Best Replacement Service in Phoenix AZ

My insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration for my roof replacement. Everett Sandoval worked with me to coordinate this project. He was very responsive and professional. Everett went above and beyond to provide quality service and expedited the replacement of my roof to beat the monsoon. The team that replaced my roof worked fast and did an excellent job installing the new roof. I'm very pleased with the work and I'd recommend using Jenkins Restoration for roof replacement.

Had toilet supply line broke, flood our house 100% called my insurance company and they recommend Restore Master, called and them right away and they showed up to our house in next 45 minutes , was the owner with 3 other helpers , super nice crew , they walked me thru to entire house to explain whats needs done , this company deserve 10 star super happy with with work they have done to our house , and I will recommend Restore Master to anyone for any water and mold damage .

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received. They came out 2 weeks ago and said I would have my estimate last Monday. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and they say sorry we will have it by Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. I call Thursday and they say Im so sorry I'll give Jason a call, we should have it by Friday Friday comes along and still nothing. I call this Monday and they apologize and say they will check on it and see why they haven't sent the estimate. It is Friday this week and they have lost my business because clearly they do not want it. Terrible logistics and file managment. I'm going with Zona Restoration because they actually send you your estimate the same day they inspected unlike this business

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.
