Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

They were the first to answer the phone and I am sure I haven’t talked to a nicer more well informed person in all my days. She had the professionalism, the product, and the value I was looking for. Then the rep came out to assess and consult and he delivered that same impeccable professionalism and positive demeanor without once drifting into salesmanship. He had the answers and attention to my case that made me feel I made the right choice. The techs that then came out were prompt to the minute and so polite and courteous it made me want to help them out instead! They were fast, had excellent workmanship and took care of the job like it was their own house.They were initially called Friday and the entire AC removal and install is complete today, Monday despite how busy they are.It really feels like everyone I talked to enjoys their job and the company. When the first person I talked to said they are called Day&Night for the experience they provide, not necessarily that they are open day and night, I thought that was a clever line. It is no “line”. Any company that delivers this magnitude of customer service and professional acumen from start to finish will earn my business every time and anyone I know will hear their name and referral.Bravo

We originally used Lincoln Air to install the mini split system in our master bedroom. We we so impressed with their quality and service that we scheduled our annual A/C inspection with them earlier this year. They charged less than our other company and were much more thorough. We now consider Lincoln Air to be our company of choice for ALL of our heating and A/C needs.

Customer service was excellent. The plumbers were friendly and timely. Brandon explained what he was going to do, was up front about costs and made the experience stress free.

We had our AC and Furnaces replaced and had insulation installed. The whole process was quite painless. People arrived when they said they would. Everyone was efficient and courteous. Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Shan has been to our apartment twice now at no fault of his own might I add, but he is pleasant, personable, and a dedicated guy that always goes the extra mile thanks
