Best Residential Drain in Phoenix AZ

Our last water bill was much higher than normal, so I had to find our water leak. It didn't take long, water was bubbling up under our driveway. I called AC by J, who we have a monthly maintenance plan with and they said the leak was from the pipe to my water main and we had two options. Opt 1 was digging up and replacing a portion of the driveway to replace the pipe, Opt 2 was to burrow under the driveway and replace the line. They quoted me $4,300 and they didn’t know when they were available to do the repair.Knowing that wasn't in our budget, I called a friend who said his house had the same issue several years ago and they routed the pipe up and over inside his garage door and it costed much less.I went to our great neighborhood site of course, and found very high ratings for Robins Plumbing. Grant came out within a few hours, recommended the over the inside of the garage door fix and quoted me $2,500, which included a regulator and new shut off value which had never installed on our house.Grant and his partner Mustafa arrived the next morning, worked from 8-7 with only one short break and their solution was great! No more water leak, a water regulator which was never recommended by the other company and will save my pipes from future leaks, a new shutoff valve and a great relationship that has been established for future repairs.I am now looking at installing their Nuvoh2o water softener system and will be saving up our money and Loyalty Program Member points to save 25%! These guys don’t try to up sell, they will point out something if they think it also needs to be repaired but No pressure they just offer to send you a quote for you to consider for a future repair.

The plumber was knowledgeable, gave me some tips about the hot water tank, friendly guy. He was on time and also gave me some great info on other plumbing I may decide on in the future. I would definitely use DiamondBack Plumbing again!

Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem. This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

Today I conceded to replace an electrical block, parts and labor $431.00. ( Interesting)Two previous serviceman from this company, this past two years, recommended the same replacement but their costs were 3 to 5 thousand dollars. ( Odd )Had I the experience, I would have done it myself.While he was on a phone call, after replacing the part; I looked it up on Amazon. The part was less than $20.00.Labor Time spent to replace the block, 10 min. Total time thru bi-annual service call, that I have a yearly contract for, was one hour.Take advantage much?Maybe I should go to vocational schooling, and I can make $400.00 an hour.Seriously debating on changing my service contract.

Had a leak in both an outdoor spigot and the copper pipe connected to the spigot was bent inside the exterior stucco wall as well. Andrew from Option One plumbing arrived and cut a very small hole in the wall and replaced part of the copper pipe and replaced the spigot. He did an excellent job, very professional and respectful. Option One gave me a fair price for the job. Based on my experience I will use them again and would recommend them as well.
