Best Installation And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

After reseaching many companies, and meeting with several, we chose to use Desert King to replace our old windows from the 70s. They were not the cheapest, however we decided to go with them because they are family owned, had good reviews, use their own installers, and we really like the salesman. Chris and his team were courtious, timely, neat, and did a great job. They worked around a rarity, rain in Phoenix and still finished when they said they would. I will definetly recommend them to family and friends.

I was notified prior to the installers arrival and given the proper instructions for preparing the work area. Works were timely and did a good job of installing the windows. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed. The only suggestion I have is the workers need to have business cards on hand. A number of neighbors came by and were impressed with the windows and wanted phone numbers to contact Energy Shield.

Matthew Downs came out to measure windows that need a glass replacement at 2309 N 107Th Dr Avondale. He was so professional, courteous and answered all my questions that I had and even called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was awesome! I will refer my friends family and clients to Clearview glass but I will always recommend Matthew Downs as my go to person at your company! Excellent customer service

Just had Richard c out he was well informed on their product lines and very helpful with the door and window decisions we had. We weren’t sure we we’re going to buy but after discussing the product and the benefits we happily put shaded new window and doors.

Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

They were easy to work with and upfront about total costs of the project. People doing the work were super friendly and respectful of the area they were in. They did the work in exactly the time they said it would take. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great service and one-day turnaround to rebuild my regulator!I'm in Phoenix area, and the driver side regulator on my 97 Caravan broke at 107K miles. The rearward plastic carrier cracked and the metal cover ripped off and the cable literally tied itself in a huge knot! I almost bought a new aftermarket regulator, then found that these guys repair power window regulators, here in Phoenix. They use metal parts and reinforce key known-weak areas (with what looks like some type of epoxy). I decided to have them rebuild my OEM regulator (rather than swapping with one they already have). They do a lot of high-end and classic cars and have been in business a while so I figure it's going to last. I was a bit worried that they would be able to get the regulator reassembled and working smoothly... but they did, and I reinstalled it without problems, and it is working well. Jeremy, the rebuild tech, was friendly and answered my questions before and after the rebuild.The rebuild was a bit more expensive (~99) than an aftermarket regulator ($50-75) but I was able to keep my OEM regulator and now it has some upgraded parts (metal pulley, etc.) I noticed the cable tension springs are pretty tight without much more room to compress but maybe that's the way they are supposed to be.
