Best Residential Drain in Phoenix AZ

I am in the process of selling my house. I needed to have some roof repairs done. I called Scott roofing and spoke with a customer service lady and expalined in great detail what I needed done and the time crunch I am in. She said okay, and schedule my estimate for today 4/8/16. The guy who came said we cant do this, we only do large jobs, and would have to charge me over $1000.00 to do the few repairs I needed!!!!! Their Customer Service Sucks!!! I will NEVER Recommend this company!!!! They wasted my time as my husband took the day off of work for this!!!! If I could, they would get ZERO STARS from me!

I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work RENCO roofing performed. The process went very smoothly from initial inspection to completion of the work; the work crew, led by Polo, was very good and cleaned up each day prior to leaving my property. This is the second time I have used RENCO, and would not hesitate to use them again.

The whole crew from this company seemed highly skilled and aware of their duties in advance. Every one was working in a great coordination and their teamwork got the work done in a fast time. Our wooden roof is now restored completely and we are happy with the way it looks.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. That's what this company is known for. GOOD JOB ! to everyone at Stapleton Roofing! Thank-you.

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

From the first contact when the phone was answered by a live human being through the final bill, I was very impressed with the service I got from Overson. They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and charged what they said they would. I would use them again and am recommending them to my brother.

Alan and his crew performed minor roof repair to our home quickly, and was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We organized the day before to come out for a free estimate and he ended up performing the work on the same day. They even took photos of the work, which is fantastic as the roof is not an easy place to navigate. Alan is on speed dial for our roofing needs, highly recommended.

Should have went elsewhere. At first we were happy with the company. But that was short lived. Got a completely new roof amongst a bunch of other things costing us roughly $20,000. But come the first decent rain and wind storm since install and the roof leaks. We requested that someone come take a look as it was leaking pretty decent through on of our newly remodeled bathrooms A/C vents damaging the ceiling We were told that it was due to the A/C, which was false as I had just had my A/C system inspected prior. Brandon had his guys patch some spot with tar on the roof and said it was good to go, ran water on the roof which then caused it to leak even more through another A/C vent causing even more ceiling damage. We requested that they return and re inspect. Mean while they are declining that this leak is caused by the roof and denying responsibility. Which makes zero sense. How is it that my roof that you just rebuilt is leaking and that isn’t your fault or are not willing to work with us. There is a decent amount of moisture in my drywall at this point which can grow mold and seeing as one the damaged and moist areas is right where the inlet for my A/C is all of that mold will be spread through the house and into my wife’s elderly grandmothers area. This issue has being going on for a couple weeks now and still have gone nowhere. We have called Kevin who is a manager and he plays it like it’s no big deal and we have zero luck getting ahold of Brandon who was the project manger. Good luck to anyone else who goes through this company and has any issues. They won’t take any responsibility and own up to anything let alone fix it.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

This is a family business and they do offer the best roofing services that one could hope for. They are also reasonably priced and you realize quality for your money. The Roof Medics, and their owner Daryl, provided great service at a reasonable price with a solid warranty. They were timely and professional, taking great care in completing our project. They worked around solar panels and the quirks of a historic home, and even covered our fish pond so no debris would get in. They were responsive, quick to come evaluate the property, and made it easy to schedule at a convenient time. We'll definitely be using them for all our roof needs in the future.
