I had a water leak and being new to the area, I just performed a search. The Google reviews for A.P.E.S. were not wrong. I called, got same day coverage and in less than 3 hours from initial phone call to fix completion. Shout out to Carter Wilkinson for his approach and professionalism - MUCH appreciated. I no longer need to worry about wondering who I will use in the future.

UPDATE: Due to Carters exceptional service, I gave the air conditioning side of the house a call when my thermostat died. Well, long story short - they wanted to charge me $1,100 for a replacement plus $284 to come back to install it. I ordered an upgraded thermostat from Amazon ($240 delivered). Called another company and they replaced and programmed for less than $100. So very disappointed in APES business practices and will NEVER use them again. Additionally, I usually don't complain but this was so egregious, I will go out of my way to tell my story at every opportunity. They certainly operate with the motto of BUYER BEWARE.

Had a leak at the water main on a Friday. Justin came early Saturday and fixed it in quickly and professionally. Very polite and helpful. Price was reasonable than I expected I am pleased with his services. Highly recommended.

My AC unit went out at 11:00pm, I called to get someone to come look at it. They were at my house by 12:00am and fixed by 1:30am. The Tech Joey was very informative and knowledgeable. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Had a new Lennox heat pump system installed to replace a 15-year-old system in our home (which was also installed by Hobaica). Hobaica technician Travis Vonau told us he had noted water leakage in the air handler's pan, but was unsure as to a particular cause. So, although our old system was still working, it was showing signs of unreliability and age. We decided to replace the unit now to avoid both future problems and an energy-standard-related A/C price increase in 2023. Technicians Ivan Pacheco and Tristan Burke installed our new system quickly and professionally and, so far, the unit is working very well! Plus, our Hobaica rep, Jared, kept in touch with us before, during and after the install. Great people and service, highly recommend!

Dealt with their technician Brett Arriaga when our A/C went out. He was quick to get here and finish the job all the while providing friendly service as well as very helpful tips about our air flow filters. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast, efficient and friendly service!

He showed (Matthew) when expected. I was told by the home inspectors that the heater did not work. It fired right up and he did a check on everything. Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.
