We had a pretty serious leak in a pipe connected to the main water line, which necessitated the water being shut off to our house - definitely an emergency call. Within an hour of calling Diamondback, a plumber was at our home. He showed us the issue, showed us what he was going to do to fix it, and then did so at an extremely friendly price. This was my second experience using Diamondback Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

We had a terrific experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. We started our Sunday morning with water leaking out from under the toilet during a shower. The company sent someone out same day which is not typically on weekends. Kory was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. They were not able to determine the exact cause of the leaking on Sunday but were extremely quick to set up an appointment with a camera to see clearly what was going on in less than 24 hours. The manager, Jessie, was the one who came and he was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to see the camera and he made sure we were able to use showers before he left. Overall it made a very stressful experience one that was manageable and we will definitely be using the company again.

They arrived on time, tech was courteous, helpful, friendly, and did quality work. I would recommend this company.

Anthony was punctual, professional and extremely patient and polite through the entire service experience. He made sure to communicate the repair process every step of the way and ensure any questions we had were answered and concerns were assured. He showed great respect for our home, taking the time to put on booties and gloves and kept a respectable distance with mask on while in our home. Troy with Parker and Sons was very professional, pleasant and responsive. He did an excellent job. And, unlike lots of contractors, he vacuumed up all the saw dust that came from installing an additional electrical outlet for us, and left his work area clean. Then he trouble-shot a non-working ceiling fan for us. I highly recommend Parker and Sons.

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

Our main water line into the house sprung a leak on the house side of the water meter. Not good. Fortunately, we caught it fairly early and Franz was able to make it out within a few hours and repair the break. He moved a significant amount of dirt, dug out the box around the meter, and stayed after it was dark to make sure we could have running water that evening. When he was done, all of the landscaping was moved back into place and you'd never know he was there.



This is the second time I've used these guys for a repair, I've been impressed both times. They're my go to plumber. Use them.

Simon came over the next day after we spoke, took care of my water pressure problem and gave me an estimate on repairing another person's shoddy work.

I want to thank Jesse for the work he did on one of my rentals. the floor was very wet and we thought it there was a leak(s) under the subfloor. Jesse quickly assessed the problem and it was some of the pipes under the sink. He had all the parts and quickly fixed the problem. I told him my sister also had a leak on the outside faucet and one of the toliets were leaking. I asked him if he could look at this another day--he said I can go now and look at it. He went and again had the needed parts and fixed both problems for a very reasonable price. He seems to enjoy his work and likes people. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. thanks Jesse!
