The lady that did the scheduling and pre service notification call was very prompt and friendly. Caleb was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced our shower cartridge quickly and took the time to ensure it was properly calibrated. He also took his time in explaining options for our water softener. A good first time experience.

Arrived as promised, notified me in advance so I could be home. My tech was very skilled and professional. She offered me tips on keeping my system in top shape. I would recommend Penguin Air to anyone needing their a/c system serviced or repaired.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

They were able to get the job done when other plumbers failed and said it couldn't be done without expensive dig up and repairs. I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. I set up an appointment. The technician that did the service call was Daniel. He is a professional at his job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. The unit turned out to be 21 years old and had lots of problems and needed replace. He went over all available units that he could replace it with. Daniel was very honest on all units and did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He has very good customer service. He is a very big asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him as a technician. I do have to make a comment to the people who work in your office. Robert was the one who installed my EV charger in my garage. An obviously very knowledgeable electrician, he was able to do the work perfectly but also made sure that he provided other things needed for my electrical panel to ensure that addition of the car charger would work seamlessly with my system.He explained everything about the pricing, and even found ways to save me money.This is a reliable company, focused on taking care of their clients.

ProSkill Services did an excellent job from start to finish. Starting at the consultation, they came to inspect our old A/C installation and were honest about what had to be done. We had the climate control system we wanted in mind already due to their customer friendly estimating section on their website. When the job was all done, there were no surprises on our bill and the amount due was the same amount estimated. The crew was detail oriented, professional and represented the company very well. After such a long search for an honest maintenance company that provides quality equipment and a thorough installation, we found it!
