Best Repair Sewer in Phoenix AZ

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

JD the tech was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish and very professional. He explained very thoroughly what he did and what needed to be done and presented cost and time of what needed to be done which was a starter kit for a run capacitor. When he finished cleaning and fixing he waited to make sure everything was working perfectly.I highly recommend JD for service he does an excellent job.

Absolutely outstanding! Our AC unit was not operating correctly and we called Hobaica as per a recommendation. The service tech, Scott Dale, visited us today, and his service and repairs were fantastic. He fully explained the situation with pictures, gave us his recommendations, which did include replacing the unit (it is 12 years old), but it was not pushed at us at all.

He let us know that our capacitor was leaking, but working at manufacturing specs and that all other parts of our AC system were running well. So he gave us several options on what we could do along with all the possible warranties, and we decided to go with one of his recommendations. Scott replaced our capacitor, showed pictures of the replacement, recommended we clean our filter, and we are all set to go!!

Adam was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative and professional on a number of different topics that came up during our drain inspection/cleaning. He provided very helpful advice for safe/effective maintenance throughout our home’s plumbing for current and future projects soon to be started. I greatly appreciated the time he took explaining the detailed scope of each project I had expressed concern about.

Getting the correct part has taken most of the Week. Troy was pleasant to work with. Parts were ordered wrong. Toilet still not in use after four days.

I had the monthly membership with Parker & Sons and was having my HVAC, electrical, and water routinely serviced. At only $21/ month I thought it was a great deal and didn't really have any issues.Until I was ready to sell my house and had a home inspection done. The inspection noted issues with the HVAC including wiring exposed at the unit, which is on the roof. Another issue came at the site where they had replaced my garbage disposal. I noticed it at the time but honestly didn't think much of the sink looking a bit different. The difference was a gap between the counter and the sink which happened when the disposal was replaced.When I called in to Bing this to their attention I was told they could schedule someone out to use up one of my 2 yearly maintained requests.I am extremely disappointed that services that cost so much turned out dmto be done in such horrible quality. I will not be using Parker & Sons in the future.

I've interacted with Scott many times and find him to be very professional, friendly, and hard working. He clearly knows his industry very well and is incredibly competent in the work he does. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to my friends and family.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.

Happy service men, great owners , a wonderful great group of employees they have a awesome outfit here. Good quality work for the money an the jobs last long. Very professional company .
