They called to say they would be a little late, but stayed all day until the tasks were done. We will hire them again, and highly recommend them.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

All work has been done on time with explanations and recommendations of service. He has years of experience providing great customer service. I will continue to use them for all bike repairs and other handyman services in the future.
