The folks at A-Z Septic are top-notch. They were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, reassuring, professional and affordable. They even tackled an impromptu request on a second septic system on the property without hesitation. They were ever so careful in maneuvering the equipment to minimize disturbance to landscaping. When they left, they replaced the rock/stone landscape and made it look like nothing happened. Suddenly a very unpleasant situation became very pleasant thanks to the team at A-Z. I would absolutely recommend A-Z Septic Pumping and most certainly will call upon them again for future needs.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I would recommend this company and all of the employees to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Phoenix area.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

Manny did an excellent job. He was fast, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Manny informed me that for future calls to Hero Home Services he would be assigned as my repair tech which is great to know the quality of service I'll receive.

I'm happy to have found a fast, reliable, reasonably priced repair service.

This company used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I have called twice for emergency service to our medical practice. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

In fact, our pool was plumbed and dug by Reddi Services so their expertise extends into all areas. No job is too big or small. The pricing is always fair and they always make great efforts to solve emergencies. I don't normally write reviews, but this weekend, our AC went out. Reddi Services sent out a technician quickly. The service specialist/technician Chris Groth was excellent. This is saying a lot since all professionals I had the pleasure of encountering over the past 15 years have been excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what was going on, and was never in a hurry, though he got the problem fixed quickly. We were afraid we needed to replace the entire AC unit but he pinpointed the problem and reassured us that would fix the issue. The AC came back to life and we are happy in this 110 plus weather.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
