Penguin air came out and replaced our sewer pipe and water pipes.they did a fantastic job.we we're able to get 28,ooo dollars in loans for the job which penguin air agreed to accept for payment in full.but now they say I still owe them 1,ooo dollars.guess I was lied to. We do not have 1,ooo dollars to give them. I'm very disappointed with this.

Our technician Scott Dale was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do with our yearly maintenance. Mark was my service tech I found them to be very informative he explained every aspect of the job and was able to tell me the cost up front but then warned me that we could run and more damage and have to replace the seat that the toilet sits on luckily we didn't have to do that so the original price he gave me was spot on I could brag all day about Mark very pleasant to talk to and explained everything so well all I got to say Goettl mark is definitely one of your biggest assets thank you very much.

Junior was an excellent repair man. Explained everything to my understanding was professional and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working.
