The only downside was it seem a bit expensive to pay $150 to have your sump pump inspected since technician was on site for 30 mins and 10 mins of that was collecting payment.

They came out and got our broken main line fixed in no time and replaced what we needed with the highest quality I've ever experienced with a company. Alex is who you want to do your plumbing that's for sure, so if you need anything call him and he'll get it done!

We needed a garbage disposal and we called Ben Franklin Plumbing who in return called us immediately and setup an appointment. The gentlemen, Daniel and Nick came over on time, looked over the issue and quoted us a price. They went and picked up the new product and installed it within the hour. My husband was a navy veteran so they gave him a 10% discount which we were more than grateful for with all that is happening at this time. Daniel and Nick were very caution when they entered our home. They put their mask on, gloves and covered their shoes. We felt extremely safe having them in our home at a time when the COVID-19 is taking place. Thank you for being a caring company. We would hire this company again when the next problem exist. I contacted Deer Valley Plumbing to resolve some inspection issues prior to closing on the sale of our house. I call them mid morning and by 1:30 pm there was a technician here. Deer Valley text me with a picture of the technician and approx arrival time. Eric did an excellent job in fixing each issue on the inspection report. I am a local landlord with several properties throughout the valley. I have used Anthony’s Plumbing for over 8 years now for all of my houses for unclogging drain lines. This weekend one of my houses had a clogged main line. I called Anthony’s plumbing to request a drain cleaning service like I always have done. They called me back saying because I have used them several times at this property they would “no longer charge the normal price”. They usually charge $65 to $80 because I have put clean outs on the ground to make it easy. They told me before they respond out they would now have to charge me a new drain cleaning fee of $283 and a new camera service of another $169. What company do you know of that punishes you for using them repeatedly? Unbelievable. I have told all of my friends, neighbors, and fellow landlords to use Anthony’s Plumbing because they ask me which companies to use since I deal with a lot of them. I am switching plumbing companies as a New Years resolution. This was completely unexpected and unprofessional. This is not how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for over 8 years. I am crossing this company off my list of trusted contractors. Again, what company does this?

After having to augur one of my toilets 3 times in the space of a year, Rooter Hero recommended a sewer cleaning for my old house. I have found them very professional, responsive and timely with outstanding communication. Most importantly, they get the job done right.

I called Simon at 7:30 pm and he answered immediately! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I sent him photos of the area and he tried to walk me through to attempt to fix the problem. He was extremely helpful but it required him to come to the house. He put me on his schedule for the next day. He was able to diagnose and fix the leak in minutes!!! He checked all my other faucets and gave me suggestions on new faucets for the future. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
