We hired Sam to remove a 60' pine tree that died after a brutal hot summer. Since the tree was located within 4' of our home and block wall, and 10' of our neighbors home, it was critical we hired an experienced, insured tree service. I cannot say enough good things about Radley Tree Service. Sam and his crew are amazing! It is clear his team have worked together for a long time. They know their roles and work together so efficiently and seamlessly to get the job done in no time. It is quite a show to watch too! They are poetry in motion! It stunned me how clean they left the job site. We couldn't even find a pine needle left behind! You would never know there was a massive pine tree there! He also did a lot of trimming in the back yard that was long over due. I highly recommend Radley Tree Service. Sam thanks again for all the work you did at my moms place. We are so appreciative of everything you did.

Rick (the owner and arborist) personally answers calls, does the estimates, and comes out on all calls. We just bought a home in the valley and whoever the previous landscaper was took the previous guy to townas EVERYTHING was WAY overgrown. I needed someone who could reach the tops of my queen palms which had grown over (and onto) my roof, so Rick brought his bucket truck. Rick is prompt (he came out the same day for an estimate), punctual, very professional, and very responsive. They are definitely NOT the cheapest, but I was willing to pay more to get (hopefully) better service. I will update my review within the next 6 months depending on how my trees/landscaping survives.

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

These guys were great! I called them to come out to remove a few old giant trees for safety reasons. The gentleman was very friendly to deal with, and his team was the most efficient team I had ever seen. Everyone knew what they were doing, and they worked diligently. Very courteous, cautious, and professional. Quick with the trees coming down, wonderful cleanup. I am very satisfied with their work and the price was very reasonable. Can't say enough about this company. Very timely service from the initial phone call. They removed a very big old pine that was leaning dangerously and was a threat anytime strong winds would blow. Also a very thorough job of cleaning up! I would recommend them to anyone wanting clean professional work!

10000% recommend! They did such a good job I wanted to cry. Our house looks sooo much better. They truly cared for our trees and bushes. Been using Ambassador for years and they are reliable and a great value for the service they provide. My home backs up to a desert preserve and I seldom see a scorpion or other crawling insects either inside or outside. I highly recommend Ambassador.
