These guys are incredible and honest! We use their service for many of our projects and they are always on time, communicate well and fair in their pricing. If they get to a job and find that a repair is unnecessary, they always call and let us know. Everyone needs to work with this company!

The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! The absolute best and they have a new loyal customer. Thank you Plumbrite, you all rock!

Realized my water heater was leaking Sunday of MLK weekend (of course). On Monday I called Plumbrite. They offered to provide an estimate if I would submit photos of my current water heater and it’s spec label. Within 1 hour I received a very fair estimate. Plumbrite’s schedule was already pretty full and the best they could do was Thursday AM. I spoke with Aaron and explained we were already without hot water for 24hrs. Going another 3 days just wouldn’t cut it. He said he’d call some of his Tuesday appointments and call me back. Within the hour, he called back and said he was able to move his 8am appointment but not the next one. He could do my install but he’d need to start between 6:30am and 7. I agreed and he was there the next day as promised. He and a helper removed the old unit and installed the new one. He showed me one of my existing valves which had a crack and he recommended it be replaced for $25. I agreed and upon presentation of the final bill it was the original estimate amount plus $25. Great job and great company. I highly recommend.

Awesome young professional men - did plumbing work on 6 sinks in our home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the work space, and explained clearly what the job entailed. Would highly recommend and definitely, ‘Plumbrite’ is on our permanent list!

I broke my main waterline putting in fence post holes (DOH!), and was able to put in a pretty sketchy temporary fix, but obviously I needed a professional repair pretty quickly. The first plumber I called flaked on me the day they were supposed to come and did not show up. I found Plumbrite in a couple of recommendations on NextDoor, and gave them a call. Aaron was very professional and honest about his availability, but assured me he absolutely would show up. As it turns out, he called me back and let me know he should be able to come out later that day instead of two days later if he could get the parts. He called again to let me know he was able to get the parts, then called again to let me know he was on his way. His estimate for the parts and labor were very fair (plumbing expertise does not come cheap and gas and parts prices are through the roof). He even encouraged me to call around for other estimates to be sure I was satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make a perfect repair very quickly. Then to my total shock, the bill came out less than the estimate! In talking to Aaron while he worked, it was very clear to me that Plumbrite knows how to run a successful business by making customer satisfaction their top priority. I will absolutely call them first for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

After using 3 other plumbing companies over the past year and still ending up with the same tub leak after a few months, I decided I wanted to go with a smaller company. Aaron got the job done and I am confident I won't have the same problems again. He also found the main shut off was leaking and repaired that as well.

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. We submitted a maintenance request through our apartment portal on Thursday, May 12 after some issues going on with our toilet.

I was contacted that afternoon by Aaron @ Plumbrite, who left me a quick, detailed message. I gave him a call back and he informed me that he had availability tomorrow morning - which is nearly unheard of! Aaron was on time and communicative about his arrival. After his initial inspection, he let me know what he saw and what he was going to go.

Within TWO HOURS the issue had been resolved and Aaron was out of the door. What incredibly professional, clean & respectful service. Would 10/10 recommend Aaron and the team at Plumbrite.

Aaron really is the best there is! I had an unusable sink and a leaking bathtub. Aaron saved me the headache of braving the plumbing store and knew exactly what was needed to fix the leaks. When the first plan didn't work, he had a backup plan already in place and I can finally use my sink and tub! Easy to schedule an appointment and availability next day! Wouldn't go anywhere else when the next need pops up!

Aaron does a great job at all of the trades that he has acquired over the years! He continuously does fantastic work for my wife and I and that's why we're loyal customers to his business! If you want excellent work for a fair price then Aaron is your man!

Great service

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. We will definitely use Plumbrite in the future!
