My AC went out. They got someone out right away. They were able to make the repairs quickly. I felt that the price was very fair. The technician was able to make repairs right there, and explained everything before he did it. I was very happy with my experience. I will be using them when I replace my AC.

NEW ISSUE: July 3rd and 4th 2021. With the original issue, they gave me a year of their Penguin Plan. So they had been hounding me to use it for the maintenance of my air conditioning. So finally as summer began to heat up I decided to have them out to do the maintenance. Had a an awesome tech named Michael come out and explain one A/C system needed to be replaced and the other with his maintenance could go for another 2 years or so (at the very least another summer). So we pay 8k for our a/c to be replaced. They came out the next day which was May 29th. I thought that was great. They told me it would take 3 to 4 hours unless we run into trouble. It took them about 8 hours to complete. At one point in time one of the techs was deep in our attic yelling for one over and over. I kept asking when I saw them if everything was alright and they kept confirming it was. They promptly took the second payment (split it half the day of booking and half when they were finished) and they got out of there. They didn't teach us the New thermostat or even speak to us about barely anything about the new a/c. As it has gotten hotter and hotter this new a/c will struggle to keep temperatures steady during the day. Fast forward 4 weeks and now we have a leak from the condensation line that is destroying out ceiling (bubbling paint and dripping through in multiple areas, dripping down onto our stairs (and soaking a carpet). I checked outside to see what was up with the condensation lime and saw that the spout was facing sideways instead of down, so I assumed that this could be part of the issue as it was clearly adjusted when they did the install. I called at 9:45 pm and 11:45 pm and spoke with Patty both times said she would get a message to dispatch and someone should be calling me back soon. I stayed up until 4 am waiting for a callback. I got woken up by the dripping noise at 6:30 am on the 4th. So I called and this time spoke to Christy. She explained that they can't guarantee when on call gets back to us. This is getting more and more frustrating because my house is continuing to be destroyed by this leak and I really do not want come home or wake up and my whole ceiling be mush or falling down. I now may have to take this review everywhere else online because this is not a good representation of their 4.7 stars or as they say on the phone the home of 5 stars service. I can't just sit around and wait for this thing to fix itself or for them to get back to me. I need this fixed today and the longer they take to get back to me the more damage that is happening to my house.Original issue (truncated for room on the new issue): Called at 6 am Tuesday morning. Explained i have 2 daughters under 4 a pregnant wife and my dad who had a stroke 2 weeks ago living in the house. Explained thoroughly that both ac units were not blowing cold air. They said they will get someone out ASAP and then went on to explain that how they work is not by appointment but by tech availability and I would receive a call 30 minutes ahead of time. So when they said ASAP I thought it would be that morning or even early afternoon because of the dependents in the household. Then i got a call at 6 pm telling me we are next on the list (call was from the office not the tech). Then at 7:30 pm i get a call crom the office again telling me they have been focusing on people with no AC in the house and we will have to be pushed until tomorrow. I explained the situation very thoroughly again to her and she says none of that was in the file then proceeds to say ok well let me see what I can do to get someone out there tonight. She calls back and informs me i was next on the list (again). At 8:52 I get the call from the tech Sean. Sean was nice however, he did not doagnose both air conditioning units before coming in and getting me to sign for work to be done on one of them. At this point i needed to get the air fixed for my family's sake. So he kept pushing me to add more and more.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

I have used them a few times through my home warranty and they have been nothing but awesome. Always responsive and on time. Reasonable. Very nice to deal with on the phone and in person.

Had a large job of replacing all of the ducts and vents throughout the house. The crew showed up at 7am on a Friday morning and stayed until the job was finished at 8:30pm. My job manager stopped by at least twice during the day to make sure everything was going as planned.

Ryan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a great people person. I had always requested Jeff and was sad. However Ryan was just as personable and professional as Jeff(even better). Desert Diamond Mechanical is phenomenal as well as the employees (especially Krystal).

I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

I had several big name AC companies come to my house and seriously up charge the cost of parts. Chas Roberts wanted $1000 for parts I was able to get for $206. I tried 1st Choice Mechanical based on a friend’s referral. What a difference in service. Mike Rhoades and his son Tim came to my house. They were very friendly, honest and personable, they fixed my issues for a very fair price without trying to sell me new units or anything else I didn’t need. I will only use them in the future and will highly recommend to my family and friends!

The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.
