Hands down best service I have used in the Phoenix area. Nate has helped us a few times now and he is professional, friendly and helps us solve the problems. First rate customer service from the first phone call to the end every time. Would choose to call them every time.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. I had a great experience about 60 days ago with Rooter Hero Plumbing. I had family staying with me and the unfortunate experience of a clogged toilet.



Rooter hero was able to service me the same day with a reasonable wait. The technician, Isaiah, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and triple checked his work and provided a 90 day guarantee. He even provided me a discount because I misunderstood the pricing in the advertisement.



Overall a good experience, I learned a lot. You hope you won't have to call again, but if I do need services, I will definitely contact Rooter Hero again.

I paid big money for this work and the work was done mostly by one youngster that worked hard but was not very experienced. I Paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and I mean over $13,000 for this work and the Bathroom floor was left unfinished. The toilet flange was put on incorrectly, so much that when I have someone come and install a new toilet they will have to remove and reinstall a flange because a toilet can not be bolted to the flange. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Take My suggestion, if you want a professional doing the work do not hire this company. They use cheap unqualified labor and charge a fortune.

We came home to a leak in our backyard irrigation system that had most likely been going all day. We quickly turned off the main water line and called All Hours Plumbing so we wouldn’t have to go a night without water. Our technician, James, arrive right at the time they projected and quickly got to work assessing the source of the leak. He was very communicative about pricing and what he was going to do before doing it. He founds the source of the leak and capped it for us in a matter of hours and gave great advice for assessing the spot of the leak for the next few days before filling back in the hole. James was great to work with, very friendly with the cats who live in our backyard, and so efficient in his work. Thanks to him we could take showers after dealing with the muddy mess before he arrived. Would highly recommend!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to find our water heater was leaking. Our A/C service is with George Brazil, so we called their plumbing side. They got out to the house when they said they would, gave us a quote, and the plumber, Scottin M. was very upfront and gave us the proper info. The price was higher than I would have liked, but there were things that needed to be brought up to code, and we wanted it done right the first time. Scottin spent the better part of the day at the house doing repairs, and he did a first rate job. Thank you

When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.
