We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

The water mitigation crew was great!! From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Acuity Builders are awesome. I had flood damage and decided to make some additional changes; they went above and beyond in a timely manner to work with me. Every member of his team expertly demolished, repaired and cleaned up every bit of damage in exactly the time they promised. They are professional, courteous and for me, personally, I noticed they were happy workers which says a lot as you know there is mutual respect within the organization itself, and that shows in their work ethic and passion for what they do.
