I would highly recommend Maloney Plumbing. Tom was prompt and showed up ahead of the projected time widow I was quoted. He was efficient and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I called in the morning and they were able to come in the afternoon to do the work. The charge was reasonable and customary.

We worked on a project for Robins yesterday and every single one of my technicians were in awe as to how good the owner is to his crew and how much positive energy there was. I am a firm believer that how you treat your team is a direct reflection on who you are as a person which inevitably translates to the customer as well. Recently, Lou helped fix my water heater. He showed up on time, with text reminders. He worked promptly and included me on any decisions. And then he spent time afterwards to provide tips for not running into my issue again.

Great service starting with the office staff who is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Darlene took all of the details of my problem and sent just the right plumber. Cole explained things clearly and then with determination, cleared my drain. This after 2 previous plumbers gave up on it! I've used Moon Valley for years. Had to wait several days for them to come out but well worth the wait. There service is professional, affordable and honest! Highly recommend them!

Joe and team were excellent! They called me back very quickly, asked great questions, asked for photos to help troubleshoot, offer cost range and give estimate on when work could be completed. Called Custom for a diagnosis and estimate of a leak, inside a shower wall, that was softening and bubbling drywall; our insurer denied coverage, as we hadn't met their 14 day "window" to file a claim on it, so we were on our own. Big morale flattener! Pulled up Home Advisor, entered my job order, and Custom was the first response with a 4:30 p. phone call. Office lady said she'd have plumber Keith out in 2 hours to quote the job and, sure enough, Keith rang the doorbell at about 6:30. He asked permission to open the wall up, which I granted; he quickly diagnosed a leaking diverter valve and suggested a new single knob Moen, with an oval trim plate that would cover the dual handle holes in the shower tile. Since he had two more calls that night, he'd call next morning with the quote (but he'd cap off the pipe feeding the diverter leak, before leaving). I asked him to also include replacement of a back yard, heavily-leaking hose bibb, connected to 47 year-old metal galvanized pipe, that I'd tried unsuccessfully to unscrew, but gave up for fear of torquing the fragile old pipe into a twist split, or snapping it. He asked to see it--took one look and said, "I'll fix this right now for you, so you can at least relax, where this water loss is concerned." I asked how much it would add to his quote and my mouth dropped when he said, "NO CHARGE--its a 5-minute fix, with the right tools, so I'm not going to charge you for something this simple." About 5 minutes later, he'd safely installed the new bibb that I'd bought earlier in the day! He then went back inside, sawed off and capped the cold water pipe to the diverter, and, with a cheerful "Call you tomorrow morning" (which he did), left for his next call. Now, while Custom isn't necessarily the cheapest outfit out there, WHO ELSE OFFERS EXTRA SERVICE LIKE THAT, with such empathy for a stressed customer? I sure haven't met them, yet, so you can bet Keith's business card is at the front of my Rolodex's plumbing tab! You'll be in excellent hands, should you dial them up. First-rate service, but more importantly, first-rate people, if they're anything close to Keith!

We are very happy we went with Ben Franklin Plumbing to instal our water softener and RO system! Roger and Jack were extremely knowledgeable and even corrected an issue that another water company had caused throughout our house. Their customer service has been great and timely. Highly recommend!

Called to repair HVAC system. Technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly but given the age of the system and cost of the repairs, the technician suggested replacing the system. He was able to provide a suitable replacement solution at an affordable price with next day service.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

Was able to get a next day appointment for a garbage disposal replacement. While Franz was here, he was able to fix a couple of other things that needed attention. What a pleasant experience! Quality work, friendly interaction, very satisfied customer! Recommend Highly!!!!

I would not recomend this business to anyone.

Anthony's plumbing does not stand by their work or service.

They treat you with the worst customer service in the world.

I called and requested service and was told I had a 30 warranty. Unfortunately I had to call them back because the problem wasn't fixed.

I was greeted with sorry excuses of why it didn't get fixed and implying blame.

I was questioned on the receipt over the phone which seemed like an excuse to weasel out of it.

I was told that they had more important service calls to attend to and asked me to wait for a call back with no set time or date. I waited and waited... and waited

I made a follow up call to at least get an approximate time and date.

Again to be reminded that they have more important work to do and went on to provide examples and comparisons of their bigger issues according to them. I wouldn't call you if I didn't think I had a problem. Again I was told I would have to wait. I informed her/him that my situation was a problem

and was offered no help.

All Anthony's Plumbing does is take your money and forget about you and the bad service they render.

Thinking about calling them? Your better off flushing your money down the toilet.

Casey and Lauren installed some pneumatic piping for us and did an outstanding job with the quality and maintenance!!! I highly recommend them and their company to any one looking for professional and high quality service and maintenance.

Chris ball is an awesome plumber. Definitely recommend.
