We had to have a Technician to come out and look at our a/c which was not putting out cool air.Nate came out promptly and he explained to us what happened. I have been a Hobaica customer for many years, first with a new a/c system installation and subsequently with their twice yearly maintenance contract. I have found them to be reliable and honest in their dealings.
For the past several years, my regular technician has been Tom, who is always on time, courteous and helpful However, last week he went way above and beyond helpful by cleaning leaves and debris out of my gutters while he was on the roof servicing the a/c unit. This is by no means within his job responsible;otoes bit he cheerfully took care of it, and while it may have been no big deal to him, it was very much appreciated by me.

Great technician! Definitely knows what he’s talking about.

I especially appreciated the overall communication with the sales representative and scheduling staff who kept me up to date with every step in the installation process.

I would like to commend Stephen of Howard Air for fixing an Air Conditioning Issue. Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He is articulate and demonstrated his expertise. He made sure I understood the issues and told me exactly how he would fix it. I was very impressed with Stephen and would recommend him highly for HVAC repairs. Howard Air is fortunate to have employees like Stephen.

Great service with professional and experienced staff!

The water softener resin burst into cold water lines. Charles Plumb stopped by in few hours and helped me understand the issue and each line item in the quote. He planned his work to mitigate the issue thinking about long term implications. I have never seen a smart plumber like Charles. He meticulously performed troubleshooting and came up with innovative solutions to resolve the most difficult clogs in my master bathroom. He met his commitments, led the work with utmost quality and completed the entire work in 6-7 h. He gave 1 year warranty just in case if any clog issue comes back that only suggests how confident he was with his work. Keep up the great work! Parker and sons you are lucky to have him.

UPDATE, June 2019. I continue to renew my service contract for my A/C & Heat unit with George Brazil. This time, technician Harlan provided the service. Harlan was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection & cleaning of my AC unit as well as courteous. Give him 5 stars!!!Nov. 2017. It's been six months or so since I last reviewed Georg Brazil A/C. I continue to be more than satisfied with the service. I believe the technician is what makes a company grow & thrive. Once again, I'd like to give 5-stars to their technician, Rose M., for the providing professional service with a happy smiling face.I bought my house in early 2015. It came with a service contract and warranty on my AC/heat unit with George Brazil. I have no complaints. Their technician, Rose M. is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & competent.

I’ve been using Daniel and the guys at preferred air for 4 years now on multiple jobs from residential to commercial building and I have to say they are still the best. Same great values and quality workmanship that has grown their business from referrals of their customers. They’re always busy but make time for my jobs especially in an emergency situation as we all know what AZ storms and summers are like. We had a very positive experience with these fine folks. When we were getting our new unit, the Mears men went back to the distributor several times because the units they received were damaged in shipping and they were not installing a damaged unit on our house, even if the damage was just cosmetic. That told me a lot about their ethics. They took extreme care at every juncture and when they found something was not right they made it right at no additional cost. As an example, we had a breaker issue and the Mears men replaced it for me. I didn't see the charge for the part on my invoice and I called to question it. I was told that they took care of it for us as part of the service. Clearly, they didn't have to do this. This is greatly appreciated. Further, we shopped around before deciding which unit to buy, and at the end of our due diligence we found that Mears offered the best price; they then backed that up with exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend this company.

They were one of the few companies that were willing to come out to service the heat as the unit is on the roof of a second story. They got me on the schedule quickly, as well.

Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. They quoted me a price, which was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted from other companies, they came and and recommended some adjustments and they installed a new heat pump. They were very professional. I would recommend GORILLA AIR to anyone that needs any work on a hvac system
