I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Great service all around! So friendly, personable, and professional. We were initially going to shop around to get the lowest price possible, but Anthony’s was our first one and we liked them so much we cancelled all the other estimate appointments. Can’t say great enough things about them, they will definitely be our go-to plumber for the foreseeable future.

The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

Reddi was on the ready for a plumbing emergency that forced us to shut off our home's main water supply for a few hours. The company dispatched Service Specialist Frank M. who quickly replaced two defective parts on a leaking toilet tank and offered some valuable maintenance advice. Frank was very friendly and conscientious about the service he provided and made sure everything was in good working order before his departure. Great to work with people who take pride in their work. Thank you Frank and thank you Reddi.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. Experience is everything, and they've been doing it since 1958. Don't go anywhere else or you'll be sorry!

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
