Shade Adkins, did a great job going over everything in detail in regards to what was going on with my water heater and what was needed to get me back in business. Shade was able to install a new water heater the same day. Great customer service. Even checked other areas of my home to make sure everything was working in order and provided tips to help keep my home operational year round. He would have probably mowed my lawn for me, that's how helpful he was. Five star service.

Bodie was our tech that was available for same day service. He reviewed the issue and provided a reason repair price. Also asked about new faucet install and was also able to repair and install a new basket strainer. Bodie completed the work promptly and efficiently. Now I am happy to have peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about the sink leaking again.

We had a complicated plumbing issue and from day 1, the lead technician, Mark was able explain the whole process so it was clear what was to be done. The whole process took several months because of our schedule. Mark was easy to work with, very professional and very much focused on customer service. He and another technician, William, really made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The service was not cheap, but well worth it. I would highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing!

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we were rescheduled time wise 3 different times. Other than that, Allen showed up and was very knowledgeable and had our water heater back up and running in no time. If we have other plumbing needs, we will definitely call again and request that Allen be sent our way!

I called Peerless Plumbing and they were out to the property within a day. They sent text notifications that the appointment was scheduled. They said text notification when the technician was on his way, and they sent technician notification when he was done. The best service you can have.

Garret was sent through our Home Warranty Company. Of course, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He could have just left but instead shared with us that “eventually” it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and told us that would be faster if we requested the part. Sure enough, we got the part and he came back to replace. Excellent customer service and punctual. Would highly recommend.

I first called George Brazil to repair an emergency main drain line stoppage. The technician, Michael, was polite, knowledgeable and transparent through the entire process and we had no issues with his work.The next month, we had a routine complimentary inspection which resulted in a few valves that needed to be replaced. That work was done by a different technician. He also noticed that we need a new water softener but I told him that we would need some time to think about. George Brazil called me the very next day, not even after 24 hours, to ask about scheduling the water softener installation. We had already spent a lot of money with them, so the pressure put us in an uncomfortable spot and we declined without much thought.A couple days later, we used our dishwasher and noticed there was a leak which didn’t exist until after the technician did work under our sink, where the dishwasher line is. The dishwasher line was broken and leaking. When I called back to let George Brazil know, they sent the same technician and he tried to tell me there was no possible way he caused the line to break. I’m not naming him because I’m not sure if it’s his fault or rather the company pressuring him to fight against fixing this new issue. I rhetorically asked if it was a coincidence and he said “Yes”. He reluctantly fixed the issue for no extra charge but it was a very uncomfortable situation, because the technician kept trying to show me why it wasn’t his fault even after agreeing to fix the issue.I had another recent plumbing issue, I decided not to use George Brazil and I ended up with a very pleasant experience. A similar issue came up, where the technician first repaired a leak and then another leak sprung a few days later. Rather than fight it, the technician of this company explained what could have caused it and fixed the issue for no extra charge and with no argument whatsoever.It’s disappointing because we had such a good experience with George Brazil for our drain issue, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1.
