Adam came to our house and did a fantastic job fixing our AC. He got the job done quickly and effectively. We really appreciated his work. Awesome job!

The technician (Anthony) who serviced the A/C unit was not only extremely professional, but also very detailed in terms of what the issues might be and how to solve them. He took the time to explain in a very simple way and always had a smile on his face even in the high temperatures outside. The people scheduling the service were just as friendly and professional. Called them in for a second opinion. We've now signed up for their membership and will be getting scheduled with them to discuss financing and getting the service completed. These guys are awesome. They've been really professional, understanding, and definitely don't make us feel like their overpriced or taking advantage of us. I highly recommend them and even recommend their membership ($20 a month, on special for $10 for the rest of 2021). They worked with our time available and were very thorough in explaining our options. Fixed it the next day and can now breathe that water is not spraying and wasting all over back yard.

Stephen A. was very helpful in identifying and fixing a number of troublesome plumbing issues: the showers are flowing better and the sinks are draining faster than they did before I bought the house. Additionally, as a first time home owner I had questions, and he educated me a number of plumbing best practices. Finally the company provides water detection alarms for free in all areas they service, which is just smart!

I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

Our hvac went out in the morning. They were out to our hose by 1 pm. They replaced the part that failed under. Warranty. We are always very pleased with there service.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I've used Alliance Plumbing for almost 10 years and just referred them to my son who is board president of a small non-profit organization. They are affordable, honest and did as great a job for him as they did for me for many years. Thanks, guys!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work.
