Best Replacement Service in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing.

Just a shout out to ReddiServices and their tech Marco. My regular plumber was too busy to unplug my clogged kitchen drain and suggested I call ReddiServices. I was really impressed. They were out within 24 hours, called me first thing in the morning to confirm time and then called again to alert me tech would be out in next 30 minutes.

I can usually get a good feel for a company by the attitude of their employees. If they can't treat their employees well....why would they treat me well! Would most definitely recommend ReddiServices.

I live in an older South Scottsdale home and the plumbing layout is challenging. Marco spent 45 minutes running his lines and double checking from each drain and pathway that the lines were clean. He even took the time to explain to me the layout of my drain lines and offered some really useful tips on maintenance and upkeep. Very professional, friendly hard working individual....a real asset to the company.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Rooter Rangers are fantastic! They came out late on a Sunday night within 30 minutes of our call for help. They were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the whole job. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

Arrived late for a sewer line inspection for my client on a home I have under contract. Arrived and said oh it's a 2-story I won't get up there. Me okay..(found a part of the roof with a vent stack for access on the single story roof section). He then said, I can't get up there. I just had shoulder surgery....oh and plus, I don't even have a ladder on my van. Say what??? Left and did absolutely nothing. Now my buyer and I are let scrambling at the last minute on the final day of our due diligence period.
