We have used Maloney for a variety of plumbing issues, Kitty is always responsive with any concerns we have. Our tech, Jesse, is great at explaining the diagnosis as well as what he does to correct it.They always take care to keep their work area clean, and I'm never left with a mess after it's completed. I know anytime I have a plumbing issue, which happens with older houses, they will get it fix in a timely manner.

Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

Jim came to our house to repair a drain leak within an exterior wall of our house. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem and made the repair while minimizing the amount of stucco that had to be removed to access the pipe. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use A Accent again should the need for plumbing services come up.

Nash came out with in 20 minutes (at 9 pm) cleared the line no problem. Friendly, professional, and courteous! Not only whould i recommend this plumbing service I would request Nash personally! Thanks guys will utilize this company for all my future plumbing needs!!!

Great service by Stefan. Had him come out and install a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal for a great deal.

We were installing kitchen backsplash and couldnt remove the put filler cover plate for anythingLuis came to the house within minutes. Turns out the screw was stripped so we weren't able to do it no matter what we did. Took him a few min and it was off.You can tell he knows his stuff. This was our first time using The Aussie Plumber company and we were totally blown away! We have been burned several times with other companies but we were very impressed with The Aussie Plumber!

This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!

Everytime I need a plumber I call and speak to the knowledgeable staff at Deer Valley Plumbing. Invariably when I explain the issue we are experiencing, their service manager knows exactly the problem and solution. Not only that, but they are prompt, they let me know who will be coming with a picture so I don't have to guess if the person at the door is my service person or not, and they are always kind and courteous. They always properly diagnose (usually before they even get here!) and quickly fix my problem. Deer Valley plumbers are the best in town!

I had a great experience with this company. Don came in assessed what our issues were and was upfront with what we could expect. After fixing the issue he went above and beyond by showing us proper maintenance and left the bathroom cleaner than it was before. I am very happy with the service.

They delete their reviews!!!!!!!! Scam scam scam scam. They lost their license temporarily for scamming MULTIPLE FAMILIES. Read the BBB. Dooooo it. They scammed us and at least 50 other families this past year alone. They brag about it!!!! . They’re getting sued by multiple people. Idk how this company is still open. Wow.

Simon's very good and professional. We've used him for several years (including an emergency situation) and he's always been responsive and helpful. He does an excellent job.
