Autumn was very professional and on time. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The fee was about what I expected. I feel like this is a company that cares and wants to keep their customers. She gave me a new customer packet with information and even checked my water heater. I will use them again when needed and refer others if needed.

After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.

Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.

He came to our home the day of work and did everything he said he would do. The work came out amazingly great, even our neighbor noticed how hardworking and dedicated he was to making the job good.

Very quick response to a plugged sewer line that we had. We were very pleased with their service.

We had seen their ad in our local "In and Out" magazine and decided to try them. Our toilets were unable to flush, and we figured it was something with the sewer line. Upon calling early in the morning, I was able to be worked into their schedule rather quickly, as this was an emergency. Very professional, caring, and prompt! Would definitely use them again!

The election we had was Toben gave w excellent service a able to diagnose the problem and come up with a fix right away. He explained that 2 things may .eed to be done and sid he would try the simple one first and of the problem returned he would come back to the second part at no extra cost. City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

We would definitely recommend! Simon was very helpful, his rates were reasonable, and it was a job well done. His service went above and beyond. We needed a valve replacement and he was able to come over the same day and was also able to do some other jobs for us. We're saving his number and will call him again if we ever need plumbing services.

I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!



Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!



He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! ??



I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

After sending 3 technicians to service our water heater, Pruitts installed a generic element in our water heater which still didn’t fix the problem we called about (no hot water) and it made the situation worse, it turned our water yellow. When we brought this all up to them they then said “oh sorry your home warranty won’t cover this because you have a commercial water heater not a residential.” So they were happy to come 3x and only after they couldn’t fix the problem and actually made the situation worse did they tell us they can’t help us and our warranty won’t cover it.
