Called Diamondback Plumbing over the weekend to request an appointment to identify a leak on the side of my elderly parents home. Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

Had a water main break water running everywhere. Simon came over same day and worked for 2 days to replace entire line. He was very professional and prices were reasonable for quality care and speed of work. We was also very considerate of tenants in house which is as important as the job itself. Would recommend him to anyone for plumbing in paradise valley. Can’t go wrong her plus he stands by his work. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if needed

Champion Plumbing replaced our entire pipes (from the old orangeburg to new) - we waited to post a review to give the full scoop and happy to say, we have had no issues at all - everything runs so smoothly!



Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.



We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.



We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes ?
