Our electricity on our RV went completely out and I had left a message for One Shot Installation. Gabe returned my call and was very helpful.

He helped me understand my crisis situation and gave me better knowledge to help further my situation even though we had already gotten our power back on.

Jason from the electrical division did a wonderful job on our house. Before he arrived for the estimate, I got an email with a picture of Jason so I could know what he looked like! He took his time explaining things to me and then gave me several different options for the estimates on what could be done to the house. He was very calm and professional and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We made our decision a few days later and Jason was the the one who came back out to do the work. You only work with who gives you the estimate which I thought was great! He went the extra mile in giving our house the detailed attention it needed (1950's house). Thank you again Jason! I had the pleasure of having Matthew Neidich come to my home to have my A/C units checked out. I had specifically requested Matthew after reading one glowing review after another and I was not disappointed! He was professional, thorough and friendly! He went over all work needed, showed me pics of everything so I could see what needed to be done and then after the job was complete what was done. The poor guy had to step over a gaggle of kids and dogs and did so with a smile on his face. The pricing was fair and the job was done same day no issues at all. I highly recommend using both Penguin Air and Matthew for your A/C needs! ?
