Best Plumbing System ? in Phoenix AZ

After having multiple issues with our tankless water heater, and having an electrician and a plumber out who both refused to work on it, I found Gabe through yelp. He contacted me right away, kept me in the loop about when he could come out and even came on a Sunday to look at it.

Gabe was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He pointed out some issues with the wiring that our home inspector missed and gave us options for the repair. In a matter of an hour, we had a working water heater and water that was hotter than it ever had been before. Based on his diagnosis, we know long term we have to do some rewiring, and we’re 100% certain we’ll call Gabe to complete the job.

I have used George Brazil for any years becuse of their trustworthy staff and work. Today my septic tank overflowed and I I called George Brazil to help. However no one disclosed to me that they do not empty septic tanks. I was also not able to get any kind of price range to fix my septic tank until the tech was at my house. Whoever took the call told him it was a sump pump.Dave was nice and offered to take a look at things and did run a snake through my septic tank and told me that it was full but couldn't find any blockages. I was just charged the travel fee of $39.95.However, when I did call the septic guy out and he dug up by septic tank it was not full. . Instead my main line from my toilet to my septic tank was clogged with a thick, white, hard substance almost look like concrete. The other company did rotor the pipe out and also cleaned out another pipe that went into the septic tank and was able to get my toilet and water free flowing into my septic tank.

Company is super trash, do not work here, do NOT accept bid. That's employees like dirt

Christopher, Mark, Alexis, Trevor all did a fantastic job. They were prompt very courteous, and did a very clean job in a very fast manner. They were done with a full AC install and duct replacement in under 10 hours. My unit is running well, I spent a bit more than I planned but the service I received was well worth it. Even though I spent more than I wanted their bid for this job was better or equal to the other 4 companies I had out. Tyler was my service tech that set up the job and he was great to work with as well. Overall very satisfied with the techs we had, work that was done and overall satisfaction. Great job!!

I want to thank Jesse for the work he did on one of my rentals. the floor was very wet and we thought it there was a leak(s) under the subfloor. Jesse quickly assessed the problem and it was some of the pipes under the sink. He had all the parts and quickly fixed the problem. I told him my sister also had a leak on the outside faucet and one of the toliets were leaking. I asked him if he could look at this another day--he said I can go now and look at it. He went and again had the needed parts and fixed both problems for a very reasonable price. He seems to enjoy his work and likes people. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. thanks Jesse!

Scott has provided great customer service for a lot of people in my network. After hearing them rave about his work, I felt comfortable choosing him as my HVAC tech. He did not dissappoint! If you want integrity, knowledge and quality work for a great price Scott is your man!

Needed some locks changed and they were very responsive and did an excellent job on shot notice.

Bad company to work for

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!
