I want to thank these guys for coming out on this install. My husband is due to return home from the hospital in a couple of weeks. Getting this done was going to make his homecoming easier for both of us. My installers, Colton, Patrick and Brandon were awesome. They let me take pictures to send to my husband in the hospital so he could be a part of the process. Coulton took time to explain things, consult me on placement of shelves, bench, fixtures. Patrick was friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up so well and both were very good with my dog who is always so happy to have company. I enjoyed having the guys in my home. They all went above and beyond.We had quite the mixup at the office level and I have to say although I was not happy with the staff even after receiving weekly phone calls assuring me everything was on schedule, when it came the day of the install no one showed up. We had to reschedule due to errors in the office and were able to resolve the issue.

Pretty unusual experience with this company. They came out for a house that we are renovating. Their sales pitch is so over-the-top, and the sales person was extremely insistent and was really nervous and it was just a very uncomfortable situation. I was with that guy for two hours in a home that did not have the best air-conditioning. I made it clear that I had to get back to work and also my mom was watching our toddler at home but he just kept on selling and obviously was trying to get me a quote While I was in front of him.I literally had to just tell him that I had to leave and that he needed to wrap it up, like despite all my not-so-subtle hint he just kept on trying to sell and sell.I’ve had dozens of people come out to this house and provide bids for various projects. The two other people I had out for windows took less than 20 minutes. Don’t know why this took two hours. He told me it’s pretty standard for it to take three hours.I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was just a very unprofessional approach.

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Top operation. The quality of product and the company is beyond the 5 stars. From the moment I met the sales man till I said goodbye to the install guys, it couldn't have gone any better or professional. They walked me through everything and some of it more than once. They're a great group of people and I love the product. Wish I had bought sooner!!

Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. The product quality and customer service were both top-notch, even though pricing was the best we received. Employees were professional and trustworthy. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

Had them resurface tub, shower, back walls and 2 sinks. They were very careful and thorough throughout the entire process. Thomas is a true pro in his job on site. After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.
