Best Sewer Line Problem in Phoenix AZ

As usual, Maloney Plumbing was super responsive sending a technician out to our house same day. We received a text initially with a window of when we could expect them to arrive, and then a text saying they were on their way. Trent our technician was professional, polite, efficient and tidy in appearance and work product.

These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

The original job had issues that needed to be resolved. After hearing my concerns they did anything they could to do right by me.Unmatched customer service and the quality of the end product is beyond exceptional. Highly recommended

The guys that show up are always nice and professional. I didn't mind they showed up after 5pm for an appointment time of between 12 and 4p and didn't call to say they were running late, it happens. I found out today that the tankless water heater they recommended and installed 5 years ago is out of warranty, the manufacturer is out of business and I am out of luck. The $5k we spent is a loss since the water heater only made it 5 of the anticipated 15-20 years we had been told at the sale. Not sure what to do because they now recommend we spend another $11k, yes $11k to buy a new system. As much as I like the people that have come to our home over the years, I'm not confident they know much about tankless water heaters or care that they recommended a dud last time. The 15% discount on the new system they offered was kind of a slap in the face. I can only imagine if I treated my patients like that.

Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. Very happy with Parker and Sons and Tyler.

Troy was very professional and got the issue resolved quickly. It's nice to see a professional who really knows what they are doing.

Deer Valley plumbing replaced a toilet for us in a rental property. Our plumber was very courteous and professional, and completed the details of the job without any difficulty. I will use Deer Valley again.

I would like to thank Anthony's plumbing for their honesty and great work which they performed doing a major reroute of plumbing due to a slab leak which we encountered with a couple of months ago.

I can not remember the last time I was actually satisfied with any contractual transaction I have been involved with, so a big thank to Anthony's plumbing to change my negative view I have carried with me due to all of my past bad experiences and I know for a fact that I will only contact them if I ever need any plumbing work done in the future. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Alan at Spring Plumbing. We noticed mold on the inside of the home just on the other side of our intake line. We called our Insurance company and then Alan. Alan arrived within an hour, read the moisture in the drywall, and told us the wall would need to be opened. He mentioned he could open it but did not have the drywall tools to close it up, but he was willing to open the wall and check the line right on the spot. He is exceptionally professional and knowledgable. Alan wore booties, smiled, shakes hands and asks permission instead of dictating terms. He even checked the water pressure and main sprinkler line although we all knew he did not have to. A+++ Now I have a plumber I can trust!!!

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. Amazing service - they sent an email with a link to the car the tech was driving and showed us exactly where he was located (just like UBER).

Christian was very humble and honest. He unclogged our toilet then took a video of all the lines. He said it is not an emergency but he would recommend relining the pipes. He did not push us or try to upsell us.

We have had a few different plumbing companies come to our house over the years. All of them making us feel like we needed to act immediately then charging us a high dollar for the consultation.

Showed up at 6 p.m. and stayed till midnight to resolve our severe issues. Informed us of the main problem and waived the 6 hrs. To help us out knowing we had just purchased this house.
