Best Replacement And Installation in Phoenix AZ
Wow! I keep forgetting how nice it is to have really clean windows! All the colors outside look just a little more brilliant. AJ cleaned our windows and screens today and did a great job. He was prompt and professional both on the phone and in person. He also worked me in today because it was raining on my original appointment date and he wanted to make sure I had clean windows for the holidays. AJ will be my go-to window cleaner in the future. ...and hopefully I'll not put it off so long next time.

Not impressed with the quality of work hoodz provided. Very professional appearance, however hood cleaning was way overpriced. Not a good cleaning at all

The service itself was fine, but stay as far away from their maintenance department as much as you can.
My filter started doing some blowback and was making the pool dirty and hard to clean, so a manager came out and said I needed a sand change. I asked for a quote but never got one...
A few weeks later another manager comes out and says my pool takes to long to clean so they'll have to raise my prices.. But if I buy this new $500 pool vacuum he'll drop the price back down to where it was (I didn't buy it). I ask about the quote for the sand change again, but he doesn't know anything about it and calls, no record of it. They'll send someone else back out to quote me again later.
Again someone else comes out, looks at everything and I get a quote in the email later. They say I now need a whole new filter for $1600.
So here I am, them wanting me to blow $2200 on service. I called a competitor they came out and looked at it all. For less then 1/4 of that $2200 they did the sand change and fixed all the other issues. My filter is fine, it has probably another good 8 years in it. The vacuum is fine and working properly now that the sand is fixed. $20 in chemicals and my pool is clear again.
They're supposed to come pick up their salt system today and stop service.
