I called One Shot Installation on a Saturday about an outlet that stopped working. Gabe, the owner, answered right away and offered to come same day. The fix wasn’t easy, but he knows his stuff and got it fixed. He also took a look at a plumbing issue and set me in the right direction there as well. Great to work with. We’ll be using them again!

This was the most pleasant, quick and painless experience I could have imagined for having my A.C. go down on a Sunday afternoon during record temperatures in Phoenix. Googling A.C. service companies in my area George Brazil was the only company that had a 24/7 phone number with a real person on the other end that I could find. I had heard of the company and read good reviews including those of the BBB to determine that I would give them a call. A real person answered the phone and within 1 1/2 hours or less serviceman Manny, in his clean white uniform and friendly smile was at our door. I had already determined that it was time to replace our 14 year old unit with something new. The compressor was on it's last leg and just barely made it through last summer. Manny did not suggest anything or pressure us into purchasing a new unit. He listened to me and was willing to do what he could to bandage my existing unit and see if we could get some more service out of it if that's what we chose. I asked to see what a new unit would cost us. The price was much better than I was quoted by another A.C. service company and it was a quality, name brand, top of the line unit. After their discount, the manufacturer's discount, our electric company's rebate and the financing we were offered it brought the price to within range of our budget. We accepted the offer, did the contract paperwork, set up the install for the following day and got set up in a hotel for the night at George Brazil's expense. Manny was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The following day (Monday) Installer Ignacio arrived promptly as scheduled. Ignacio also arrived in a clean uniform and with a smile. He was very pleasant and was willing to answer any questions I had concerning the equipment and installation. Ignacio and his helper Guber worked hard, non stop. They did quality work. Guber, although feeling under the weather, worked hard straight through until his relief (Chuck) showed up to take over. Chuck, also very pleasant & courteous helped Ignacio finish the install. By Monday evening we had a new, quality A.C. system cooling our home. And to top it off they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend George Brazil Home Services.

Overall technician was helpful and timely with his help. Only real feedback is cost- no real parts were used and labor took under one hour and yet bill was 500.00. Seems a bit high for such quick work and no parts other than a small drain piece of 20 dollars or so.
