Blue Sky personnel are always respectful of me, my home, and my time. Not only are they great at what they do, they do it will politeness, consideration, and, honestly I feel they treat me the way they would their own family. I have exterior perimeter and garage treatment only, without inside house treatment. I think there should be a reduced price option for a partial treatment plan.

Called them to get help controlling scorpions. They sent a guy out. Im sure their average exterminator is better than the one i received. But i can only rate on my own experience. He didn't treat for scorpions only roaches and other bugs which my home doesnt have. He told us there was no way to be rid of scorpions, and if we saw one to kill and not to bother him. We saw 3 scorpions in a 2 week period after he came. Another guy came the next month. He cane and went without notifying us in the house. I have no way to know he was even there but for the bill i recieved. It said once again he only treated for bugs i dont have problems with. I xalled and complained, they offered 2 free months and to send a different exterminator the next day. That guy never came. So, after another few scorpions We decided to call another company. One who takes scorpions seriously. Their guy treated inside and out with strong chemicals and we haven't seen a scorpion since. Your milage may vary.

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

I had bees infested the roof line of my AirBnB over the weekend and my guest was freaking out. Reached out to Aldo and Joe, and they were at my house first thing Monday morning to remove the bees. I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.
