Best in San Antonio TX

On June 21, I came home to a flooded closet; found there was leak in the wall between the closet and bathroom. I shut off my water and called three plumbing companies; one said they would be out late afternoon; never showed up. Wednesday morning after receiving a reference, I contacted Harolds Plumbing and Harold Durst the owner answered; yes that is correct the owner actually answers calls. Mr. Durst responded and seemed to understand the stress we were under and stated they were very busy, however, he would do his best to send someone by late afternoon; they showed up at 3:30pm. The plumber and his helper found the leak and well to make a long story short, repaired our leak, tested for any additional leaks possible and were off within two and a half hours. The gentlemen were very professional and my cost was very affordable; I recommend Harold's Plumbing to anyone needing a great plumber who is understanding of a home owners dilemma under stressful circumstances.

They come on scheduled time and did their task professionally. The plumber was nice enough to take time to call the house protection plan to ask for approval before he went ahead with the job and I don’t need to call the plan myself. Good helpful attitude made much easier!

I've dealt with a lot of contractors during my 71 years but never any contractors better than Randy and Daniel with ET's Plumbing & Rooter. They installed a toilet for us and were very polite, clean and professional. Ron & Shirley C.

The man who came on Wednesday was very nice and on time, I was hoping they would have come today (as scheduled) and have this repair finished. Now have to wait until Monday d/t plumbers calling in. Please do not cancel us again on Monday. We cannot keep missing work. I was waiting on call from supervisor today and nobody called me back.

I just called the store looking for a part for a bathroom sink faucet I ordered. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful! Even though they did not carry it, he looked up the part information and found the company support number for me to call. He truly went above and beyond and this speaks volumes about the integrity of this company! I am IMPRESSED!

Joe was very informative as I asked him to verify information and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Our kitchen sink's 2 valves were leaking. The boys arrived n repaired it n also installed a new faucet. All are done. The installers were Did a wonderful job. They also took pictures of before n after works. This action is proof of work well done. Thank you. Ben
