I just used Parker & Sons for a job a couple weeks ago. Something felt off about the whole experience, so after Parker and Sons left my home I got a 2nd opinion from another licensed bounded company in the valley.They told me that parker and sons didn't ground the switches, they used aluminum to ground the bathroom outlet, they used temporary connectors instead of a permanent ones for aluminum wiring ( according to the consumer product safety commission) and on top of that they charged a little over 3k when other companies charged roughly $1,500.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and the whole process felt like buying a car from a car salesman. I live in Deer Valley and always try to choose a business nearby. Their reviews were great so chose them. Not an emergency, so I left a request on their website. They open at 7 a.m., was going to call them but they called me at 6 am because they knew my water was shut off due to a leak. Had worker Colin here first. Sent me text with his picture when he was on his way, which is a great safety feature. Fixed the problem in a timely, professional, clean manner. Up front price quote and no hidden fees. Thank you for great fast service. Will use them again in the future if needed.

Anthony’s Plumbing saved the day!!!! I had a clogged sink in my kitchen and had just bought the house a week earlier. I had 4 other plumbing companies out before Anthony’s and none of them could fix my problem. Two of them tried to convince me they had to cut into my tile floors to fix a collapsed pipe ( possibly a scam) I called Anthony’s as my last ditch effort before digging up my floors. Javier showed up, on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He cleared my drain in less than an hour!!! I was shocked. Then we scheduled to have a camera inspection which was included in the price of the drain clearing. Brandon came out today, on time, and ran the camera all the way through my lines and showed there was NO COLLAPSE or BREAK. Brandon proceeded to explain to me how to best care for my system and the steps I should take moving forward. Very honest, knowledgeable and polite. Both of the guys just seemed like all around great people and the service they provided was amazing. I should have called them first!! I will never use or recommend another company. Anthony’s exceeded all of my expectations and I feel like set a pretty high standard for any other contractor I use moving forward. Thanks again Javier and Brandon!!!
