We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!
