Called and my call was answered by a real person who was so nice and helpful. Got an appointment the same day. Service tech was on time and fixed my problem in speedy time. He was nice, friendly and respectful as well as being a genius! And the cost was very low. I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them whenever I need them for future issues.

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing! Both bathrooms in our house were overflowing with water and we first contacted another company. They came out that night and ended up being a disaster. After not being able to run the water, use our bathroom overnight, and having to go outside to use the bathroom with our 11 month old in the house, my husband decided to call other companies first thing in the morning. We googled best plumbing companies in AZ and Moon Valley came up. We quickly got a call back from Alex and he came to the rescue! He fixed the problem right away and was very pleasant and genuine. We were so put off by our experience with the other company, but Moon Valley saved the day!!

Thanks to Custom Plumbing of Arizona I can use my bathroom again! Their prices are great, they came out the same day and there was no extra charge for this rush service which we desperately needed because we only have one bathroom in our house. Nash B. was our plumber and he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He fixed our plumbing problem and didn't leave until he knew that we had working plumbing which I am so grateful for. I use Wyman plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Every time Someone comes out they are on time and very knowledgeable ! Highly rec them ! Received emails ,phone call and text about appointment ahead of time and when the tech is on the way. Their prices are very fair and you will always get a quote before work is started. Apache Plumbing is great. They are fast, friendly, and do not try to scare you into replacing things you do not need. Fixed my leak on my shower valve line, because the previous plumber didn't strap down my tub spout inside the wall. Best prices.

James and his team are great. They are very responsive and extremely motivated to get the job done quickly and correctly. I also find their pricing about 5-7% below the other companies in the area.



I had a new plumbing line installed for a kitchen island and some leak issues resolved.

Deer Valley Plumbing was out for a quick consultation fee. They canceled our original appointment after being an hour late. We rescheduled for the next morning and the sales representative arrived, looked around for 5 minutes gave us a quote, collected the consultation fee, and was supposed to send us an official quote by the end of day after speaking with his boss. I never heard back! I called three days later and was told they must have forgot. A few hours later I received an emailed quote that was $10,000 higher than what the sales rep. had mentioned while on site. They basically blew us off and kept the consultation fee of $75. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ended up finding a plumbing company to do the job for under $3,000.

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.



Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

I needed a plumber in the middle of the night and Simon came out right away at 4:30am. He fixed the issue, was very professional and courteous. I recommend him for any plumbing needs.

GREAT service!!!! My water heater was leaking. My home warranty -- One Guard selected Pruitt's Plumbing and an appointment was set for Tues, 28 May -- the first work day after Memorial Day. Frankie, the technician, showed up as scheduled and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced -- the bottom had rusted and had a steady leak. Another appointment was set for the following afternoon and he replaced it. He also replaced the feed lines and extended the overflow line to ensure water didn't pool beneath the new water heater. Frankie was courteous, really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and VERY professional. He did a TERRIFIC JOB -- VERY PLEASED!!!! I would recommend Pruitt's Plumbing to anyone!!!!! Just a VERY GOOD JOB!!!!
