonio and being told that they couldn’t get to me until the next day, I Googled, “Best rated plumbers in San Antonio”, and Mr Plumbers Plumbing was one who popped up with excellent ratings. I decided to call and was greeted by Terry over the phone. I was in such panic because one of my tenants had water coming out of the floor drains in large amounts and he too was in panic mode. Terry, in her sweet loving voice put me at ease and said, “ I can have one of our plumbers head your way in 30 minutes “. I was so relieved!! The plumber (Ben) showed up and was able to unclog the drain pipes and save the day and was able to get my tenant up and running again. Later that night, Mr Plumber Plumbing emailed me the invoice and I was surprised that I wasn’t gouged or taken advantage of due to my emergency situation. I thought to myself, “Wow, that’s all they charged me?” Thank you again Terry and the team at Mr Plumber Plumbing for saving the day, I will definitely be calling you for my future plumbing needs. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Recommended to us by our heating and A/C guys who we really like. We had a water heater leaking and they came out within a couple hours to look at it. They made an appt. to fix it the next morning and were very prompt. Larry did a great job. Normally get estimates on prices but did not this time due to time pressure. I think the price was probably in the moderate range but would definitely go back to them with confidence.

Chris is awesome. Helped us out with one our customers that had a plumbing problem with there hot water lines. Very professional and on time. Customer is happy also with there service. I will definitely be calling these guys for any more plumbing help in the future.

The master plumber will sub work to unlicensed workers who do not do quality work or even finish what they are paid to do. I have water damage, holes in my roof, and fixtures uninstalled after nearly 4 months under contract. If you have recent water damage from the winter snow, please save yourself headache and do not call this company. They will abandon you.
