Best Repair Sewer in Phoenix AZ

This is the second time I have to use a restoration company. First time I didn't have such a great experience but this last time I used water fighters and they made the entire damage seem like nothing ever happened. I'm happy with there service and recomend these guys to anyone.

Came out same day we contacted then to remediate our water damage from a leaking water heater. Luckily we caught it fairly quickly so no mold. They setup dehumidifiers and fans in the garage and den. Lee and Joey did a great job 3 days later after the moisture was back to normal levels! Now just waiting on reconstruction to get scheduled.

Water damage of Phoenix came within 30 minutes of our urgent call for help and knew just what to do to resolve our problem. Their staff was efficient, thorough, and competent. We are very happy with the final result and highly recommend them to anyone with a water damage evergency. You can count on them to do the job needed!

Working with the Jenkins team was a very positive experience. We had a water leak and after the clean up they got us in contact with the right people to get the different parts of the project done. The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh, in reference to what could have been mold in my bathroom. He asked me to send pictures and was able to give an honest opinion on what was going on in my home. He also provided solutions that would not cost a ton of money. I appreciate the honesty of a company and have referred Josh and ASAP to others.

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.
